I have ordered from TeePublic for years and always loved their quality. I love being able to support independent artists and there are countless amounts of designs for anything you can think of. Recently I ordered from TeePublic and was so disappointed to see that the product of their prints on the 7 sweaters I ordered were incredibly low quality. It shocked me because I'm a long time customer and never had such bad quality. Turns out they changed their printing company and that seems to be what resulted in the poor quality. I brought it up to them and at first they seemed to not care, but immediately after I had 4 different people emailing me telling me they wanted to fix it. I had submitted photo proof of the bad quality prints. What were vibrant colors on their website came to my home dramatically dull, faded, and looking like one wash was going to erase half the print.
The great people at TeePublic decided to fix this. They allowed me to donate the 7 sweaters and let me choose 7 different sweaters to make up for it. This is great because I get what will hopefully be better printed products, 7 sweaters will be donated off, and 7 new independent artists will be compensated by TeePublic (I hope!) for their great work. It's a win-win-win. I just hope TeePublic finds a way to make sure that their print quality is up to par from now on. What was up to par, however, and has always been is their exceptional customer service.
Thank you, TeePublic!
I requested that the name and year be changed or for you to refund my money, but you still sent it anyway, and didn't refund me. Very embarrassing and poor customer service.
I ordered two shirts from TeePublic/ Spacestuffplus.
The designs on the shirts are very chintzy! They are NOT designed by artists. They are simply scans of patches that are enlarged and superimposed onto a t-shirt. (Not screened at all.) They are very cheap looking. The colors do not "pop", and the edges are blurred/bleeding. On one of the shirts it is so obvious that it is a digital photograph. (You can even see the merrowed edge of the patch, and the twill pattern.)
One shirt was a Gildan Hammer heavyweight cotton that I guess I can wear when I mow the lawn. The other was Canvas brand. It was so lightweight I don't know if it will even make a decent rag.

I ordered a tank top and selected my size using the guide. It was way too small. TeePublic took care of my issue quickly. Replaced the item and didn't require me to return the smaller one.
Just ordered a shirt 20 min ago it instantly took my money from credit card but I decided to cancel and thier saying it will take 3 to 4 weeks to receive my refund completely ridiculous.
The quality of the shirt was poor. I ordered a tee on Jan10/18 and after waiting a month I still didn't have it. The DHL website said it had been delivered, so I emailed them. To their credit, they resent a replacement on Feb11/18 and I received it on Feb20/18.
The problem is the quality of the shirt. Super flimsy material (I could practically see through it) and the transfer looked like one of the old iron-ons my mom used to make for me as a kid. I order shirts from TeeFury and they are always of exceptional quality, and WAY less expensive (compare a $15 shirt at TeeFury to a $40 shirt from TeePublic).
I definitely won't be ordering anything from TeePublic again.
The quality is great. I had an issue with one of the t-shirt. However, customer service was amazing in explaining and assuring my issue would be resolved. I highly recommend them.
Decals and Quality as described. Had a small issue with size but resolved happily: In truth, response time and resolution was best I've received in comparison to many online dealings. Best!
Great company to work with. I initially ordered the wrong size and they were so quick and courteous in responding and dealing with this issue. Will defo buy from here again.
I reached out about a sizing issue and they cleared it up right away! Their team was really nice and were able to help me out. I would 100% recommend! :)
I've purchased a few shirts from TeePublic randomly from ads I've seen on social media over the last couple years, but it wasn't until I was actively searching for a specific artistic style that I came across a frickin treasure trove of products at TeePublic that made me super ecstatic! There was a tank top that I HAD to have. I guess I didn't pay enough attention to their size guide (or am in denial about the added Covid weight) but when I emailed and requested to exchange for a larger size, not only did Catalin and Natalie say that they already have a new one on the way, but that I didn't even have to send back the original shirt! They asked me to donate it or give it to someone who wants it. Who does that?!? Yeah, maybe the original shirt took a little longer than I'd like to arrive, but everything is made to order, plus this global pandemic thing has kinda affected us all, ya know? Anyway, heck yeah, TeePublic!
Great, friendly, easy to use customer service. They take the time to get it right, and go above and beyond. As a seller and buyer, TEEPUBLIC has been tremendous over the past few years. Keep it up!
My experience with Teepublic is pretty much the same as every other bad review of this company. I placed an order for two tees and a sweatshirt. The tees were delivered almost 3 weeks after the order was placed but the sweatshirt was never included. I had to contact the company, with no apologies from them, and wait another 3 weeks to receive the sweatshirt. The quality of the tees and sweatshirt were the cheapest I have seen. The graphics were poorly printed and hardly visible. I have disputed this order with PayPal and hope to receive at least some of the order amount back. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! SCAM ARTISTS!
I ordered the wrong size T-shirt - my fault entirely. I informed them of my mistake. Replacement posted out immediately. You couldn't ask for better service.
I had a problem with the size I ordered and in 24 hours a new item was send out to me That's what I call BEST Customer service ever and makes me want to continue shopping from this Great website, I Highly recommend everyone to Buy from here Shop until U drop :)
I am a HUGE fan of "Big Trouble in Little China", and was blown away when I saw the "Jack Burton Trucking/Pork Chop Express" design on you site. The PERFECT shirt.! So, of course, i ordered it right away. It looked amazing when I got it, but after wearing it a few times, i decided it needed a wash. I washed it in cold water, and i always hang my tshirts to avoid shinkage, and this is what i was left with. NOW, the only thing you can read on it is "Burton". For 45 bucks ( I am in Canada, so it was a little expensive), I am hugely disappointed, and will most definitely NOT buy another shirt/hoody from your company. Although, i WOULD accept a replacement shirt for free.!
Hi Gord,

I recently ordered from this website but had my card declined both times, yet they charged it to my bank account both times without a confirmation email.
I had been looking for something unique for a Valentine's Day gift, and found the perfect starting point in a shirt on TeePublic. I liked it even more that it benefitted an independent artist.
So, I ordered the shirt, and it was on its way within 24 hours. Liked that.
Valentine's Day comes, I arrange everything, she opens the shirt- and I realize that I never took into account her chest size. Let me just say that they are above average, and this shirt would be a TIGHT fit. Very tight. We laughed about it, but I wanted to get the right size immediately. So I sat at my Macintosh to shoot off an email to request an exchange. Keep in mind, Valentine's this year was on a Sunday, immediately followed by President's Day- that being said, I didn't expect any response for a few days. Nevertheless, within an hour, I received an actual personal response from Alexandru, informing me that he ALREADY processed my replacement request, and on top of that, at no additional cost, and to keep the original shirt as well, encouraging me to donate, use or simply keep! I honestly was blown away by this. So often and to an exhausting level, companies grow large, and they lose the human element in the middle of it all- TeePublic does not fall into this category. I gladly would have paid for another shirt if I had to, but they understood the issue, going above and beyond what I expected. In turn, they have earned a lifelong customer.
Let me start by saying I love the concept of TeePublic and its great they support artists.
That being said the actual company is horrible! I would rate them zero if it allowed! They never answer their phone, and it takes them up to 5 days to reply to email. When they do respond, it's only with another question or request to you the customer!
I purchased 5 tee's on 12/******* and paid the $30 expedited shipping to have them before Christmas. Of course they arrived after, which wasnt the big issue.
The issue was they sent the wrong size of one of the shirts. So I emailed them letting them know this. They responded 4 days later asking for a picture, so I sent a clear pic of the tag showing the wrong size. They email me back in another 4 days saying they now need pics of it laying flat with a tape measure across the chest to show the size! Are you freaking kidding me!
Then I washed the shirts on cold and tumble dry no heat. They came out destroyed with horrible quality. I sent in pics twice and they keep asking me for more!
I finally had it with them and told them to keep their crappy shirts and my money as I would be leaving this review to hopefully spread word not to waste your money with these people!
I would not purchase. Quality was not good on the items purchased, they do not offer returns. And no customer services phone number, you have to do everything by emails and get responses over days.
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!
Answer: That wasn't my experience. It took 11 days to even ship out of the store.
Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.
Answer: Contact them thru home page. I had an issue and they were very helpful and made it right!
Answer: I know it's too late now, but maybe this will help someone in the future. This info can be found under their FAQs section on their website: Where do your products ship from? Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
TeePublic has a rating of 2.7 stars from 2,316 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Reviewers dissatisfied with TeePublic most frequently mention business days, poor quality and credit card. TeePublic ranks 7th among T Shirts sites.
