They charged my credit card, yet are not helping me figure out where the order is, i am now disputing this through my credit card! This is no way to treat a customer or expect a customer to return let alone put a good review!
I purchased a tshirt for my son and I did not read the sizing properly even though it is quite clear. I emailed and received amazing service. They rectified my error immediately. No hassle and they have sent me a new tshirt in the correct size. Amazing and I am so happy.
Run from this company - The worst experience - we ordered over $600 of T-shirts for Christmas gifts for our family. The initial products were of poor quality, the women's sizes were ridiculously small (a women's 2x was the same size as a Youth XL). The designs look great on the website but do not match the actual products. The screens are crooked on the shirts with one placed so off side that there was 7 inches from one side seam to the start of the design while on the other side only 3 inches - and this was the "fixed" return. The colors on the designs are blurry and muted. We want to support independent artists - but don't waste your money or your time.
I'd give them no stars at this point. I've been in their affiliate program via ShirtMoney.com for a while and they aren't paying me commissions earned. They don't answer support tickets from the help site. Some of the supposed support staff emails come back as undeliverable. I'm seeing other affiliates and customers who are also having trouble with them on their FaceBook. I've even contacted the owners through their FB pages (the only contact info for them listed on the site) with no luck. BEWARE! They seem to be a pit of bad business practices! Update 7/8/15: Just got a message from the wife of one of the artists whose designs are being sold by this company and she indicated they owe her husband almost a thousand dollars in unpaid shirt sales and are not responding to communications at all. So they aren't just ripping off consumers, they are ripping off the artists as well. Stay far away from anything related to ShirtMoney!
Bought 3 shirts, 2 are OK but print quality isn't great. One shirt has large brownish-red spots all over. Totally unwearable. Looks like someone drooled chocolate syrup or coffee all over themselves. I sent photos to customer service and got back this response that it was designed that way:"Thanks for sending over that photo. After checking with our art team, I can confirm that all elements of this print are an intentional part of the design, and your garment has printed as it appears on the product page here: https://www.teepublic.com/t-shirt/*******-gamera-movie-poster-tee
As this item has printed as it's displayed, we aren't able to replace it(any reprint will match the original).

Today I got in the mail 2 tee shirts I ordered from Teepublic. What a disappointment. Over the past few years I've purchased many of their tee shirts. About 40 in total. The quality of the cotton fabric was great, but now has changed. Unfortunately it is inferior. Both tee shirts are black. The colors on the printed design are no longer vibrant and the black is no longer a true black. The fabric feels rough. What happened Tee-public?
I ordered a sweatshirt for my grandson for Christmas. The ordering process was easy and they processed my order within hours of placing the order. I received the product within a week of ordering it. The quality of the sweatshirt is very good and my grandson was thrilled when he opened the package. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size. I contacted TeePublic and asked for an exchange. They responded to my request within 1/2 hour of e-mailing them and said they were sending the right size immediately. They even told me to keep the too small sweatshirt or donate it to someone. I had a very good experience with this company and will definitely use them again! Thanks TeePublic!
Recieved 1 t-shirt damaged no reply from customer service even though I sent photos of the damage. Cheap screen prints you could do at home and then to add insult to injury £12.63p customs tax on an order worth £47.90 for 2 t-shirts
I ordered a few shirts in what I thought were the right size, but I turned out to be wrong. I hastily let TeePublic know I needed an exchange, fearful that I would experience a miserable back and forth. They were super accommodating and I now have the shirts coming in the appropriate size! I ordered 10 t-shirts from tee public april 2,2022 for my son who loves the different kinds of vehicles. They arrived sooner than expected and they all looked great. I placed an order with TeePublic and when I received it, the quality exceeded my expectations but the sizing was a bit off... let's be honest, I'm gonna blame COVID weight gain. I decided to reach out to try and exchange for a size larger and got an email reply from a real person moments later letting me know that, "sure thing... no problem... it's on it's way." No hassles. No jumping through hoops. Just frickin' awesome customer service.
I honestly cannot say enough about the entire team at TeePublic. I had an issue with USPS not getting the items to my friend when USPS stated they had been delivered. Upon contacting TeePublic, I had communications with staff that were fabulous. They were going to send more items out immediately, but being that it was Saturday, I said let's wait a few more days, in case the mail carrier marked it as delivered but went home for the long president's day weekend instead. We all agreed but I was told if she didn't receive the items they would definitely resend. I emailed with approximately 6 team members, keeping the line of communication open regarding this matter, and everyone was an absolute delight. Once my friend received the original package, on Wednesday, she loved the t-shirts. The graphics were bright and wonderful, not washed out and janky looking. I will definitely purchase more items from TeePublic. Many thanks to the great team there!
I am a 5'11 190lb man that is fairly muscular. I wear a size large in every shirt and sweatshirt that I own with room to spare. I ordered a lightweight hoodie with design of my choice and not only did it not fit me, but it was too tight on my 5'8,108lb very thin cross country runner son. A large. It fits like a youth large (says adult on that tag). There is something seriously wrong with the product they are printing these designs on. Stay away from this company at all costs. Unfortunate for the artists that create the designs, because it's not their fault that TeePublic prints them on absolute junk. Their customer service won't correct the issue either.
I ordered two shirts. It took a month for them to ship and they gave me the wrong tracking number. Customer service did not respond to my email asking where my package was. When the shirts arrived, one had stains and they both had a strong musty odor, like they had been stored in a basement.
I don't understand how or why there are negative reviews. The shirts come in beautifully and, if washed correctly, always come out fine. Two shirts got messed up, and it must've been my fault, but regardless Teepublic still sent me two replacements because they're straight up amazing. This is a real review, and I feel embarrassed and stupid I have to state that, but I'm skeptical of the fake bad reviews here and a lack of genuine, appraising reviews. Please buy from this website! They are incredible and deserve so much!
Edit: Should also note that customer support replied within 10 minutes at 11:00PM and replied again at 2:00AM, which is insane. If that already isn't commendable, I don't know what is.
Ordered something luckily it wasn't that expensive ended up getting shipped to one of their warehouses and getting "lost". Contacted customer service and i got the same result. Now they said my address is "undeliverable" yet i can order stuff from Amazon or anyother website and receive my product fine.
I always have my doubts ordering online, especially with a company I haven't heard of before. My daughter has chosen TeePublic to showcase & sell her product line. So wanting to support a family member's small business I ordered 2 Tee Shirts & a cup mug. Received 1 Tee & the coffee mug in 2 separate shipments. Waited for the second Tee to arrive. That didn't happen so imagine my surprise when I checked the order status & it states a confirmation of arrival. I don't have any issues w/ deliveries where I live but just in case I did check w/ my neighbors. I wrote toTeePublic and explained I didn't receive my order. After doing some checking the rep agreed to refund my purchase amt. I am pleasantly surprised & highly recommend TeePublic-5 star company all the way around.
I paid extra money for "relaxed fit" these shirts are so thin that you can almost see through them, absolutely horrible. Also I'm 6'4" and 280lbs, pretty much anywhere else a 2XL is a fine fit for me, these shirts looked like a small, no one I know who wears a 2XL would ever come close to fitting in these. They almost fit my 5'4" girlfriend, total waste of time and money. Im not the type to be bothered to send stuff back and try and get a refund so these will be donated, but honestly they would be better used to wax the car or clean up an oil spill. Buyer beware!
I ordered 5 XL teeshirts with different artwork Drumming, didgeridoo, and Disk Golf designs. All 5 shirts the printing is light in intensity or faded looking. No invoice came with my shipment so I am unable to contact the seller to ask for replacements or a refund. We are not happy with the quality or customer service. I will never order anything from TeePublic again. It would be less aggravating to give $$$ instead of them TeeShirt Gifts... It's embarrassing for me and a disappointment to the one receiving the gift!

I ordered a Hedy LaMarr sweatshirt for my friend, Hedy. (She was named after Hedy LaMarr.). She loved it but it was too big for her. We tried to exchange it for a smaller size and found that we didn't have to send the first one back. We were told to keep it. So we are sending the first one to Hedy LaMarr's daughter in law who my friend knows. Thank you for your generosity, TeePublic.
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.

However, artists retain all control of their work and if that element you are unhappy with is apart of the original design we can not take any action to remove or adjust that.
