I ordered an Ipad air 4th gen 64gb last Saturday 26th June 2021 and received my shiny new Ipad in original unbroken packaging this afternoon 2nd July 2021, i elected to go for the free delivery 6 to 8 business day option and can only congratulate Techinabasket for their service.
I, like a lot of people on their review sites, had reservations after reading all of the negative reviews left by unhappy customers, feared i had done my money, admittedly i have not opened the package yet but can confirm i have received a new unopened ipad box which i am sure will contain my new Ipad air. Add to this delivery in less than four business days! Top work Techinabasket i would definitely use again. Thank you. (a genuine customer)
Just don't. Pay for you own returns and expect to be refunded less than you originally paid. Avoid this lot lot like the plague.

He takes your money, gives you a fake delivery date and a fake tracking number. Makes up loads of bull$#*! stories about how they courier is holding your parcel for an unknown reason. AVOID THIS SCAMMER
Got my delivery and when I was opening the new phone packaging I couldn't put in my sim because the sim insertion tool was missing and when I did manage to open sim compartment I found a sim in it. This made me feel sick that I was conned, YES I was sent a used iphone. I must say they did reply to my emails back and forth a lot of time wasting, apologising, but they finally refunded my return post.
I purchased a mobile phone which was actually being sent from Hong Kong where company is actually based and not the UK which explains Royal Mail waiting a week for item and price to good to be true.
Fo not go near this shower of crap I ordered a GoPro paid via my PayPal account when the order went through PayPal automatically put my old address as delivery address so I immediately contacted tech in the basket via email to change the address to my new address which they confirm by email they had done. They subsequently sent me a delivery email with a reference number that was not recognised by Royal Mail then I received a second email saying that my parcel has been delivered to my old address.
After apologising was told buy techinthebasket that I must go and find the parcel myself even though they had made a mistake telling me I must find out who lives at my old address.
Send them an email saying I want my money back for my goods delivered to the right address and they have ignored me so now I'm going to have to go through the rigmarole of claiming my money back via PayPal on my credit card company.

I bought a new OnePlus 10 from them, when it finally arrived (after about 10 days) it didn't work properly and had a defective Fingerprint Reader. I contacted TiTB (only possible via email) and then I spent 2+ weeks exchanging emails with them to try to get them to give me my money back!
All they offered was constant suggestions on how to "reset the phone", providing out of date information and completely ignoring my UK Consumer rights. In the end a contacted PayPal and got PayPal to claim the money back for me
If you're looking to use this company, don't be blinded by the cheap prices. What you get is poor quality imported products (my phone came with a foreign charger) and HORRIFIC Customer Service. You can't phone them, everything's done very email and takes 48 hours for any responses, oh and they just ignore UK Consumer law.
Avoid, avoid, avoid - you've been warned

Don't know what all the fuss is about I am well happy with my new iPad Air 4 only difference is the European plug but they sent me a Uk adapter so happy with that would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to save a bit of money especially in these difficult time's thanks again
As many reviews suggest the items are being imported from outside the UK. This can lead not only to long delays, but also region issues such as with the Galaxy watch I ordered which is locked to regions of South America. I'm attempting to resolve this with Samsung but the 2 week wait to get a product that I then have to get fixed so that it works as expected is not worth the cheaper price. Trust me.
Update: After talking to Samsung their recommendation was to send the product back. Info for doing this is on techinthebasket.com (add /returns to the address)
Important! Read the page on citizensadvice.org.uk about 14 day cooling off too. Was offered £10 for the £282.99 product at one point! Though this may have just been poor use of english in their email. They would not refund my postage unless I remove this review! If you want a cheap, semi-functional product (or one that you can fix if you have the technical skills) then this may be a good site for you as the product was at least in brand new condition.

I placed an order for an iPad 10 on 3 September and received it two weeks later. While the device appeared to be brand new, it came preconfigured with Remote Management, making it impossible for me to set up. I promptly reported this issue to Techinthebasket. However, after a series of delays, I was asked to provide photos of the package and a video demonstrating the setup problem, which I did.
Subsequently I received a message stating "this issue has been raised internally." However, for the entire following week, there was no further communication. I made two additional inquiries but received no response. Growing increasingly frustrated, I made the difficult decision to return the product for a refund. The company requested that I pay the postage fee for the return, despite my explanation that the issue was not my fault, but rather that I had received the wrong product. Unfortunately, my request went unanswered.
Eventually, the company agreed to the refund and stated the process would take 3 to 7 working days. However, as of today 1 November, after 10 working days, I am still waiting for the refund to appear in my account.
The issue when dealing with their customer support is a total lack of response, long delays, actions not following their words, and not actively solving customer problems. Additionally, while their website lists a contact number, it lacks extension information, resulting in my calls being abruptly disconnected. The online chat feature also proved to be unhelpful.
Regrettably, this has been an extremely disappointing experience. I understand that some people give this company a 5-star rating on Trustpilot since they are lucky to receive the correct product. However, once you encounter a problem, such as receiving the wrong product like myself, the nightmare can begin. Therefore I would caution anyone against making purchases from this company.

Bought a Bose headphone on Black Friday and it was only delivered in a week. If you need next day delivery, it costs extra 39.99 but for that price you would better buy from Amazon.
I have ordered from them many times, there was never a problem although the shipment is slow.
Will keep choosing this seller, but I will not recommend it to those who are in a hurry.

On December 17 I ordered an iPhone SE for euro 384,98.

Was hesitant to use this company seeing the negative reviews but the saving of around 250 pounds on the Samsung S8 dual sim tempted me. So glad I did.
Communication were perfect, fully updated with several emails. Phone arrived in the one hour time slot quoted exactly 3 days after ordering and that was with standard free delivery option. Phone was brand new in a Samsung factory sealed box with additional sellers seals attached. A UK adapter was also sent by the seller but there was no need as when I opened the box the official Samsung adapter inside was the UK plug type. On starting the phone UK English was automatically highlighted in the selection window so set up was perfectly straight forward. Cant fault the phone or the seller so far. Everything has been perfect.
Only down side is that I believe you lose the Samsung 2 year warranty as the phone is an international model but for the saving of a third off the price I am willing to accept that. Hopefully nothing will go wrong with the phone but if it does the seller has their own warranty covering it. If they are as good and efficient with after sales service then they are perfect.
I will recommend the seller to others.

Very Poor Customer Service, DO NOT TRUST this company, as if an item be ( Faulty) they will not refund you full, they will put up some nonsense charges which make you regret of ever buying anything again from them - even when you been asked to return it for refund, they say you should receive your funds within 14 days from the day of return but do expect to be longer, as its normal to their business maybe 3 months would make them happy to keep holding you with no updates given whatsoever, As they kept holding me for 2 months and every email was sent to them got no response after 5 days, After waiting for 2 months in the end they refused to give me full refund, they are lairs - I Never Ever Buy Again From Them, it was my first time experiencing shopping with them but never ever will be back to them - I prefer Amazon next time as they have great customer service, I give 0 out of 10.
Answer: The same happened to me. I think they ship in from China and until they receive it in the UK, the tracking is on hold. I suggest you give it a little time (they do say 6-8 working days on their website)
