The worst customer service I've ever received! Completely pointless cover policy that has cost me money keep having to take days off while engineers come out to fix the problem and turn up and can't fix it so I have to spend another hour on the phone waiting for someone to answer it! I could've bought three brand new machines with the money I've lost taking time off!
Refusing to replace a five year old tumble dryer so keep trying to repair it? Useless policy useless call center AVOID AVOID AVOID!
Having read some customer reviews I was concerned about my T. V. having to go in for repair but need not have worried, everything went well.
Called Customer Service on Thursday (did take 45 mins to get through) I was told my T. V. would be collected the following morning which it was, received phone call 8 am to say they would be with me at 8.30 am which they were, later in the day received a Text to say T. V. had arrived at depot and would be returned to me in 7days which it was. The delivery man gave me a Repair Report and then proceeded to set everything up for me.
Perfect working order.

I would give them ZERO stars if I could. Waited three weeks for range oven from Curry's. The moment the two guys turned up they couldn't be bothered to even try and get in the house because it was a basement and the stairs are tricky. I made various suggestions and they just weren't interested. Called their office and their manager said drop it at doorstep or cancel. I had paid for installation and removal of old range.
They should be called TEAM KNOWNOTHING.
Now have the hassle of getting my money back from Currys!
I have been paying on monthly for 7 years and now when my appliance broke down- They have taken 1 month and still have not resolved the issue.
They have written it off, however their call wait times are 1 hour minimum, they answer and then hang up on you and then you have to wait another hour, They really take the P**
I WOULD NEVER TAKE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN.
Have got a Repair and Support plan with Team Knowhow, now the washing machine has broken, tried to contact the helpline but no one picks up the phone. £75.00 out of pocket for the non existent care plan and a faulty washing machine.

Have tried for days to contact know how for a repair to dryer. Nobody answers phones. Been on the phone each time for at least 35 to 45 minutes. Absolutely shocking. But they will take your cover money no problem. Actually wasted so much time on phone waiting I give up
I have now been without my fridge for 6weeks. There policy is to replace if it cannot be fixed in 7days. Its been 6weeks now and am still having trouble. I have been on the phone on hold for over 5.5 hours and today was 1hr 10mins they cut me off before I could speak to any one. Am fuming the stress I have suffered is not worth paying for their insurance. I have to try ringing them again today I know it will be a wait of over 45 mins as normal. Do your self a Hugh favour and don't bother with teamknow
How Insurance. Waste of space and time.
The company is completely horrible they let drivers work whilst they are off there heads on cocaine! How do you expect to team someone up with someone who is off their heads high on drugs the managers don't even do anything at all! This is unacceptable absolutely disgraceful! Do not but from here making people work like dogs and don't deal wth the situation a Sacking people who has done nothing wrong at all! You keep the druggies working for you don't worry!
I have a simple question for them, I was on hold for over 30 minutes, I wonder what would happen if I actually had a problem!
Disgusting customer service
Our dishwasher broke over 2 weeks ago it kept fusing the whole house! They came next day to try and fix it that was good - it needed a new mother board after 1 year! They ordered it out t of stock waited 7 days still out of stock phoned as per the T&C of their insurance policy, entitled to a new equivalenent product on day 7 said we would get a voucher to buy a new one pithing 3 days now 5 days later no voucher and this phone call to get resolution! :( so angry i don not have 1.5 hours 3 times to speak to you Currys pc world what compensation will we get now?
Cannot get through to book repair. Just waited on the end of the phone gave up after 56 minutes. Tumble Dryer has broken down need help. Care Plan in place but cannot get any care!
Do not go near these guys, they had our TV for a simple repair and sent it back damaged, they wrote it off so now we have no TV and are fighting to get our refund so we can get another TV, over 3 months now, diabolical customer service.
They have had my laptop for 3 weeks they then tell me to contact them at my cost 30 minutes later on the phone at my cost no joy

Wanted a care plan for my Samsung washing machine so I called knowhow to arrange the care plan, the person on the phone told me to go to the shop. So I went to the shop and waited for 2 hours only to tell me that they were unable to do care plans in the shop unless the item was bought on the day, so i called knowhow again and explained everything, they told me that they will send an email and put my machine on the system, and that I should wait for a call later in the week. After about 2 weeks with no communication I called knowhow again and explained everything again the knowhow member on the other end said that nothing was done to put me on the system he said he'll make sure to send the email and told me to expect a call within the week. So I waited two weeks and again! No call this repeated multiple times for 3MONTHS! And I still don't have a care plan and am not on the system! I have never seen a bunch as incompetent as team knowhow! You don't value your customers, im willing to pay you every month for a service and i have to practically BEG you and still get no where its laughable
Even your own employee his name was mathew and refused to give me a surname recommended to go with another company! What kind of people do you employ? I've never been one to write complaints or bad reviews but this situation is astonishing its another level of bad customer service
Rubbish. I was waiting for 1.35 minutes and no answer. I gave curry's my item to repair on 20th August 2020 and nothing heard from them until today. I've tried to contact them bur no answer.

It has now been 3 weeks, spoken with 14 different representatives and I have been lied to over and over again. Firstly, a colleague was pressuring me to send me a charger which I thought was random as I insisted on my laptop being taken in due to covid-19 delivery delays and because I have a dissertation deadline now. They sent me the completely wrong charger... The next representative told me he shouldn't have sent it in the first place and set up a time to pick up my item - 3 days later (at this stage i have lost a week because of this nonsense). So I went into store and dropped it off and told them about the pick up etc. On Saturday I woke to continuous ringing in the house to pick up an item that has already been dropped off because they were incapable of picking it up on time. I was passed form rep to rep, blaming each other for their mistakes and some even telling me their systems are off so he can't access anything but he is sorry after my always 40 min call waits to get in from the queue. (Just to mention I did this 40 min call wait 14 times, spending hours a day getting through only to be disconnected, told to call currys, currys told to call teamknow how and being promised calls about complaints and from managers or reps themselves, but not receiving any) Next I waited patiently until I was expecting my laptop back form service around 2 weeks. Then I am told noone has touched it and its still in some depot waiting to be checked - great. So due to the breach of contract and having explained my unfortunate service case - I was told I would get a write off and a voucher on Monday. I called Monday morning to make sure I was on the list, they told me the vouchers are sent at 1-2pm. I called again at 5pm and the rep (Daryl) again pointed out that the person before made (another) mistake and that they go out at 8pm. The next day Tuesday I call first thing and I am told I will recieve it that day. It is now Wednesday, my dealdine is next week, I pay for this service and have had nothing but lies and incompetency and I am severly worried about my case as it feels like I'm being scammed as nothing is happening that is promised. I am beyond distraught and shocked at the service, I am constantly lied to and given false claims and can't speak or compain to anyone about it. I was told not to go into store as I will be told to call the same number. I am really upset at the situation and would like a refund for my insurance along with my voucher as I cannot wait another week, I am in no position to do so and have been left powerless and I do not know what to believe anymore! I would really appreciate if you took this seriously and passed my message along as urgent because it is coming up to a month with no laptop. Kind regards, Orsolya
We tried to call customer services but no one picked up and when someone finally got through it was no use because they couldn't help with our broken down fridge freezer and all they had to do was send us a voucher which they lied to us. So please don't trust team knowhow everything they do is a scam.
Have been having a dreadful time trying to get to speak to someone about outstanding repairs to my fridge freezer. Engineer came out in July and said he needed to order some parts and would return in one week Two weeks later after waiting one hour to speak to someone arrangements were made for engineer to visit. No one came and no phone messages received. Have tried several times to re phone Team Knowhow and have been cut off. Feeling extremely frustrated that you can't even email customer services to complain. Useless customer care.
After my phone broke I took it in to Carphone Warehouse to claim on my insurance. After having paid £15 per month and then £70 excess I was expecting a good service. My phone is white, and they did not have this colour in stock and advised I would have to choose another colour. I asked if I could wait for them to contact me when it came into stock, but they rudely advised me that this was not possible. The assistant in Carphone Warehouse spoke to them and advised that he had a white model in stock that they could give me, but TeamKnowhow said that they it is their policy to never replace phones with new ones, only old refurbished ones. I then suggested that I could purchase another model in white from them and would be prepared to pay a higher price, but they advised this would not be possible either.
After paying £15 a month and £70 excess, I don't think it's unreasonable to expect to receive the same phone as I currently have. The assistant at Carphone Warehouse advised that I take this higher as this was the third time in two days that he'd experienced such problems with TeamKnowhow not stocking the correct replacements, and said it was embarrassing to have to represent them.
After explaining the issue to several people they advised there was nothing they could do, and I would have to keep coming into Carphone Warehouse to check when they had my phone to replace in stock.
TeamKnowhow is over priced, incompetent and rude. I will be cancelling my policy once the issue is resolved, and I would advise anyone not to use them.
