Impossible. There's either no staff working for them or staff that don't care for the customer
Very difficult, you stay on the line for ever and eventually when you get through no one helps you and give false promises.
8 phone calls over a 5 hour continuing period. I was cut off 3 times, redirected 3 times, told it wasn't their responsibility twice
Between 15 min and over half an hour
Promised great service, super easy to use and super fast to do anything... But everything is ALL a massive lie..
