The worst customer service I've ever received! Completely pointless cover policy that has cost me money keep having to take days off while engineers come out to fix the problem and turn up and can't fix it so I have to spend another hour on the phone waiting for someone to answer it! I could've bought three brand new machines with the money I've lost taking time off!
