Returning my Tv

Absolutely crap. Can't contact them, if you are lucky enough too then you get cut off after 5 seconds.
Still waiting for my refund. After returning the TV 11 day's ago.

Terrible service
September 22, 2021

Sent laptop to get fixed under insurance. When it was returned to me, I initially had issue with charging where it was not charging/ turning on due to not being charged. I took it to Curry's here in navan and the customer service staff asked me to take it home and leave it charging for long hours and it should come on. I did this and it came on.

Few days later the same issue resurfaced, and by this time my insurance had ran out. I rang teamknow how insurance and they were like they can't do anything because insurance is out. I queried that this problem wasn't there before and basically it started when the laptop was still insured. So technically they ought to still look at it as it was not a new problem that started after the insurance expired.

After so much arguing back and fort, they agreed to pick it up and looked at it. They fixed a date of 3rd of September to collect my it from my house ( I can't find the reference number) they gave me. I waited and didn't see anyone. Today is 22nd of September and still no sign of anyone currently asking about the laptop. I have just taken to a repair shop who said so far it looks like issue with the charging port. If this is true then the issue should have happened with team knowhow when they were fixing it as I never had such issue before and only started after I received the laptop back from them.

This is a total lack of customer support from team knowhow and I cannot recommend them to anyone in the future.

Cant get through

Cannot get through to book repair. Just waited on the end of the phone gave up after 56 minutes. Tumble Dryer has broken down need help. Care Plan in place but cannot get any care!

Worst customer service ever
September 22, 2020

Do not go near these guys, they had our TV for a simple repair and sent it back damaged, they wrote it off so now we have no TV and are fighting to get our refund so we can get another TV, over 3 months now, diabolical customer service.

Team dump and run should be their real name, a set of cowboys just want to dump items off without unboxing, the franchises who work for them are worse, the worst being Logico who couldn't give a damn about customers aslong as they are getting paid. I should know i worked for them, AVOID them like a plague

Great

Really great service, delivery man called ahead of time to ensure
Someone would be in to take delivery, we had road works outside the house
So delivery was taken to the back of our property where the door was to
Small for the appliances and packaging so the operatives removed all
Packaging and applied protective tape to ensure no damage was caused,
Really pleased with the level of service we received

I have been paying on monthly for 7 years and now when my appliance broke down- They have taken 1 month and still have not resolved the issue.

They have written it off, however their call wait times are 1 hour minimum, they answer and then hang up on you and then you have to wait another hour, They really take the P**

I WOULD NEVER TAKE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN.

It's ridiculous. I feel the protection plan was mis sold to me. I was under the impression that if my laptop broke, and then broke again with the SAME PROBLEM after you were NOT ABLE TO FIX IT, then I would be under the "if we cant fix it get a replacement" protection. The gentleman I spoke to has said that this is not the case and I have to go through more headaches of taking the machine in for repair to the shop again, and this could be another two more repairs on top of the two I've just gone through, before you will consider replacing it. This is a BRAND NEW 3 MONTH OLD LAPTOP. It should not be having any of these issues. I appreciate it is brand new so you want to fix it, but look at it from my point of view, it is brand new so I want a brand new machine that isn't broken. The protection plan is massively flawed and is FALSE ADVERTISING.

After my phone broke I took it in to Carphone Warehouse to claim on my insurance. After having paid £15 per month and then £70 excess I was expecting a good service. My phone is white, and they did not have this colour in stock and advised I would have to choose another colour. I asked if I could wait for them to contact me when it came into stock, but they rudely advised me that this was not possible. The assistant in Carphone Warehouse spoke to them and advised that he had a white model in stock that they could give me, but TeamKnowhow said that they it is their policy to never replace phones with new ones, only old refurbished ones. I then suggested that I could purchase another model in white from them and would be prepared to pay a higher price, but they advised this would not be possible either.

After paying £15 a month and £70 excess, I don't think it's unreasonable to expect to receive the same phone as I currently have. The assistant at Carphone Warehouse advised that I take this higher as this was the third time in two days that he'd experienced such problems with TeamKnowhow not stocking the correct replacements, and said it was embarrassing to have to represent them.

After explaining the issue to several people they advised there was nothing they could do, and I would have to keep coming into Carphone Warehouse to check when they had my phone to replace in stock.

TeamKnowhow is over priced, incompetent and rude. I will be cancelling my policy once the issue is resolved, and I would advise anyone not to use them.

Wanted a care plan for my Samsung washing machine so I called knowhow to arrange the care plan, the person on the phone told me to go to the shop. So I went to the shop and waited for 2 hours only to tell me that they were unable to do care plans in the shop unless the item was bought on the day, so i called knowhow again and explained everything, they told me that they will send an email and put my machine on the system, and that I should wait for a call later in the week. After about 2 weeks with no communication I called knowhow again and explained everything again the knowhow member on the other end said that nothing was done to put me on the system he said he'll make sure to send the email and told me to expect a call within the week. So I waited two weeks and again! No call this repeated multiple times for 3MONTHS! And I still don't have a care plan and am not on the system! I have never seen a bunch as incompetent as team knowhow! You don't value your customers, im willing to pay you every month for a service and i have to practically BEG you and still get no where its laughable
Even your own employee his name was mathew and refused to give me a surname recommended to go with another company! What kind of people do you employ? I've never been one to write complaints or bad reviews but this situation is astonishing its another level of bad customer service

Team knowhow is a absolute joke all they do is take money and not help fix the customer problems I had my Dyer repaired on the 10th of june 2020 the engineer said it will make a noise for the new parts and the noise doesn't stop and its getting worse now I can't use my dryer any more and my girlfriend needs it more than ever because she is a key worker because she needs a fresh clean uniform for each day for work. On Saturday the 11 of July 2020 I phoned the service I got through then I get cut off then yesterday 13 of July 2020 I phoned up twice just to get cut off I am so angry and frustrated I will publicly shame this company and currys and will never shop at currys ever again if this issue doesn't get resolved

Rubbish

If I could give zero would I would have. A week ago I called the team at curry pc world to ask them that my TV doesn't work anymore that out of the blue when I was watching TV start to have some red lines and start the screen to get red and was switching on and off all the time. The colleagues arranged that One of their experts will come and pick up my TV. I asked him if I need to pack it and he told me, they will packed for me. When your expert came to pick it he didn't have anything to packed and he just took the TV like that without giving me anything and without packed it. Well I said he knows what he does. Then I had a call with the team saying that there isn't any technical issues bad there is external responsible for the TV not working and if I want to pay 400 pound to fix it. I didnt reply i said to call back i didn't have the time to call them back and I received On 18th Thursday my TV back which is in very bad condition is having a big crash on the screen scratches all or around, it was open and isn't even straight. Now if I want someone to fix my TV isn't possible because very simple is for bin. The team on the phone they are not helping out at all and what they are doing is to blame me that is my fault that the TV has a the hole.
My problem isn't about paying the money and fix it. My problem is that the TV never came back to me in the same condition as I'm Getting all the blame. How can you put in the van a TV without packing it? How do I know that the all these hole was made on the van or I don't know? And how sure the technician knows now the fault when they even brought my TV open condition

My experience has convinced me to never buy anything from Curry's ever again. For a simple dishwasher purchase and install plus recycle of the old, I one endured the following from them and their "service" partner Team Knowhow:
- A week to hear back post order
- A delivery date and slot then forced on me with 2 days notice (no chance to even choose a date) - when I called they were unable to change it
- Having had to take the day off to wait for it, they didn't turn up. I had to find out by logging in that delivery was cancelled - no notification given whatsoever
- I had to call myself to find out why - no plausible reason other than a scripted apology. They could not reschedule right then due to system and refused to call me back to rebook - I had to do this the next day
- Was given a second date, time slot confirmed 2 days before
- On the second delivery day itself the order then disappeared from the Knowhow portal
- Again I had to desperately chase up to find out (having rearranged whole Dayton wait for it) to be told item was now out of stock for 3 weeks apparently and no delivery was showing in their system!
- Almost too dumbstruck with disbelief at the unprofessional farce Curry's has become. The company is an utterly rotten, failing and badly run mess.
- I cancelled the order and went through John Lewis happily paying more for a decent service and a guarantee slot - the stress, uncertainty and frustration of dealing with Curry's and Team KnowNothing are not worth it nor was the energy of even complaining - the sooner this company goes bust and their employees banned from working in any service role (make that any job) the better.

Received my tv back today after being in to team knowhow for repair this is the second time ive had my tv repaired ( faulty screen) it's getting beyond a joke after I've paid just under 2.000 pounds ANYWAY RECEIVED BACK TODAY UNWRAPPED THE THIN PLASTIC TO FIND IT ITS GOT A CHIP IN THE BEZZEL WHICH GOES ROUND THE SCREEN ALSO SILVER COMING OF BACK CHROME PANEL REALLY DISGUSSTED IN HOW THEY HAVE LOOKED AFTER MY TV AS WHEN I SENT IT IN FOR REPAIR I BUBBLED WRAPED IT ALL IT HAD NO MATKS WHATSOEVER WHEN I SENT IT FOR REPAIR THEY BETTER SORT MY TV OUT MY REF NO ******* TRIED RINGING LOADS OF TIME KEEP PUTTING ME ON HOLD CUSTOMER SERVICE IS CRAP/ SHOCKING THEIR QUICK TO GET YOUR MONEY WHEN THEY GET YOUR MONEY THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU

I have been without fridge/freezer since 27th June engineer came 6th July ordered part arranged to return 10th July.
Different engineer arrived 10th July informs me wrong part and fridge was beyond economical repair.
Received voucher today 13th July which was £50 less than I paid for original product.
Went to store to order new fridge/freezer.
After going through all the process of placing the order and making payment I was given a delivery date 12th AUGUST I have told them that my husband and myself are shielding and that this not exceptable told that first appointment which means almost 8 weeks without a fridge.
I have spent over 5 hrs on hold trying to get through to customer services as well as 3 visit to store which is an hour & half round trip been given 3 different e mail addresses all of which have returned saying address not available.
We are pensioners and this is causing us great hardship and feel that I will have to get advise from Martin Lewis and also use the media and Facebook to try and get this sorted.
