The company is completely horrible they let drivers work whilst they are off there heads on cocaine! How do you expect to team someone up with someone who is off their heads high on drugs the managers don't even do anything at all! This is unacceptable absolutely disgraceful! Do not but from here making people work like dogs and don't deal wth the situation a Sacking people who has done nothing wrong at all! You keep the druggies working for you don't worry!
Have been having a dreadful time trying to get to speak to someone about outstanding repairs to my fridge freezer. Engineer came out in July and said he needed to order some parts and would return in one week Two weeks later after waiting one hour to speak to someone arrangements were made for engineer to visit. No one came and no phone messages received. Have tried several times to re phone Team Knowhow and have been cut off. Feeling extremely frustrated that you can't even email customer services to complain. Useless customer care.
Very unsatisfied, far too slow! I contacted customer service to try to arrange a speedier repair as I rely on my phone daily, representative didn't even try to help me, her response was no we don't do that, you'll need to borrow a friends phone, it takes as long as it takes! As a loyal customer for years I am horrified at such a terrible service! Save your money, no point insuring it with them as they take too long to fix the device when needed.
Having read some customer reviews I was concerned about my T. V. having to go in for repair but need not have worried, everything went well.
Called Customer Service on Thursday (did take 45 mins to get through) I was told my T. V. would be collected the following morning which it was, received phone call 8 am to say they would be with me at 8.30 am which they were, later in the day received a Text to say T. V. had arrived at depot and would be returned to me in 7days which it was. The delivery man gave me a Repair Report and then proceeded to set everything up for me.
Perfect working order.

Took over a month to do a simple fix. Charged me an additional fee of 60 pounds. Had zero communication from them. Had to ring them twice to finding what was happening. On both incidents they hung up on me after I'd been on hold for 2+ hours and I had to ring back and go on hold again. If you do have to ring them go to the buying a product part of the automated services and they will answer slightly quicker. Absolutely useless company never use them.
Been paying the cover for 10 years and after it went once for repairs, they could not repair it. Have been waiting for the e voucher for weeks now despite being promised over and over again that we will be emailed the voucher. Terrible customer service, take ages to get through and liars. Will never cover another product with them again.
They have had my laptop for 3 weeks they then tell me to contact them at my cost 30 minutes later on the phone at my cost no joy

We tried to call customer services but no one picked up and when someone finally got through it was no use because they couldn't help with our broken down fridge freezer and all they had to do was send us a voucher which they lied to us. So please don't trust team knowhow everything they do is a scam.
I accept that Coronavirus is causing difficulties but that does not excuse the rudeness of Currys staff or their giving out incorrect information just to make a sale. My fridge freezer has malfunctioned 24 hours after installation. It's impossible to find anyone at Currys/Team Know How with responsibility or accountability to carry out a repair. I am a single vulnerable person who Currys claim will be given priority. Not true, extremely disappointing
Disgusting customer service
Our dishwasher broke over 2 weeks ago it kept fusing the whole house! They came next day to try and fix it that was good - it needed a new mother board after 1 year! They ordered it out t of stock waited 7 days still out of stock phoned as per the T&C of their insurance policy, entitled to a new equivalenent product on day 7 said we would get a voucher to buy a new one pithing 3 days now 5 days later no voucher and this phone call to get resolution! :( so angry i don not have 1.5 hours 3 times to speak to you Currys pc world what compensation will we get now?
3 times now we have tried to speak to someone at Knowhow. 1st time we were disconnected before the menu options. 2nd time we were on hold for 1 hour and actually started speaking to someone - we were disconnected in mid conversation. All the time had been spent identifying ourselves. We waiting in vane for a return call - as she knew who we were we are very annoyed that she did not try to contact us. So yet again a 3rd attempt only to be disconnected after approx 10 mins on hold. This is not what I would call service and not what we have paid for.
Not onltwasit a sunday morning but I was given a time for my delivery at 0645. This company just isn't real. The driver came on to the estate like a bat out of hell. Speeding over the speed bumps sending their back door to fly open make the most horrendous noise. Then after the delivery they sped off the estate again over speed bumps like they weren't there again crash goes their back roller door. Bunch of cowboys. I'll not shop with them again
The worst customer service I've ever received! Completely pointless cover policy that has cost me money keep having to take days off while engineers come out to fix the problem and turn up and can't fix it so I have to spend another hour on the phone waiting for someone to answer it! I could've bought three brand new machines with the money I've lost taking time off!
Refusing to replace a five year old tumble dryer so keep trying to repair it? Useless policy useless call center AVOID AVOID AVOID!
After discussing my washing machine problem at length I booked and paid for a repair to take place 19/2. The repairer stated the wrong part was ordered so I would have to reschedule my repair for 24/2. On the morning of 24/2 I received a text to call team know how. I was informed the part hadn't arrived and would have to reschedule for 26/2. I was annoyed and informed team how how this would be the 3rd day I would have to book off work. I have received a text stating my repair will now take place 28/2 with no explanation as to why. I have contacted team know how who too don't know the reason why my repair has been rescheduled. I am waiting for a senior member of staff to call me.
I would not recommend this company.
Bought a fridge freezer from Curries, new one delivered, but delivery guys refused to take the old one away and left it sitting in the middle of the kitchen, this is despite a full disconnection and defrost as advised, did everything by the book, they said the van was to full, both units the same size
They gave a collection time of four to five days, My Wife and I had to manually drag the unit into the side passage (both oaps)

Team Know How is an absolute JOKE of a company. Do NOT purchase ANY type of repair plan through them- period. I have been without a fridge for over TWO weeks at great personal expense. This company does NOT value their customers and will lie to you.
I have now been without my fridge for 6weeks. There policy is to replace if it cannot be fixed in 7days. Its been 6weeks now and am still having trouble. I have been on the phone on hold for over 5.5 hours and today was 1hr 10mins they cut me off before I could speak to any one. Am fuming the stress I have suffered is not worth paying for their insurance. I have to try ringing them again today I know it will be a wait of over 45 mins as normal. Do your self a Hugh favour and don't bother with teamknow
How Insurance. Waste of space and time.
I would give them ZERO stars if I could. Waited three weeks for range oven from Curry's. The moment the two guys turned up they couldn't be bothered to even try and get in the house because it was a basement and the stairs are tricky. I made various suggestions and they just weren't interested. Called their office and their manager said drop it at doorstep or cancel. I had paid for installation and removal of old range.
They should be called TEAM KNOWNOTHING.
Now have the hassle of getting my money back from Currys!
This is my third subcontracted know how repair completed or should I say uncomplicated by Hotpoint/whirlpool engineers.
First repair was for bearings replaced, engineer left my machine with the whole display flashing doing nothing and my door seal not fit all the way around.
Second repair, engineer told me first engineer had not connected the heating element wire she fit it said machine was working, went away. Put a load of washing in only to find same fault.
Third repair today engineer check on previous engineers repairs said he couldn't fault the machine. I said I would put a load of washing in the machine so he could see, the engineer said ok walked out of my home and went off in his van. Only then do I get a email saying he had completed the repair removed some objects from a pipe and it was working!

Team know how firstly after two repairs asked if I wanted a new machine to which they did not honour and said I had to have a third visit.
Because the engineer would not visually wait around to see the fault and has not reported it I have to now have another engineers visit.
22 days now with out a machine.
I have continuously been lied to and promised help that has not materialised. No phone calls back after the knowhow team say they will. No manager from Whirlpool has got in touch after I requested a call and team know how will not put me through to one either.
I have phoned dozens of times, offered assistance on another website that basically told me what I'd already phoned up to be told.
Whirlpool would not entertain that engineers were at fault which is why I'm guessing I have been treated this way today.
I pay the policy as I have for years on time always and this is the level of service you receive.
