Don't Be Fooled

Took 55 days to receive order for in stock merchandise! Spend your money with a business that will do better. Don't be fooled by price and a big website unless you have time and money to burn. Don't call or write them because they can't respond with thousands of other mad customers doing the same thing.

I really have nothing to add that hasn't already been said in the reviews here on SiteJabber. I selected one star only because I had to pick something. What incredibly horrible service! After 6 weeks I am still waiting on one item to be shipping to me. I was careful to purchase only items from Team Express that were "In Stock" according to their website but that doesn't seem to matter. If I would have done some research and read some reviews on Team Express, I would never have purchased anything from their site.

Brutal service

Terribly disappointed with this company. After waiting 6 weeks for an in stock order, I called and waited 2.5 hours for service. I was told my product was in stock and the order would be expedited. After no product shows in 4 business days, I called again and waited 2 hours this time. I was given the same story that it would be expedited. I asked for a supervisor and things got worse. I was told that they may be down to one net and they not be able to find it in the warehouse. I got another lame excuse as well and was then told that they didn't know how long it would take and it wouldn't be out of question if I had to wait another 6 weeks. Through this whole process I was offered a staggering 10% off. In reality, I don't want money off, I want my order and for being told it was in stock when ordered and when I made my first complaint, this is about the worst service I've ever dealt with. I will avoid this company and any of its sub companies at all costs.

This company is horrible - I ordered 4 items, received one of the items quickly and correctly so I thought it was going to be fine. A month later, I received another item after a month but it was the wrong size - I won't bother to return it because of my experience with this company - the other two items are listed as "Backordered" when I check the website (I gave up trying to talk to any person there), one with a backorder date 2 months from the order date, the other with no backorder date. I did finally receive both of those items after more than 2 months. Don't use this company unless you can wait a long time for the items and you are absolutely sure of the item you are buying.

I placed an order of items that showed available when ordered on 2/27/15. I called on 3/13/15 and had not received any of my order. After waiting for almost 2 hours (68 callers ahead of me) I spoke to someone who cancelled the items on backorder. I was to receive 3 items. They arrived on 3/18/15. I still have not received a refund, and after waiting another 1 hr 50 min, I talked to a very nice lady who apologized, but after telling me the refund had been issued that I needed to talk to Amazon payments, who I thankfully paid thru, she spoke to her supervisor and found out that due to their transition to a new computer system my refund was one that was lost or not credited yet. She couldn't tell me how much longer it would be, could be a week or 2, but couldn't confirm that. I have filed a complaint thru my Amazon account to finally get my refund of almost $140. Despite the helpfulness of their customer service people, they do not ship quickly, takes to long to speak to anyone in customer service, and do not send confirmation emails on cancellations or if items are on back order. I would not waste my time or money because they still don't have things in order with their system change which occurred in February.

I would give teamexpress.com/baseballexpress.com a zero if I could. I ordered a bat and Under Armour shirt for my son. The bat came within a few days, but it has been over a month for this shirt, which the packing slip said was in the box with the bat, but it wasn't. I have spent at least five days sitting on customer service hold for one to three hours, and still no one picks up the phone. It is a total scam! I will never order from this company again. My next phone call is to my VISA company to dispute the charge.

My experience is the same as the other 1 star experiences. It took over a month to have my stuff shipped. One week into softball season, the pants I ordered for my daughter hadn't been shipped. Tried to call twice with a message of: "62 other callers ahead of you" - such crap. Instead of sitting on the phone for god knows potentially how long, I sent an email requesting to cancel my order. Of course, I didn't receive a response and a week later (five weeks after placing the order) I got a shipping confirmation email letting me know my order was on the way - after I had purchased the pants elsewhere. I'm thankful it was only $40. I'm not going to even bother attempting to return them for a refund because I know I won't get anywhere.

I am glad I found this site because I have been waiting for over three weeks and haven't even received a shipping notification. I tried email and all associated phone numbers which are all disconnected.

I will try to cancel through my CC company.

Is this related to Football Express? Apparently not, because the were great and items arrived quickly as stated.

No feedback and there is always a 45 minute wait for customer service. I have sent 5 emails inquiring on order and nothing. This is nothing like the baseball express we swore by for our high school and college teams. These guys can rot in hell.

I have had the same experience as pretty much everyone else. I ordered some cleats over a month ago. They never showed up. After many attempts to call them and getting the " there are 50 callers ahead of you" BS, I emailed them. They replied a few days later with an auto response of saying they were delayed a week due to system upgrades. Got the same response a week later. Still haven't gotten a real response. I ordered the product a 14 days ago with my credit card. The order can't be located in checking status. I entered my credit card information while confirming the order at the end of the checkout process. The order number was provided. In checking the status no record can be found.

This is now the 3rd email all promising someone would respond. Result: NO RESPONSE. Now over a 3 day period 4 attempted phone calls at *******855. Result: NO RESPONSE…. Busy signal, or you are 65 on the list or hang ups/disconnected.

I have rarely experienced such a poorly run business. I wanted the product but now concerned this company doesn't even exist and is involved with criminal acts. It is one of the poorest customer experiences I have incurred in my lifetime. As a baseball coach I have recommended team express and baseball express in the past but have now posted on our association site and others in the area to NOT do business with this company.

This company sucks

I ordered 2 footballs month and a half ago and have not received them and I cannot get hold of hem either. I did business with them before and was happy with them. Don; t know what happened but I am pissed off.If this is how they treat customers then they should shut down.

Baseball bat

Ok it took a long time to receive the bat (3 weeks) and the communication with thecompany was NON EXISTANT. The correct item did arrive.
Note to company owner: improve communication email and answer the phone and improve shipping.

What happened?

I have ordered from this company many times. Always excellent and quick. My latest order has me steaming. Something has happened to them. No answer when i call, no response thru email. Sometimes the number is busy? I ordered a ballglove and cant seem to even check on it. My payment sure did go thru though! Absolutely horrible and will never order from again. I hope they shut down because if not, they wont last long for sure. Everyone needs to contact the bbb on them. I did and hope to find a resolution!

COMPLETE RIP OFF!

I ordered catchers gear for my daughter (softball). I ordered it on 2/26/15 and I got the chin guards. I then received a refund for the chest protector. I have seen no hide nor hair of the helmet or a refund! I have sent numerous emails and called hundreds of times and I get no response either way. The phone ring and ring and ring or it goes to a voice-mail. The email's are given a ticket code and then you never get any response after that! This is the most unprofessional so called "business"! NEVER, EVER, EVER ORDER FROM HERE!
