I have always bought size 11 mens addisage slip ons.
They told me to call Adiddas and they could do nothing for me. So I am back to the company TE that I bought them from. They will not return them for me to a size 12. The old 11's I have were 1 inch longer and wider as well. Even though not their fault you would think they would let me pay for shipping and just send me a size 12. After shipping on my part both ways, out of my $33 I paid, I will only get a credit of 15. What a rip off. They couldn't switch them for a size 12 for me. Now that they have your money you are not even a customer. Please stay away from this company. You will get ripped off and only get half your credit back. Will never order from this company again. WARNING: Pay more and know another company has your back if something fits wrongs, or in my case the exact same shoe size but item is smaller?.
Ordered shoes paid for overnight delivery, wasn't delivered in time company said they could only give me particle refund on shipping as once it leaves their hands it belong to the shipper…… why pay for over night when this company won't deliver on what they promise!
Once upon a time in the country people did what they said they were going to do this company hides behind FedEx if it's my call go with a more reliable shipping company. I know FedEx is cheaper but guess this company doesn't care about customer service be careful everyone! These guys won't do what they say they are going to do!

We ordered a Wilson a2000 outfielders glove for my son last Saturday. Not only was it an incredible price, but the shipping was free. I was very concerned after reading reviews, so I called Monday to check on the order. I left a message and received a call back 5 minutes later from a pleasant customer service representative. We received the glove in 6 days (just 4 business days) during a holiday week. It was authentic and exactly what we were expecting!

Ignored for 3 months then told they forgot to place order and asked to wait 10 more weeks.
I was skeptical after reading mixed reviews for Team Express. We decided to try it out and were very pleased. The bat arrived in 5 days and was as expected! Will definitely give them another try for our next purchase.
Ordered the 2020 meta prime bat recieved tge prime bat which is a grade under. Also says made in china. Louisville slugger bats are nade in Kentucky. Wtf
I used to buy all my son's baseball equipment from Team Express. I stopped due to horrible customer service. I bought a pair of under armour batting gloves and they not only ripped in less than 30 days but they did not protect my son's hands like other under armour ones in the past. I tried to return them but Team Express would not take them back right away. They delayed the return enough so now it fell past 45 days of their return policy. I contacted the BBB to put their shady practices on record. I also contacted under armour and explained the situation. I sent them the defective gloves and I was surprised to hear the gloves were not authentic. They are knock offs. This happened one time last year when I found out that Team Express had no authorization to sell Adidas bats. My son's Adidas Bat broke within a year and when I contacted Adidas, 3 different reps told me only $#*!s sporting goods were authorized sellers of their bats. Adidas was convinced my bat was not authentic but still generous enough to send credit to their website to cover the defective bat. Now that is a real company who stands behind their brand. I urge you to be careful what you order from Team Express since the true authenticity of their items are questionable. Their customer service is the worst so if you ever have a problem returns are very difficult and they hassle you over them to deter you from returning it. My money is better spent at $#*!s and it's just as cheap as Team Express if you use Flash sales and coupons. Avoid this company.
Ordered 2 items and paid for 2nd day air. Received one item in 2 days. The other item has still not been delivered after 12 days. Emailed company and they responded that it takes 5 to 7 business days to be shipped. Called a day later and lady told me it takes 7 to 10 days before it ships. All she did was talk in circles. Every other company that I have ordered from and paid for 2nd day air has delivered it in 2 days. I guess this joke of a company just rips you off. It's saturday night and I will be calling first thing Monday morning to try and get a refund.
Placed an order and they canceled it by mistake. Ok called back and reordered then got an email that is was canceled. They charged me twice for goods I will never receive and now have to fight with them to get my money back. They are a joke of a company
Take note, they have great prices if you can wait since most of their products are on backorder.
However, if you run into a problem, GOOD LUCK, their reps dont even know their own policies, systems, or coupon codes. They will give you the wrong info and waste a ton of your time. They either have no authority or are unwilling to make any exceptions. And to top it off, they are RUDE!

I ordered a baseball glove for my son and was told it would be shipped on 8/15/2018. Later that month I received a survey asking me how I liked my product which I still had not received. Was told it would be shipped 8/31/2018. Today I tried calling and one machine said that they were closed for the July 4th Holiday while the other said that they were closed for severe weather in January. I lost about $ 16.00 for the glove that has never shipped. I am not sure this company still exists. If they do save you time and money and avoid them.
What a joke of a company. Site shows item will ship in 3 days. It's been 16 days and nobody can tell me where my 2 pair of baseball pants are that were paid for day 1.
They don't follow up on emails and they don't call back like they say they will. I finally talked to a so called supervisor who was just as useless as the other call takers. They don't stock the products they advertise and they have no direct contact with their vendors.
The best joke is the 15% discount they offered for the next order if you're dumb enough to come back again. They can't even find this order from 16 days ago.
Glad our cc company is going to dispute the charges and reverse them.
My advise, find a real company that stocks the product and ships as promised.

After giving them the benefit of the doubt, I placed multiple orders with Team Express. To sum it up... I received wrong sizes, I received wrong colors, I didn't receive items I ordered. AND... The customer service (when you can reach them) is atrocious! I beg you... Avoid this company!
Ordered a Mizuno franchise 12 in baseball glove no mention in their product description of it being a small hand opening upon receiving it could barely get three fingers into it contacted customer service and they told me all descriptions come from the manufacturer we do not review our own products how in the world can you run a business like that
Several phone calls and emails about a missing Demarini softball bat. Caught the customer service rep in a lie about shipment date and said he would provide more accurate shipment info to me. Nothing provided in over a month. I'm overseas and the time difference sucks, but their customer service sucks even more. When I call the voicemail is full, probably from other customer complaints. Do not believe the positive comments on this company, theyre just trying to bump this companies crappy rating up.
I read the reviews prior to placing an order in February. The salesman that I spoke with explained some of the difficulties that had been experienced. He explained that they are under new ownership, and things have gotten much better. I ordered baseballs at that time as a test. It went well. So then I ordered helmets in March for 4 teams that I help organize. Again, went really well. This week, I ordered pitching machine balls and they came in 3 days. I have no qualms with continuing to order from TeamExpress Baseball.
Wish I would have taken the time to read these reviews before wasting 6 weeks waiting on my item before canceling the order. Absolutely NO feedback on my item that supposedly was on back order. I had to initiate ALL contact. I sent an email and got no response. Then I called them and they told me 3 weeks ago item would ship within 2 weeks and it did not. When I called them tonight, they told me they could not give me an ETA. I cancelled the order, ordered from $#*!'s, and they say it will ship next week.
On a positive note... I got an email confirmation right away that my order was canceled. They are good at this. Apparently, practice makes perfect.
If I could give 0 stars I would. This is a terrible service with horribly rude and incompetent staff! I am still waiting for a delivery meant to arrive weeks ago. Every time I call to enquire customer service agents are rude and not helpful! They should be shut down! Clearly they are unable to deliver the service they claim that they offer! Horrified that companies like this are allowed to stay in business! Do consumers mean nothing! Boycott this service. It's the only way we will stop getting scammed!
Ordered baseball pants for my son, original back order date was 4 days from the time I ordered them. A month later still did not receive my pants they had no idea when the item would be in stock. Cancelled my order had to pay more elsewhere but worth it, had my pants in 3 days.
Im going to make this short, but last year I ordered a pair of football cleats for a seemingly great deal. They sent me a confirmation receipt with an order number that seemed legit. After 5 weeks without it coming I call team express and they asked for the order number and they said it was not a real number in their computers. They are highkey garbage and really good at what they do.

Answer: Contact the BBB. I did and finally got a response from them. Never got the order but the hold was taken off and cancelled, finally!
