Improper charges

Simply Pathetic!

Placed order on Jan. 7th for 2 helmets to size my team with. Needed a larger size, so I emailed the Rep. He responded in a timely manner & stated they did not offer a larger size in that model, so I simply asked for a return label. Also tried to call my Rep to follow up - voicemail message was "Inbox is full." Sent emails on 1/29,2/1, then 2/11 requesting a return label. They didn't respond until 2/12 - on a Friday night at 9PM!
I called a Manager to report it who was apologetic, but then got an email from the Rep defending his own pathetic customer service tactics & responses - saying he never heard back from me via phone. It's so bad, it's funny...

Never again!

This was the worst company I have ever tried to work with for my son's baseball team. They did everything, I MEAN EVERYTHING, wrong. They charged me the wrong prices when I had an original email with the correct ones, never bothered to let me know that part of the order would not (ever) be coming because they were out, hassled me about the return even though it was their fault, and the customer service was the worst ever! I was even "accidentally" hung up on while trying to get things straightened out with a customer service rep. It sounds like this company is run out of someone's basement as I heard lots of background noise, people joking around, etc. while on the phone with the rep. Save your time, money and sanity and do your business elsewhere!

This is the most terrible company I have ever encountered.
I was about to buy from them, all the way from Sweden. Trying at first to get contact with their "sales rep" *******@teamexpress.com(am not allowed to out), no employeename1 on the other line.

Instead one *******@teamexpress.com(same here, can not out) answered my mail.
From my inquiry regarding buying uniforms and equipment for a whole team, a rather long e-mail,
As a reply, he copy and pasted a small part of the e-mail, and answered with parentisis.
Here is the reply(keep in mind, it is the whole of the mail reply):

"30 of item: FJMJD (In scarlet or green in different sizes from: Small to XL).
If these are not possible to get in those colors or sizes, do you have a good alternative that is cheap? (I only have Lareg-2XL available.)

23 of item:: WTF5621MWHT (in white) (MD-XL)
In about 11 of Medium, 7 Large, 3 XL.
And 7 of item: TEFPAU1SWHT (in white) (Only Smalls available.)"

This leaves out a big part of the mail, but as you can see he did not answer my only question which he choosed to copy paste.
It was not bad enough, he did not answer it, he also only "checked" one colour of the game jerseys.

Which leads up to one thing which many of you out there already have stated, they have nothing in stock, they are just taking orders with no stock availabe at all.

Following mail he did not adress me at all, he still did not answer my questions. Which lead up to me telling him how bad he was at his job, also contacted their support asking who he was, the told me to "call". Oh wait, "You are number 56 in our queue, please hold.".

After this, he got "better" and tried to almost answer my questions I had regarding the products.

Any way, I was able to "place" my order. The cost was 493$, and two or three mail later, he told me two of the products were backordered and was not included in my order, the price was still 493$.

Since the price is so cheap and I really needed this order, I did proceed not thinking a lot about that, since I hade no invoice I couldn't really check if it was right.
Thank god I saved it by myself when I put all of my products in the cart.

Any way, I tried to continue the purchase, at first believing it was all in order.

Until I want the information how to pay etc, since I want to pay by bank transfer and by an invoice, I ask for such.

The invoice I recieve is a badly componed word-document looking like this:

And still no real invoice or anything.
This document set off some alarm, and I then went to search about the company. Found this site, and everyone states that this is a faux company which are scaming.

I answered the last E-mail from them, telling them I knew they were up to no good. No reply.

So again, STAY AWAY!

Ordered baseball pants, paid extra for faster shipping, it's now three weeks later. Had to buy pants at Academy for my son as the season was starting so tried to cancel this order which I was charged for before they shipped unlike a normal reputable company, BUT you can't cancel an order via email, you have to call them. And surprise surprise, they don't pick up the phone. Tried to call three times, was on hold for over an hour each time before giving up. Each time they say, 33 people are on hold before you, hoping you will hang up. I did have Amazon Payments send an email to try to cancel for me, but I'm not hopeful. Don't buy from here, I wish I had read the reviews first.

Big Mistake Buying Here
September 11, 2015

I ordered pants for my son for a baseball tournament. He needed them by Saturday so I paid more for second day air. Well, they didn't get here on time. When I called customer service, they said "sorry". Nothing can be done about it but they said they would refund the postage. We'll see if that happens. Don't trust this vendor. They don't meet their commitments and they don't care. When I called, I was #22 in the customer service line. Apparently, I am not the only customer with an issue.

I too wish I had done my research on this garbage company before I ordered a bat for my daughter. I placed an order on 8/22. Call 2 days later to get a price adjustment on that bat as they had sent an email with a lower price for the bat. At that time I asked when the bat would arrive and was told that it should be in a week. A week later, I called again to ask and was told "I'm not sure why it wasn't sent out. It will be going out and should be there in a week". Another week goes by no bat. Called yesterday and found out that the bat was out of stock. Seriously/!?!?!? You couldn't have told me that the other 2 times I called. All this time, they placed a hold on my account for the price of the bat! They had my money, I had no product. I was then told that the release of my funds could take up to 5 days! Are you kidding?!?!?!?!? That's garbage and so is this company. Customer service was rude and condescending. Thank you customer service rep Don and supervisor Mark for being complete jackasses! No worries, I called Louisville Slugger to let them know what kind of crap company is selling their products.

I will never purchase ANYTHING from this company and will make sure that no one else I know does either.

Waited 4 months for a pullover after they took my money to only have them tell me, after many unreturned emails and unanswered phone calls that they cannot ship my jacket and also tells me they didn't charge when it clearly states on my bank account they did take my money... what a joke!

Baseball Express/Team Express has the most horrid customer Service. You will never speak to an individual if you have a problem. Taking money is their primary goal. We tried to cancel an order for baseball cleats that were on sale. We waited 6 weeks - we sent email and were told our order had shipped. When arrived (2 more weeks) we were charged the full price not the sale price as is on our receipt. We also had already purchased a pair of cleats elsewhere in order for grandson to play high school ball. We immedistely returned the Baseball Express cleats. That was 3 months ago and we still have no credit issued. Many emails we have sent with only many computer generated responses. Multiple attempts to reach by phone and end up #74, or #59 in line. One time was #15 - put on speaker phone and after 47 minutes hung up! One email sounded like an actual person responded - but no name, said that they had sent credit request to accounting department. We shoukd have credit in 5-7 DAYS. That was 3 weeks ago, this company should be investigated on many fronts! Stay away!

I ordered a glove from this company and they took the money out of my account, apparently the glove was on back order so they replace the funds shortly after in October. In Feb, without authorization they withdrew the money again and I had a glove shipped to me 6 months later. I went to return it and they denied it, as they said it was a close out item. Really? A closeout item that was on back order for 6 months. Not only that the glove was suposed to be steamed, charged me 9 bucks and never steamed the glove. Never order from this place, I spend hundreds of dollars a year on softball and baseball gear, you will not get a penny from me TEAM EXPRESS. You are a joke.

WISH I HAD READ THE REVIEWS FIRST. ORDERED MY DAUGHTER A PAIR OF NIKE VOLLEYBALL SHOES AND THE STATUS KEPT SAYING DROPSHIP WHICH THEY SAY MEANS THEY ARE COMING DIRECTLY FROM NIKE. I CALLED TO CHECK THE STATUS AND WAS TOLD THEY WOULD HAVE SOMEONE CHECK WITH NIKE TO SEE WHAT THE STATUS WAS AND THEY WOULD COPY ME ON THE EMAIL. THAT NEVER HAPPENED. NIKE HAD THE SHOES IN STOCK AND I SHOULD HAVE JUST ORDERED DIRECTLY FROM THEM BUT I WAS HAPPY TO HAVE SAVED A FEW BUCKS BY ORDERING FROM HERE. SO AFTER ABOUT AN HOUR ON THE PHONE TRYING TO GET THROUGH AND SENDING AN EMAIL. I CANCELED THE ORDER AND ORDERD FROM LADY FOOTLOCKER AND RECEIVED THE SHOES IN 3 DAYS. I HAVE YET TO SEE A REFUND YET. PLEASE SHUT THIS COMPANY DOWN.

Q. Are we out of business?
A. No, we are not out of business. We are currently upgrading our order processing system, and have experienced some delays in order processing and shipping. You will receive shipping confirmations via email as soon as your package ships.

Q. How do I check my order status?
A. You can check online order status online – simply use your last name, zip code and order number. If there is no information available when you enter the order details, the order has been received but not processed yet.

Q. When will my order ship?
A. We are currently running 3-4 days behind on getting orders out the door. We have all hands on deck and double shift working at our distribution center to help get caught up. We have even asked corporate office employees to work at the DC to help the cause.

Q. Why aren't your phones working?
A. Our phones lines are working, but due to heavy phone volume, you may expect long wait times or busy signals or error messages.
We are currently working to access more phone lines with our service provider.

Q. Why haven’t you replied to my email?
A. Due to heavy volume from upgrade issues, we are experiencing a heavier-than-normal volume of emails. Unfortunately the same people who answer emails are also the ones who answer phones.
Multiple emails from the same person are also adding to the response time.

Q. You charged me for my item but it hasn't shipped yet.
A. We only charge once your item ships, although we do get an authorization at the time of purchase. The only exception to this is if you used an alternate pay method or avenue such as Amazon, Paypal, etc.

Q. Can I expedite my shipping to get it any faster?
A. No, we aren't currently offering express shipping due to the delays.

Q. How long are shipping delays?
A. Currently we are running 3-4 days behind but are working hard to get caught up.
We recognize that not all customers are receiving items in this time frame but we have found issues when processing those orders.

Q. Can I cancel my back order?
A. Yes, you will have to contact us at 800.937.4824 to cancel any back order.

Q. I ordered more than a week ago and still do not have my order?
A. There are some different scenarios that have different answers:
In some cases orders were out of stock at the time of order processing even though the system indicated they were in stock at the time of order.
We are also working through stock moves to replenish items that are now out of stock.

Other notes:
*Yes we realize the peak season is a less than desirable time to upgrade, but the health of our current system forced the upgrade to occur at this time.
*We have been in business for over 20 years, we are not a new company and are not trying to steal money from any customer. This upgrade has brought our standards to a level we are not pleased and are working around the clock to correct all technical issues.
*Facebook monitoring staff does not have access to the order system and cannot provide any detail regarding your order. Please contact customer Service.
*We have had Microsoft at our offices working through the technical issues as well as software experts helping us get our system running the way we need it to to provide service at high level as we did before.

How in the world do they even stay in business. I FINALLY got thru and once the sales person answered, I asked my question and he transferred me without saying a word and I was put back to the main switch board. I still don't have the order I placed in MARCH. It is now JUNE. This company sucks. Run away as fast as you can.

First, for individual buyers teamexpress put most things on backorder. Paypal do not allow pay after delivery for backorders, but teamexpress does not honor this (baseball savings does honor this and won't let you use PayPal for back ordered items).

Open a dispute with PayPal if you got backordered.

If you want to cancel a back order, ring up and DO NOT let them put you in the normal queue - demand to be put in the team order queue. Be tenacious and you can get your order canceled.

And finally, don't use any *express site ever again.

TEAM UN EXPRESS

I placed this order two months ago, paid extra for express shipping $10 charge. EMAILED CUSTOMER SERVICE TWICE AS THEY NEVER ANSWER YOUR PHONE LINE. These products were need for the normal high school baseball season.
Received the belt! On 04/06/15 received the pants that were desperately needed on 05/21/15. Now to receive the socks 06/03/15 not needed now season is over by two weeks... Thanks team unexpress... I will post as many bad review AS MY FINGER WILL ALLOW. Im also a high school assistant coach. So I will be tellling all of my players to never order from TEAM UN EXPRESS.

Ordered a glove in January. On Feb 23, the company informed me the glove was backordered until May (after my daughter's season was over). In the email they sent, they said if I wished to cancel I had to email customer service. I did so, yet, they did not cancel the order. I kept getting emails that talked about shipping. I tried calling the company and 57 callers were ahead of me. Today, May 5, I received an email that my item has shipped. As I write this, I have been on hold for 1 hour and 1 min. - there were 38 callers ahead of me. They close in 16 min. I probably will not get to speak to someone tonight. This company needs to be investigated! Disgusting waste of my time! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

The Worst!

I ordered baseball cleats 6 weeks ago. The order kept saying in warehouse. Called them many times. They kept saying they didn't know why they didn't ship. After 6 weeks I called again because it said my order was back ordered. How can this happen if it was in the warehouse! I cancelled my order and will NEVER DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!

I can't believe this company is still in business. They have the worse customer service. Right down there with Time Warner Cable. Like many others I wish I would've read the reviews before I ordered. That is my mistake! But I was swayed by the low prices advertised on their site. I paid extra for guaranteed 5 day shipping, it has been 15 days and I still haven't seen a status change on line. I called (waited for an hour and a half) and was told this issue would be escalated to management and I still have not heard back. I have emailed their customer service and only got an auto reply stating it could take 10 days for someone to review my email. My suggestion is pay the extra few dollars and buy elsewhere.

My son ordered baseball pants, they came quickly. But they are the wrong size. Tried to contact them unsuccessfully for a week. Funny thing the packing slip says return instructions on back. Guess what it is blank. Website does not have any information on how to return and shipping package does not even have company name on it
