I would like to know why this company charged my card for softball cleats and I have never received them?

Contact the BBB. I did and finally got a response from them. Never got the order but the hold was taken off and cancelled, finally!

Angela, I had the same issue. I was charged for an order that did not ship. About a week later the charge just "disappeared" from my bank account. I called my bank and they told me it was a hold and the charge did not go through. I thought the order was canceled but a couple of weeks later the charge was back and a got an email a couple of hours later letting me know the order had shipped. I still haven't received my order but I do have a tracking number. Hope this helps... Good luck!
