I too wish I had done my research on this garbage company before I ordered a bat for my daughter. I placed an order on 8/22. Call 2 days later to get a price adjustment on that bat as they had sent an email with a lower price for the bat. At that time I asked when the bat would arrive and was told that it should be in a week. A week later, I called again to ask and was told "I'm not sure why it wasn't sent out. It will be going out and should be there in a week". Another week goes by no bat. Called yesterday and found out that the bat was out of stock. Seriously/!?!?!? You couldn't have told me that the other 2 times I called. All this time, they placed a hold on my account for the price of the bat! They had my money, I had no product. I was then told that the release of my funds could take up to 5 days! Are you kidding?!?!?!?!? That's garbage and so is this company. Customer service was rude and condescending. Thank you customer service rep Don and supervisor Mark for being complete jackasses! No worries, I called Louisville Slugger to let them know what kind of crap company is selling their products.
I will never purchase ANYTHING from this company and will make sure that no one else I know does either.
