I have had the same experience as pretty much everyone else. I ordered some cleats over a month ago. They never showed up. After many attempts to call them and getting the " there are 50 callers ahead of you" BS, I emailed them. They replied a few days later with an auto response of saying they were delayed a week due to system upgrades. Got the same response a week later. Still haven't gotten a real response. Stay away from this crappy company. If I
