I was very afraid to buy a dress online. Went to bridal shops tried on dresses but nine of them wowed me. The back of this dress is what got me so i ordered it. I ordered on november 5th and received it on november 30th. Im 5.6ft and 167lb in process of loosing more weight. I ordered size 14. Need some alteration because im not wearing heals and front top part also need to be more tight. My only complaint about the order is that i ordered ivory color and i received white that's why i give 4 star. I actually like it and won't be exchanging it. Very pretty and simple beautiful dress for my beach wedding and can't wait to wear it.
Since I met Tbdress I've become a customer, I appreciate tbdress services and I wish you to continue with this honesty.

I ordered and item from this company on the 20th of May. It's now July the 20th. 2 months later no item but they took my money on the 21st. They took me it it takes about 4 weeks. Well Hell it's been 9 weeks. They told me to check with my post off but why it never made it to Ga. For 6 weeks it's been saying it in Ca. I asked for my money back. More excuse. In others I have to email or the BBB and my credit card company. I will never order from company again.
I had ordered a Maroon piece for gifting myself on the eve of my birthday... Though i was nervous wether it would suite me or not, onreceiving the order, i realised it was the perfect one for me... I just got loads n loads of compliments... thanx to TB dress!
The dress models in TBDress are just awesome and the material of the dresses that I order and the design pattern of the dresses that I order are amazing and apt as shown in the picture. Loved TBDress. Love the dresses.
I've had no luck tracking this package online. I placed my order back on 4/27/2020. Still haven't received it yet. Can someone help me? TB Dress is not responding to my requests.
The undewear looks nice, and unlike any other brands of underwears I wear, this one don't have any cartoon characters on them, which could be useful just in case anyone besides my mom or my sister ever sees them. They're neither childish nor granny-ish, which is hard to find in anything that's not a thong (or just horribly uncomfortable). Plus the 'ballet pink' even matches my exercising tights So incase of see through when am exerscsing i would be difficlt to notice the difference :)
I purchased what I thought was the perfect wedding dress 2 sizes bigger than I normally wear. The dress wasn't what the picture showed and it was 4 sizes too little. I couldn't even zip it up. When I contacted customer service I was offered a $20 refund by the representative and told to keep the dress. $20 didn't even cover the shipping cost paid. I will never purchase from TBdress again. Worse experience ever!
I ordered a lovely blue and white lace bodycon dress from TBDress. I was a bit sceptical at first because I have never bought anything online but I was very pleased with the result, the material looks and feels great and just a great product overall.
I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. Well 4 months later and i finally started to receive some parcels firstly with a hefty import duty to pay. They make no concession to amend the parcel type, so that you shouldnt have to pay those hefty charges and never mind that its one parcel but individual ones. Excited to finally get some goods you open up packages to find that the item is not as per the one you ordered and some items missing and some duplicated. Then never mind that with the mens clothing i cannot wear anything as its all way to small. Im mostly a medium with my clothes and ordered large and it still does not fit. Dont even bother trying to phone, you get nowhere
TBDRESS is a scam website. They rip off customers - the quality is horrible, and they copy branded dresses. And once you have ordered, there is no way to get in touch with them. There is no phone, no address. They are fraud and cheating consumers. PLEASE STAY AWAY from them, and invest in a branded dress instead.
I am satisfied most of the dresses I bought in TBDress and I have been their regular customer.

I ordered a dress for my grandson's wedding. It arrived stuffed in a plastic bag; the color was not representative of the site; asked to return this unworn garment; got no instructions on where to ship this for a refund. They offered a $20 discount as "the color not bad". DO NOT DO BUSINESS with these people; waste of money and time.
I have never in my life had bad experience with online shopping like I have with tbdress. I ordered a dress for $46.15 February the 12th 2020 until this day I still haven't received the dress. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Each time I contacted them with an email they send me another lie two more weeks ect. One more month smh. This is absolutely poor customer service. I wonder how many more senior citizens been treated like I have with the false online deals from this company its really sad. So keep your money dont order from tbdress at all. I think it's a money scam frfr. And its sk sad to be treated like that.
Received the dresses two weeks after I purchased them, I am soooo happy with the quality they are superb, just need to get the dress taken up a notch as they are a little too long but that is to be expected when ordering online. I bought the dresses in pink and got a lace coat made for my maid of honour also from TB DRESS. Bought a size 2, a 4 and a 6and they fit perfectly.
Love the different styles, as I am a larger lady now, hate to shop as unable to find a nice but different style of dress, its normally same style and it gets boreing, love the colours bright vibrant, all round what a difference my wardrobe will look, keep the differece comeing in styles

Beautiful dress! I LOVE the dress i choose. The fabric is exactly what was described the color is elegant and nice. This dress is just a little too long but nothing a little tayloring cant fix. Just hope i can losee. Little more weight for my cousins wedding lol! But was ordered at the end of march and delivered in a matter of 3 weeks! VERY VERY PLEASED! Would order again from here
I was apprehensive because I saw the bad reviews after I placed my order. I asked them to add a custom lace to the top of the bodice because I had a mastectomy and needed extra coverage. When I received my dress I was terrified it wouldn't be right but it was EXACTLY what I asked for. Thank you TBDress! I only had a little issue with it being too big in the bodice area and too long but I was expecting to do alterations anyways before the wedding since I am going through weight loss. I am so pleased with my dress that I plan on getting my mother a dress for the wedding as well.
