The shipping took a while, but that was expected. But this dress is absolutely gorgeous! Looking at a picture of me in the dress, and a picture of the model in the dress, I noticed that the skirt is completely different. It's not all tulle like I first believed. It's a thicker underskirt with a few thin tulle layers and lace appliqués applied to the skirt, so the skirt is not extremely thick and tutu-like. But to be quite honest, this dress is absolutely breathtaking.

I ordered several dresses according to their sizing chart which is WILDLY inaccurate. Due to that, I ended up returning all the items I purchased which ended up costing me more than I actually paid for the items because I had to send them all back to China. Then after about two months and never receiving my refund I contacted the company and they claimed to have no record of the return despite the proof of my USPS tracking number showing that it was received by them. After many hours and days of going back and forth with them they refused to issue a refund. This was a HUGE waste of time and quite a lot of money! Save yourself the trouble and buy somewhere else!

I have just received my order and I would like to make a complaint. First, the clothes have nothing to do with the pictures on the site. They are much uglier and of very bad quality.
The jacket that I've ordered has big shoulder pads that didn't show on the picture, which looks very ugly on a person. Also, both fasteners broke in my hands when I tried it on because the stiches were of very poor quality.
When I tried one of the dress, the 3 buttons also broke in my hands because the stiches were of poor quality. Also, the dress looks nothing like the picture.
Finally, the other dress was very ugly, of bad quality and didn't even include the sleeves.

To summarize, I am very disappointed of my order and the site in general. I will never recommand this site to anyone. It's false publicity and it feels like a scam.

I recently order 7 dresses and one coat from this site. I received 7 items, I did not receive one of my dress the price was $41.17 US. I emailed the company and received no response. I started an issueand when I checked my order listing on my account the dress was removed but the cost remained. I am still waiting for a response. I did not get a refund or my dress as of this date January 17,2016. I calledmy credit card company and PayPal I was informed that if I do not get a resolution by Tuesday January 18,20 16 they start an investigation. This is very sad as I do love the dresses and coat that did arrive. This has spoil my shopping experience with tbdress.

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! Do not make any purchases on their website. I purchased two flower girl dresses off this website for $400. The photos online look NOTHING like what the actual product looks like and they are REFUSING to refund me.

I ordered three articles of clothing and over a month I received one item and a week later I received the 2nd piece. I was informed that I'd would receive a refund because the 3rd item was out of stock ( over a month after I placed the order. I used the size chart before ordering but the items I finally received did not fit. When I requested to return them, I was informed that I'd have to pay double shipping so instead they would pay me $6 and I could keep the items. What good is keeping something that doesn't fit plus, $6 doesn't cover the cost that I paid for the dress. I'm thoroughly disgusted with this company and will never order again. I have not received any resolution to this claim.

I ordered a winter formal dress & Crystal tennis shoes - the dress came 4 weeks late after paying expedited shipping & I NEVER received the $100 Crystal tennis shoes. I contacted customer service they didn't reply for over a month - they told me they would give me $77 refund & I would have to pay shipping back to China! No mention of my never received Crystal tennis shoes! Disgusting - They are a Scam! DO NOT shop here!
