I decided to give the website the benefit of the doubt based on all the reviews and went for it. I ordered a total of 7 items (2 cardigans, 3 sweaters, 1 jacket and 1 dress). I live in Canada and went with standard shipping. I was expecting to wait 10-20 days but received it within a week, so I was pleasantly surprised. On top of the $22 shipping cost, I unexpectedly had to pay $26 in duty fees with the mailman came to my door.
The downside of the 'fast shipping' was that I got jipped and didn't receive the 1 dress. So I only got 6 items when I paid for 7 items. I have emailed TBDRESS about the matter and waiting for a response.
I ordered a dress paid extra for rush delivery for my birthday. Its been weeks and I have no dress and no money back. I emailed them and never get a responce. Find your stuff on a different site please. Now they send me a email everyday about new clothing and sakes. Why would I buy a thing when I haven got what I ordered. I never write reviews about a companycompany. But I trusted this one and I expressed it was for my birthday and they could care less. I intend to express my feelings everyday so other people can avoid having to be disapointed
My first time online experience with online purchases and this was the easiest, most efficient way. The online chat assistance was great... This really made me excited and had me share this experience with 10 friend within 30minutes. Great prices as well, im hooked!
I took a chance, although there were no reviews for my wedding dress and TB Dress not only has great prices but my dress was beautiful and the quality was exquisite! There were some loose threads but that is an easy fix and I couldnt be happier with my dress and the service from TB Dress! Im just a bride in a budget from Atlanta Georgia and my review is volunteered because I want brides to know that they can find a high quality and beautiful dress on this website.

I have struggle with many shopping online merchants before I came to know tbdress, the site is easily design with user friendly interface that newbie's can navigate easily as opposed to some shopping online sites. You can clearly read other satisfied shoppers opinions on the products they have purchased and this help those doubting the tbdress products. This the only place I got a $10 Coupon on my first purchase when I bought a cocktail dress for better half for my wife, while shopping for cocktail dresses I got about 1110 plus of assorted and beautiful dresses to choose from, I bought a Delightful Neckline Cocktail dresses and guess what I got 70% discount on the total amount paid.
Delivery of the cocktail dress was first and within a few days I had the dressed as requested and as described on the internet. They have PayPal payment method which made work easier for me since I didn't have money on my credit but had some few dollars on PayPal account.
I have purchased two wedding dresses and two vails, they were nice almost as pictures but lower quality. The customer service were very nice, and they told me the exactly shipping and receiving dates.

I purchased the assymetrical hoodie in dark grey and was blown away by, not only the fit and quality, but the fact that a woman of my size could find a great age appropriate hoodie. I get compliments all the time and recommend this product to women of all ages and sizes!
I have gotten prom dresses off of this site. Every one came out beautifully! I have never had any complaints about this site. However for the dresses that aren't formal, or custom sizing, read about the sizes because they run small. I am normally a small, and on this site I am a large.
I placed an order last month with the expectation it were to be delivered last week. I canceled the order the same day it was placed actually, and requested a refund. They are trying to avoid refunding my order; and left an email and voicemail just last night, that they are almost finished making the garment, and how about I just keep it! One month I have been going through this!

I buy my brides maid dress from tbdress and im very happy the first one i choose the wrong pink and the second one i was very worried i was not going to get it back in time to go back hom to my mom wedding and i went on facebook and speaks to them and thry replied back to me so fast and they did come thru for me they let me get back my dress intime and i really love it,, thank u tbdress you guys worth my stars
These positive reviews are false. Look at the better business bureau. They have a warning out against this company. Look at other reviews. They are 100% negative and people have been ripped off over and over again. The positive reviews are writen by company employees.

I placed an order on Feb 14th, they said don't worry on their website we will send you a tracking order with 2-8 days and ship I paid extra shipping. They took my money that night and I have not heard a word since I have sent 4 emails with no response, I think I have been scammed and I am furious> I either want my money back or my item delivered as promised within the time frame. I'm so sad I didn't dig deeper into these reviews before ordering a dress for my daughter's wedding. The dress is 2-3 sizes too small (not US sizing, as listed), a different color than pictured, and a different material than pictured. The company has been TERRIBLE to work with in trying to get any kind of resolution. Email messages are in broken English and don't answer my questions. I've requested a return address FOUR TIMES so far and still haven't received itonly an offer of $30 toward alterations of a too-small dress. How does one alter a tiny dress to make it bigger? There's no extra fabric! I am trying to go through PayPal to recover any of my $165 I now fear is lostextra difficult at a time that money needs to be going toward so many wedding expenses.
I no more need the help of any store where I need to place the order to receive the desired piece of cloth. Thanks to tbdress.com! I get every type of apparels I want at TB Dress. But I think that need to develop a more user-friendly interface.

Seriously! This site doesn't get any worse than this! STAY FAR FAR FAAAAR AWAY! I placed an order for a dress and was charged for the dress in my bank account via paypal. Thank heavens for the paypal dispute center! My account on tbdress says the item is still in my cart and that I have no open orders through them! I read their reviews on here and immediately began asking for a refund. Decided to try their "online chat", HA! WORST customer service I've EVER had. "Nikita" placed the blame on me and asked question after question as to why I wanted to cancel my order. I told her and she complained that I didn't give her a chance to talk me out of it. Seriously?! She also said she couldn't help me because I was being rude?! NEVER EVER EVER! Order from this site! I'm thankful for paypal's dispute center and I look forward to shopping with an actual reputable company that doesn't hire 12 year olds for tech agents!
