My review is about the customer service and claims personnel. I submitted a claim regarding a product with 2 months deliver delay. After I submitted my claim, the customer service react fast and refund my money within 5 days.
I was pleased with the heels I bought because they look like in the pictures.
I have tiny feet (size 5) so if you have tiny feet and ankle like me, I recommend you buy those heels they look very pretty.
It is easyis not easy to believe one opinion of something that one is saying for just some technical reasons but it only after trying out that’s when you will believe him or her. I know when I talked about good experience that I got by shopping with tbdress some will believe while others will not but for me I really like shopping at this site as I always get the best. I always get what I want from this site. I like their quality dress, shipping method and also refund policy. Tbdress is really nice site to shop and I can tell anyone who can not believe to give a try and see if he likes tbdress just like I do
I got my package today and I'm so disappointed with the quality. So cheap quality, I ordered 5 and I only got 4. I called them and they said the other one is on the way. Don't ever buy on this site. Cheap quality I ever had.
I had purchased a new dress for my teenage daughter - A-Line Straps Pearls Beading Floor-Length Backless Court Train Evening. She looks gorgeous in that and got compliments from all her class. Keep the new designs coming.

TB Dress is not only good for clothes but also for expert suggestions as to what is fit for what occasion! The categories are made according to occasion! The exchange policies are not as flexible as it looks though.
ITEM NEVER DELIVERED - SENT FAKE CONFIRMATION INFO
You never receive an order confirmation after placing the order but the money is charged to your Credit card. They will initially send you a response to your email with FAKE DELIVERY CONFIRMATION NUMBER FROM CHINA to US. This number cannot be tracked. When you ask them to confirm the number and address shipped to, they do not respond. Should be Negative stars...

OH, MY GOD! I can't believe my eyes. The wedding dress I bought from TBdress was so amazing. The lace pattern was so pretty and it felt so good when i tried it. My families spoke highly of this dress. I was so excited and can't wait to wear it to my wedding :D
I will NEVER deal with this company again. I ordered my dress and received the wrong color dress. I filed a dispute with the company and they said that they would give me a $25.00 refund and to keep the dress. I paid over $100 for the dress! What is $25.00 and a dress that I cant wear supposed to do.

Among the dresses I purchased with them, 2 were very small, very poor quality. One dress (Item Code: *******), item of sub-order ******* in order ******* which was too small, very bad quality material, not at all as advertised. I ask to return the items to them but received a nasty response from their customer service agent that I have to pay myself for return and if they send me a replacement dress I have also to pay for the ship fee. They are thieves, liars, they have different company names but sale same items...
I am shocked to read so many positive reviews. My dress was horrible, the material is too thin, no lining even the finishing edge is not sewn with a clean edge. The dress i bought also looks nothing like the dress i ordered. Also it took forever, i was not explecting designer quality but i was expecting to be able to wear it.

Disappointed: the straps on the shoes were so large they could fit an elephant PLUS the left shoe was tighter than the right one and the return is on buyer and costs the same as the shoes. I tried to leave a review so that others don't get scammed you've guessed it. Impossible even on this one couldn't load the pictures they asking for a different format
I had much skepticism when I initially ordered. I was concerned about the quality of the clothing and about the sizes. I did find that the sizes do run small for my size but were perfect for my youngest daughter. This is a win win for me because I now HAVE to lose weight to fit my first dress. My daughter is ready for order #2.
I shopped at TBdress and I had a great experience. I bought a dress and I paid a total of 9.19 dollars. It's a great looking dress for the money and I'm thinking about buying a beautiful necklace and matching earrings for 9.19 dollars so I've really had fun shopping there since I'm on a fixed income it really helps.

I want to share my story on this item. I ordered this costume and got what I wanted. The quality of the fabric is nice and the elasticity of it is just what I expect it to be. The costume is so cute and real looking. I enjoy wearing it the entire event.
Terrible customer service. I ordered a beach wedding dress that was nothing like the picture. Paid for 2 day shipping. Took 7 days to get here. Read that I have 7 days to return it. I emailed the company and it took 3 days for a response. Not able to return if for a full refund. So ladies don't buy a dress or bridesmaids dress from here if you aren't 100% sure you'll be satisfied.

My daughter and I were so excited to find dressy shoes with straps in bone color for a wedding she was going to be in. They were rather expensive but we did not care because they were so exceptionally pretty and were perfect for the dress. She wore them the night of the rehearsal and on the wedding day. At the reception she had to take them off because the sole had separated from both shoes. So disappointing. We emailed the company and they asked for a picture which we sent. They offered to replace the shoes if we sent them another 15.00. Oh noooo I will not send them another dime and I will not order another thing from them if they can not back up their products. So beware... It also took three weeks to get the shoes delivered.
