Regarding Order number *******, Item Code: *******, sub-order *******
Among the dresses I purchased with them, 2 were very small, very poor quality. One dress (Item Code: *******), item of sub-order ******* in order ******* which was too small, very bad quality material, not at all as advertised. I ask to return the items to them but received a nasty response from their customer service agent that I have to pay myself for return and if they send me a replacement dress I have also to pay for the ship fee. They are thieves, liars, they have different company names but sale same items...
