I ordered a dress from this website to wear to my best friend's wedding as her maid of honor. Not only the dress was delivered later than the stated date, the dress was 2-3 sizes bigger than my custom measurements I had entered when purchasing it. I requested a return address and a full refund. They said I cannot return the dress because it was custom made for my measurements. I argued that these were not my measurements. They requested pictures with my measurements and measurements of the dress and I sent it. The measurements were 5-6 inches bigger than my size. I explained that the item was faulty. The size was completely off, and I have no use for the dress, as it was not as described, and does not fit its purpose. They offered me $50 credit to make alterations. I spoke to my seamstress and she said that the dress is so big that adjustments were unattainable. Now I am stuck with the dress with no use for it.

I had initial concerns... No swatches for the sequin fabric from which my dress is made (it is slightly lighter than I expected, but it is absolutely beautiful so I am not dissatisfied) and worry that the dress might not fit correctly... but overall, my experience with TB Dress has been amazing and I will be back for any dress needs I might have. My dress is gorgeous and fits perfectly; I couldn't have asked for better.

I was so excited to receive my dress but I was so worried that the colour might not be perfect, but it is absolutely perfect! I ordered a dress in 'watermelon' after reading some reviews that the dress was more of a coral colour than pink. It is definitely more coral which is what i wanted so anyone who picks that watermelon colour thinking it will be pink beware! The dress is prefect, fits perfectly except i measured my bust wrong and it needs taking in just a little (wishful thinking i reckon) and the quality is awesome. Will be recommending this site to anyone and everyone looking for a dress and I'm a customer for life

I emailed tbdress almost immediately after my order was delivered to return one of the items. They responded requesting the reason for return. I responded with the reason etc, and i did not hear back. I sent another email a week later, but did not hear back. Once again I sent another email and did not hear back. Finally they respond over a month later stating that it has been over 30 days and I can no longer return the item. I responded saying I have sent numerous emails prior to the 30 day mark with no response... and they said they emailed me (their one and only email asking for a reason for return) and did not get a response from me. I had to scan and email the copies of my multiple emails to them that were ignored to prove to them that they are liars. They purposely ignored my emails until after the 30 day mark and refuse to return the cheap dress I purchased from them. Will use it as a rag for cleaning I guess.

My experience with TBDress was lovely. The dresses fit perfectly and I am very happy with the product. Would definitely recommend to everyone as long as they check the size guide and read the description of the things they want to buy to make sure it is the fabric, colour, size etc. that they want.
