I ordered a dress for my wedding, that based on their size chart, should have fit. It did not even come close! I messaged the company with my complaint. They replied that I should get it tailored to fit me. If I wanted to send it back, all they would give me is $85 for a $188 dress! I strongly urge you to refrain from buying from this company. Try JJ House instead.

Greetings all please beware of this Tbdress site. I recently purchased a dress from on there and they sent a dress different in color and different in material. I immediately reached out to the company to discuss my issue and my disappointment with my dress recieved. The customer service have been prolonging the return process even while I told them I had no problem paying for the return because I disliked the misrepresentation of the item totally and wanted to be refund of my money. They asked for pictures of the dress they send to me. I sent several pictures and even pictures of the dress I selected on the site. They claimed they cant see the pictures good I keep sending at that point. Then they informed me not to send that package back here until they okay the return. I asked kindly for us to settle this issue so I can just get my money back. I am yet to recieve a response from my last email which I sent more pictures of the dress pleading for the process to be completed with my money refunded. I have shown four pictures of the dress recieved on a hanger. I am also showing two pictures of the site dress that I saw and wanted and decided to purchase. What do you think? I regret buying there its misrepresentation. It's totally wrong and unfair.

I paid full price for a custom order dress. It came poorly made with stain spots and uneven fabrics on skirt, unwearable to my son's wedding. Contacted the customer service, lots of haggling, the last offer I received was 50% price already paid. Their return/exchange policy stated %100 customer satisfaction which was just a scam.

The color was not the same. The material was not the silky material that was in the picture, instead the material was thin and see through. After waiting a long time to receive the product, it wasn't giving what it was supposed to gave.

The pictures are just to get your attention, when I got the dresses my 4 year old would have done better. The dresses looked like nothing like the picture just like random grandma clothes. Now trying to get a refund...

Be wary of this website, it is misleading! I ordered 2 dresses for my upcoming beach wedding. Carefully read the return policy before ordering, which is clear as mud and they use that to their advantage. One of the dresses was considered "custom" even though I ordered from a size chart. The dress came in 2 sizes to big and they will not take it back or exchange it even if I pay for the shipping. The second dress I ordered looked absolutely nothing like the picture, see below. Someone please tell me how those dresses are even remotely the same? And I have to pay for shipping back to get my refund? They will give me a full refund on this one because it's not considered "custom" even though they both had the same return policy listed and both were ordered according to the size chart. The second dress was a little small by the way. So if you are ordering from here beware of the size chart as it's not accurate and know that you are just throwing money out the window if it doesn't fit accordingly because they will not rectify it for you! I will not recommend them to anyone nor will I ever order from them again!

My experience was as follows: I ordered almost a month in advance my order sat in "processing" que for two weeks because of this I emailed three times before the order shipped. Conveniently the order shipped then someone responds by this point I am infuriated. The lies flowed from there. They will pretend that the ordered couldn't be cancelled from fed ex which I took it upon myself to do. They still pushed it through. My order arrived an entire week after I needed it. I had it shipped back to them with permission only of course only to pay for the shipping and never receive my money back. This company is disgusting to do business with.

Do not buy on this website. Bad quality. Company refuses to take returns even the dress was damaged (zipper). The answer from customer service after our return request was: You have to carry the shipping cost but remember packages to China are very expensive. Realy? Keep the dress and we will give 20% off your next purchase.
What should I do with a discount? I would never buy there again.
They also said the dress was customize and a special order but was a regular size from their size dropdown menu. Please read below:
So if you insist on returning for refund, you can only get 40% refund $105, because labor / raw material costs need to be deducted, not to mention that you will need to bear the return shipping fee to China which will not be cheap.
And another one:
It is clearly stated that we do not accept returns other than quality problems, because the item you bought is a customized product that is produced after the order is placed (even though it is standard size).

27 days to receive two dresses which were defective when reached out to the auto net service they only wanted to refund me $15 where I paid $115.
If I want to return I will get a refund of $100 and will take care of the shipping which is around $60!
Very bad service since the products are defective they should handle it better

PLEASE DON'T ORDER FROM TBDRESS FROM CHINA! I JUST GOT RIPPED OFF $140,00. Received damaged items, very cheap material and the pictures shown online are misleading and false.

I ordered two dresses (standard size) for a total of $272.98. The next day I realized I ordered the wrong size in one of the dresses and tried to cancel it. They said it was too late and only refunded me $95.54 of the $136.49 cost because they had already started the dress - ( I find this very hard to believe.). I finally received the other dress after several weeks and it had a big pleat right across the middle of the dress. It was made very poorly. I contacted them and I had to send them pictures, etc. They tried to have me keep the dress and knock off $35 but it was unwearable. I requested a return address to mail it back to them and after several emails they finally agreed. It cost me $44 to return the dress. The dress was delivered to them in June and they still won't refund my money and tell me that they gave me a $75 credit but they have not. I am fed up. I lost $177.44 and have nothing to show for my money except stress. I am contacting my credit card company to get my money back.

I would give them a negative rating if possible. Ordered 3 dresses. Only one dress I received looked like the photo. Dress one = 3" too small on the top, Dress two - Skimpy and not the fabric shown, Dress 3 Guaze, not chiffon (as shown) 1/2 the fullness, wrong sleeves, an adult large fit my 11 year old niece. When I tried to return I was given the run around - after a month of back and forth they finally refunded me 20% of the purchase price on only two of the dresses. They collect photos of clothes, create a pinterest board website and then make them, if ordered. Customer service is actually a disservice to the company. Please don't use them. You will be disappointed. There are much better, reputable companies.

I ordered two dresses for my daughter to wear as a flower girl in my sister's upcoming wedding. I ordered two colors as I wasn't sure what color would match best with the bridesmaid dresses Given the price of the dresses ($125 a piece) I was truly astonished with how poor the quality was. I didn't even have my daughter try the dresses on when I received them and immediately contacted customer service regarding returning the dresses in accordance with their return policy as stated on their website. Instead of a offering a refund (as they offer in their return policy for items returned within 30 days of receipt) after multiple emails back and worth over three days, they instead offered me $20 to keep the dress and said I would have to pay shipping costs to return back to China which would end up costing more than a refund they would issue. Please, please, please, save your money and purchase your dresses elsewhere. I ended up finding a beautiful dress for my daughter from Nordstrom of similar price and much better quality. I think we can all agree the worst thing to come out of China is the Coronavirus, but the second worst thing are these dresses! Do not buy!

Don't waste your time or money on this website! It took 2 months to get 2 of the 3 items i ordered and i never received the 3rd! Cannot reach them or track packages

I ordered and item from this company on the 20th of May. It's now July the 20th. 2 months later no item but they took my money on the 21st. They took me it it takes about 4 weeks. Well Hell it's been 9 weeks. They told me to check with my post off but why it never made it to Ga. For 6 weeks it's been saying it in Ca. I asked for my money back. More excuse. In others I have to email or the BBB and my credit card company. I will never order from company again.

Stay away from this site or have yourself to blame. Delivery takes several months with bad communication

I ordered a dress and some accessories 2 months ago and I contacted tbdress and waited patiently for my items. They proceeded to ignore my email for the first several times and recently they responded after I threatened to write a negative review on all platforms. Still have NOT gotten my accessories. I did finally receive my dress a month and a half later. It was a 2/10. Definitely true that the material is cheap and NOT what it looks like in photos. Unfortunately, I will just be finding a different dress, as it's not what I expected and was reading mixed reviews upon many sites. It's true that they paid a lot of people to write falsely positive reviews which impacted their "high" rating. But clearly, there are TONS of people with negative thoughts and experience with this website. Will NOT purchase from them again.

I ordered and took so long to arrive And when i did receive it looked nothing like the picture. It was poor quality, uncomfortable itching fabric. I immediately wanted to my money back and customers response it is unacceptable it took several emails until I got one reply but still did not get the refund me or at least send me the return address. My experience was terrible, I would never recommend anyone purchasing from this company.

TBDress is the worst possible retail site on the internet. I still haven't received three items from my order. And the items that I did receive appear as though they were made by a child with vision impairments. I am extremely unhappy with my purchases. They arrived late and they don't fit. All of the clothing is at least three sizes too small, poor quality, and doesn't look quite like the pictures. Clearly, the pictures on the site are from other companies, and TBDress merely attempts to copy the clothing. I was definitely scammed, and I want to ensure that others are warned before purchasing anything from this site. And now I've been told to pick out replacement items. Why would I take the chance of ordering anything else from this site? I want a full refund, yet they keep telling me that I must replace the items which are "sold out". One week ago they told me that they will send a refund for one item. Of course, that item is the cheapest thing from my order - a pair of earrings that only costs $6.74. Do not be mislead by the images, and do not shop from this site. It is a complete scam! If it was possible to rate them with 0 stars, I would have, but it wasn't an option.
