On Oct 10/2/2014 I purchased a coat from Tbdress online and have not received it yet. They finally gave me a tracking # after I emailed them a couple of times. Unfortunately the tracking # does nothing because it only tells me that my package is being sorted( whatever that means) it does not tell me where it is. So i am not out of patience, so I decide to check the BBB(Better Business Bureau) to see if they are legit. As you know the BBB gives you scores on how well you run your business and the scoring is from A to F, well the Tbdress company's score is a big fat F. They have scammed so many people out of their money and as far as delivered merchandise, you either receive it a month later and its bad quality, or you won't receive it at all.

You will never know how good, sweet and test the pudding sold by TBDRESS and the service behind it is until you have a bite of it. It is after the first bite that I had that has made me obsessed, wanting to keep biting more and more of these products. Within a month, I have bought a number of items. I can not wait to add on more items, an indication of how much I have come to appreciate the products and customer service. Regarding customer support and professionalism, my thanks goes to Echo, a support team, so had working and on top of the game. I have been helped a lot by facilitating shipment and other processes involved. Truthfulness and hard working defines this persons victuals. Kindly join me in enjoying this pudding of nice products.

Zero Star. TBdress is the same company as TideBuyBridal, DON"T BUY. THIS IS A SCAM! They stole $253.00 from me. I've now filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. Everyone needs to do the same, they are there to protect us from people like TDdress and TidebuyBridal and TD Bridal! I hope they are sued and shut down. They are liars, and frauds, stealing your money! They are a second hand shop selling USED & DAMAGED dresses not even worth $20. If you see a positive review please know that it's fake. These people are criminals (I have everything documented)!

TBDress, I ordered this dress a cupple days ago and i just realized while I am ordering more of the same dress for the bridesmaids that it doesnt say what kind of fabric it is made from, and now we are panicking because we realize that the light plum changes depending on the fabric, so i wanted to ask what kind of fabric it is made from so i know how it will actually look. Thank You

The worst customer service EVER. I ordered quite a number of shoes, handbags and dresses. Two of the handbags were the wrong colour, dresses didn't fit well at all and the shoes were such poor quality, that they weren't even glued properly. I have sent COUNTLESS e-mails to them and tried to attach pictures of the wrong items. WELL, there's something wrong with their website because it keeps coming up with an "error send" everytime. They respond days later asking for pictures, but their website is obviously faulty. STAY AWAY, PLEASE.

The photo on the left is what they had on their website, the photos on the right is what JD Dress sent me. Clearly, they do really, really, bad KNOCK-OFF's. There was not enough fabric for the top to ruffle and flow in the sleeves or body of the top. I ordered several pieces each and every item was horrible so horrible, l made them give me my money back via PayPal and threw that CRAP IN THE TRASH!

A review of the year I've been shopping with them. It's a review that's made because they truly have dealt with me and not for their gain, but, my needs.

WAW I don't even know where to start... I only have bad things to say about this company. If I could give them NO stars I would.

1)I ordered a vest about 6 weeks ago and it has never arrived! I understaand it's in China but come on! I order from the UK and my package is there within a week!

2) I wrote to them maybe 5 times, the last time saying that I recommanded them to my friends in the beginning but that now, I tell every one that its a scam, and they answered once.

3) Everytime I go track my package its at the exact same stage which is «in transit» for 4 weeks now.

Now I am stuck there, I don't know if it's a legit company, I don't know if I should ask my credit card company a refund, I don't know what to do with that order! NEVER ordering from them again!

I was very sad and disappointed, I bought my outfit for my wedding in a size 3x, when it came a week before my wedding it didn't fit, so I ordered another one with express shipping in a 4x and it came two days before my wedding and the zipper was stripped, I cried and cried, on my wedding day and nothing to wear that coordinates with my color scheme, so I paid $100 total for two of the same outfits I can do nothing with now. Please anyone shopping from this store make sure you go up a few sizes and order months early to keep from being sad, embarrassed and disappointed as I was on my wedding day.

I would not recommend this site to ANYONE! I ordered two shirts on December 5th of 2013. It is January 24th of 2014 and I have only received one of them. I didnt get the first one till a week after christmas in December and still have not received the other one. Ive tried several times to write the company to find out what is going on and I still have no received a response. Not to menchen, then shirt I ordered is nowhere near what the shirt looked like in the picture. It was suppose to be a very loose fitted shirt, and then one I received was very tight fighting. I feel this site is a total scam and I will never order from them again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE! I got my bridesmaids to order their dresses from this site and they all came in a different color of pink. Some even almost looked lavender. They ordered at different times so when I had pictures of all to compare and send them, they told me it had been more than 15 days since my original order so they could do nothing to help me. Their phone numbers don't work. HORRIBLE!
