This place has amazing wedding dresses. My sister got wed in a TB Dress wedding dress and she was looking stunning! Hoping for a nice range of wedding suits too!

I bought a dress for a friends wedding, once it arrived I immediately noticed the color was 5 shades off of the picture, 1-2 is understandable, not 5.
There were pulls and snags along the bust, which is the focal point of the dress, and
The seams were poor quality and very visible.
I contacted the company immediately and asked for a return or exchange.
They said I must pay to return the item and they would only offer me $30usd for the dress and that was it.
The dress was $170, they had to be kidding me.
The best part is that on their website they state that they will offer returns or exchanges if the customer is not 100% satisfied. Of course I am not satisfied, the dress is defective.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM TBDresses - It has been almost a month now and they will still not budge or help me at all for their own mess up on their end.

I gave TBDRESS 5 stars because they are very helpful and easy to work with. I ordered T shirts for a a field workout. The representative helped me get what I wanted and still meet my budget.
They are theives and liars. With $#*!ty customer services and their phone number doesnt even work. Avoid this place at all costs. I lost 100$ because this places sucks butt.
TB Dress seems to be the only place where the over 70% discounts are not a hoax. I got the best buys here but I wish I had some more options. The men's category is not half as variant as the women's!
TB Dress is where I found the best dresses for all seasons. I buy my formals, casuals and party wear only from TB Dress. There should have been some kids’ apparels too if you ask me.
It took a long time to get my order and I was excited to FINALLY get it. Now... I know I'm not a small woman and I did order everything in a 2XL size. That should have been plenty big. HAH! I would have needed a shoehorn to get into them and then it would have been obscene. I did get the return order information. You have to ship it back to Guangzhou, China for pete sake. So I checked the prices for shipping back to China I would have ended up spending MORE in shipping than my original order! What a rip. Plus the dresses are not very good quality. Poor cheap fabric and I didn't even bother to look closer once I realized they were so badly sized. DON'T BE TAKEN IN BY THEIR CHEAP PRICES! BUYER BEWARE!
A quick update to let people know that it's possible to receive a refund if you go via PayPal. I sent photo evidence showing that the product was significantly not as described, despite TBdress insisting that it was the same dress. TBdress offered an $80 refund through the PayPal dispute resolution system but I declined as the item was $183 and I was willing to trust that PayPal would agree that the dress was not as described. Thankfully they did agree and PayPal made TBdress provide their address so I could return the product. (They were withholding their address so I couldn't return it.) It cost $50 to ship it back with tracking to China but I was willing to spend that money in order to get the full refund, especially since the dress was such terrible quality and couldn't even be resold. Here are the two photos that I provided in order to prove to PayPal that the photo they showed of the dress online was different than the dress they sent. Incidentally, I also found the exact same photo (but better resolution) on another online retailer's website called Victoria's Queen. (Mental note to not buy from them either!) In addition to that, the size was not even close to the custom size that I paid extra for and I had photos to prove that as well. In total, it took three months to get any money back and I lost $50 for shipping, plus $25 for import fees. A lesson I won't need to learn twice!
This company uses the bait and switch tactic! They show you a gorgeous dress and then send you a cheap piece of crap! I ordered a wedding dress from them and paid extra for having the waist taken in from a standard size 4. I also ordered the dress in a champagne color. What I got was a dress that's shaped like a potato and is orange! The lace is completely different from the photo and most of the sequins and pearls are falling off. The fabric feels like plastic. In a nutshell, the dress they sent me is not the one they sold me on their website. I've sent them the photos they requested and they said they don't see the problem. They said they made it to the size I asked for even though I showed them with a measuring tape that they did not and I have proof of what I ordered! Regarding the color, they said the belt and pearls are the correct color (which I had noted to them already), not addressing at all the fact that the dress is orange, not champagne! On top of that, the belt is not the same as in their photo online. I have received two quick responses from their customer service person "Devine" so far but they are offering only a $45 "discount" on this dress which was $183. I also ordered a belt in the same order which they said had shipped before the dress but it is yet to arrive. The photos of the white dress is the one they showed online, the orange dress is the one I received.
I ordered a dress on October 16. Here it is exactly 3 weeks later and customer service is telling me they need 3-7 more days to PREPARE TO SHIP! That's the second time they've told me they need 3-7 days to PREPARE TO SHIP! I don't believe I'm receiving the dress at this point! This is the last time I shop at a random, on line shop that I've never heard of! ANGRY!
