I ordered these dresses 2 month ago. I got 2 dresses at first (was waiting 1.5 months for very bad quality) and just got 3rd one week ago (very poor quality). 4th I NEVER got. I contacted their customer service last week, but nobody replied to me.

I ordered a bridesmaid dress from this company per the bride's request. According to the bride it was the "perfect" dress for her bridesmaids. Little did she know it was going to be the worst NIGHTMARE ever! The dress came and it was far too big ( but was measured by a seamstress as per the company's requirements) around the waist and bust but far too small in the sleeves.The dress was also made poorly. At the time I ordered I thought that it was like any other item you order on line... not made by hand? This company takes a picture from another company, copies it and then tries to have a seamstress recreate it. The seamstress makes it alright but... it is very poorly made with cheap zippers and unraveling seams. I am questioning whether this is a legit site with legal workers working for them? When I tried to send it back for a refund they talked all around the subject of return but that they could fix it if I sent it back (they would not be paying the return shipping and then they would send it back to me with another cost. I told them that I wanted to just get a refund. I have been trying to get my money back for 3 months now. I am ready to send this off to an investigative company that wants to make a lot of money busting their fraudulent ways of cheating their customers. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER from this company. I believe that they use this site to have employees write fake reviews for them. Do not order from them! They are the WORST!
