Absolutely terrible experience as a contractor working with TaskEasy. Their communication is unprofessional and borderline nonexistent. Good luck trying to get a real response from support when something goes wrong — you'll either be ignored or bounced around with no resolution. They also charge hidden insurance fees, even if you already carry your own coverage. It's deceptive and unfair, and they make it nearly impossible to opt out. Worst of all, they consistently refuse to pay for completed work using bogus excuses. For example, they declined payment on a mowing job because the "before and after photos didn't show enough of a difference." Seriously? The grass was cut as requested, and there was nothing else included in the scope. This is just a shady way to get out of paying for services rendered. Avoid TaskEasy at all costs — whether you're a homeowner or a contractor. There are better, more honest platforms out there that actually respect the work and time of the people they partner with.

They charged my card after an incomplete and deficient job. I contacted the company to tell them the contractors did not complete the job and have them return, TaskEasy said they would do this and never did. They sent me e-mails every day about rescheduled job but never cam. I talked to them several times over the phone and they promised to come back. They never did. Avoid this company at all cost. They are fraudulent. Dishonest, irresponsible and compulsive liars

I would NEVER refer this "company" to anyone. Horrible customer service, horrible contractors. Services within the "packages" are not completed and when rejected, they request triple the amount of money to complete the service which you end up completed yourself even though you've already paid them for the services.

Fraudulently charged my card after an incomplete job. Contacted the company to tell them the contractors did not complete the job and have them return, TaskEasy said they would do this and then a week later charged my card anyway. Avoid this company at all cost. They are fraudulent and will charge you without your authorization.

The most irresponsible, disorganized, unprofessional company that I have dealt with in many years. I paid for mulching, bush trimming, and cutting the grass. The grass was cut on one visit, I had to call twice and defend my case that I had also paid bush trimming and mulching. I was agreed with over the phone. A week later the contractor came and did the bush trimming. But no mulching. I'm not going to keep stressing myself out and fighting with the incompetent employees at TaskEasy. An honest review is more effective.

I had a landscaping service scheduled with this company for Tuesday and without any notice they canceled and moved to Thursday. I called them in the morning to make sure they would not cancel it again and they said it was confirmed, for my surprise I decided to call them again at 4:20 pm because nobody came to my property and they said "Unfortunately" they tried to contact the company and it needs to be canceled again. If you're trying to hide some company stay away from Taskeasy.

This is a macro terrorist organization that is currently under investigation by the Federal Bureau of Investigations. They hack and steal all information of their affiliates and inquiring affiliates by way of cyber means as well as physical means. They will kill their competitors if necessary. This is a very dangerous group of terrorist conjoined with WorkWave the parent terrorist organization to this terrorist network organization.

Where I'm at dependable landscapers are few and far between. I spent a lot of my own time calling and tracking down landscapers to mow my lawn before I found Taskeasy. Based on my previous experience I was a little skeptical that they could assign a quality landscaper in my area, but soon enough I received an email confirming my next appointment and within days someone came out and mowed my lawn. No problems or red flags for me, it's been pretty simple and straightforward.

Our management referred this company. Website is easy to navigate and set up appointment. After appt was set up everything was down hill. Multiple reschedules on their side, emails received that the customer service couldn't explain why we were receiving them. And then after we finalized our last appt that was my husband receives an email saying "looks like the contractor may not have showed up, they'll look into it and get another date set". Unprofessional, no apology for the missed appointment and had no explanation why services weren't rendered.

In the past Task Easy was great, however for the last year every appointment gets missed and rescheduled multiple times. I was signed up for bi-weekly lawn mowing. But they have not shown up for the last 4 weeks. I have called and emailed over and over with no one able to correct the issue. They offered to reschedule me next week which puts my lawn on 5 weeks without a mow. So I told them to cancel me. I would not recommend this company to anyone after my experience.

Consistently pay below market rates no mater what the task. Take out insurance from the payout even though I have my out health care insurance, but did not "accept" it. Showed up to jobs where they have been skipped by other contractors and grass is double the length, or most recently over 17 inches of snow on ground and wanted to pay only $89 for a clean up that should be over $200. They don't have much market share in my area except for a rental home customer and it's a constant battle to get a few extra $ to properly
Do the work. They've rejected a few jobs for the smallest issues. Bad service for home owner and contractor both.

This year, they missed mowing after mowing with no communication. Same as you see in the other reviews - I'd call after each missed mowing, they'd deliver some obsequious, scripted customer service language, and nothing would be solved. Time after time, they would assure me they understood my frustration, apologize profusely, and assure me they would rectify the situation (before directly and shamelessly asking me to give them a positive rating in the automated customer satisfaction survey at the end of each call), but my lawn continued to go without mowing. You're much better off finding a provider yourself, since all TaskEasy has to offer is neglected lawns, poor communication, and unnecessary frustration.

This is a terrible business. I found it online, filled out the form and got a quote to mow my lawn for $55. They sent me an e-mail telling me that a contractor would arrive in a few days to mow my lawn. The date came but the workers did not. I received an email apologizing and stating that a new date would be set. They set five or six different dates but the lawn was never cut. The grass continued to grow and grow. After about two weeks I received a call stating that because the grass was so long, the fee would now be $180. Do yourself a favor and run away from this company! RUN AWAY! FAST!

I signed up for weekly service and no one showed up. After 3 week I started complaining and they finally came out and did a nice job cutting the grass. After the one time they never showed up again. I contacted Taskeasy and told them I needed my grass cut and they decided to just cancel my service. (TaskEasy has discontinued Task #)
I guess business must really be good when you only work if you feel like it and can fire your customers if they complain.
Do not use Taskeasy if you want some one to show up more than once a month.
