I can't seem to get anyone to answer an email and the phone number just goes to busy. Not sure what I have to do to get someone to tell my where my order is and when it will ship. Slow is one thing just not answering emails and the phone are another. This will be the last time I order from this company.
Terrible communication, terrible service, terrible turnaround - -getting the part 4 days after they stated.
1. after 2 days was told it is 'special order', because I called with no confirmation available on line
2. Told it would be in in 4 days, then shipped out same day - -I called on day 4, it came in day 5.
3. It was not sent out same day - it was sent out the next day - so another day lost
4. Given 5 day work week, it had to wait until Monday for delivery, towards end of day.
I was told I would have it Thursday -- then no communication again.
Car was on a lift at the garage for 3 days waiting - -
Says "live" but you actually have to email them. Takes days for a response. Corrected address with them but they still sent to the wrong address. House number was correct but street number was wrong!
Placed an order with this company, they immediately gave a tracking number but never shipped the item for a month. They don't stock anything. Everything is on backorder. 6 emails to company went unanswered. Want to get your item faster? Execute a CC chargeback a few days after you place the order. Worked for me.
I have revieved the order *******.
But there was only one ******* Trans Mount in the package!
That was the only item in the box.
Where are the other components ordered?
According to the delivery note, all components should be in the package. However, it´s only one Trans Mount *******.
I have also already payed the taxes for all parts.
Please send me the remaining components.

The part I ordered arrived damaged, and their customer service disappeared leaving me with no way to return or exchange the part. I never got anything but a busy signal when I tried calling the online parts department. The 'live chat' found on their Website isn't 'live' - it just tells you they'll get back to you within 72 hours, but then they never do. After nearly a month of being ignored, I finally had to reverse the charge on my credit card.
The reviews found here and elsewhere seem to be vary unfavorable towards this company. But the reviews found on the TASCA Website itself seem to be cherrypicked to only show positive reviews which looks very disingenuous to me.
Edit/update: Tasca apparently saw this review shortly after I posted it (according to email correspondence I received from them), and contacted me with an apology and to make arrangements to return the part for a refund. I was given a FREE return shipping label, and not too long after I sent the part back (2-3 weeks?), I was issued a 100% refund.
Ordered parts for my 2004 Thunderbird, received email that order is processing. 7 days later received email parts are special order would ship in 3-5 days will notify me. 5 days I send two emails ask about update, no response. I then tried to call 2x no one answered. Called 1x left request for call back, again nothing. Have no idea what is going on with order, sad way to operate a business Thought Tasca was a big well run business does not seem to be the case. Stick with your local ford dealer.
On June 13, I ordered 4 ENGINE PISTON RINGS #******* on Ebay. Until this day, I have no information about my order... no tracking, no feedback, nothing. I called CS and no one answers my call. I've sent messages without response, write an email and no response as well. So I am lost! Only waiting the last day for delivery to cancel this order!
I placed an order a week and a half ago and have been trying to get ahold of them to get a tracking number and delivery date. No one calls or emails back! I now have to try and get a refund. Live chat is never working and impossible to talk to someone about it. They keep transferring me to a recorded message line to leave messages that they never return. …. Frustrating …
A shop I do business with ordered a hard to find wiring harness from them that they said on their website was in stock that was going to cost $80 more and take at least 5 days to get from a dealer. Paid for it and 4 day shipping. 3 days after the purchase the shop my truck is in gets an email stating that they had to order the part from THEIR distributor, it was going to take 3-5 days to get it, and when it came in it would be shipped as per the 4 day shipping. So now I'm 7-9 days out of my truck and had to extend the rental car@ $325 a week. When the shop got in touch with Tasca they were unapologetic and wouldn't even make up for the lost time by expediting the shipping or having it shipped direct to the shop. Poor customer service and in my opinion running a scam. If you don't have the part then say so, you don't allow a customer to purchase a part you don't have. Stay away from them if you need it fast, you may not get it in the time frame you paid for.
Order a $150 brake caliper and received a $10 mud flap.
No customer service phone number and they do not reply to emails or "live chat"
As others have said, do not order from here, it will either come months later or will come wrong. My order was made on getoemparts.com which is owned by Tasca parts and Tasca is who actually fulfilled the order
My order number is ******* and I'll be opening a dispute with my credit card company and the BBB is this is not resolved in the next 48 hours.
I am very satisfied with Tasca Parts, everything I ordered was also sent. Since my order was quite large, you had to wait for certain parts, but then when everything was complete I had the delivery to Switzerland within 3 days. Top! I recommend Tasca Parts to everyone.
I've ordered stuff from tasca before, but recently I made an order for a part that said "in-stock", after two days of the order pending, they sent me an email update stating they didnt have the part and that it would and extra week before they got it to their warehouse. I then requested a cancellation, this was over a month ago... I HAVE STILL NOT RECIEVED A REFUND. Do NOT order parts from this company.
24th of Sep tember I ordered some parts to Corvette.The status is still "in-progress" (order #*******).
I call theme since one week and each time I have different story and answer.
Maybe they have some kind of "List of lies" for the customer, because 2 days ago the package was ready and they waited for the logistic operator. But today I received information on hot-line that they have all items and the operator will contact with the logistic menager to prepare the package for shipment.
It looks that I have to find fellow lawyers from my LinkedIn network in US to investigate what is going on and to get my money back or the goods comply with the order (and no damage)...

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DECEITFUL COMPANY. We are out of state and put down a deposit to hold a truck and were informed by two employee's Dan Jordan in sales, and also Eileen Aquilante in internet sales, that our deposit would hold the truck while we waited on THEM to provide additional pictures. Our deposit was taken on Friday, and they sold the truck out from under us on Sunday. One sale manager tells me the sold sign was pressure washed off, what a JOKE! Then that they couldn't get the title. Then their general manager Matt Cabral comes back and says the hold was just for 48 hours and basically too freaking bad even though the deposit was placed within the 48 hours. This experience has been appalling. CLEARY THIS COMPANY HAS ZERO HONOR OR INTEGRITY. STAY CLEAR AND DO NOT GIVE THESE LIARS YOUR BUISNESS. Take your honest money to honest people which you will not find at Tasca!

I have sent many emails and have had no contact.
I ordered a wiring harness for my F350 providing a vin number which they said would give the correct part. The wrong part was delivered to me 9 days later. I requested a refund and returned the wrong part with the RMA and form they provided. Now 3 weeks later I am still waiting for a refund. I have been without my truck for a month now. This is not the fast shipping or customer service advertised on their site. I remember Tasca ford mustang from back in the day drag racing. Very dissapointing.
As a buisness owner of a diesel repair shop and influence of diesel performance industry around the country I will not be using nor recommending this company to anyone. Ordered a simple engine harness for a company service truck that makes my company money. I ordered the engine harness order number ******* on monday 7/8/19. Recieved an email saying the part would ship within 24-48hrs. Part didnt ship until end of day Friday 7/12/19 and wont see the part until the following Friday. Tried calling the company multiple times and sent multiple emails with no response. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Can get the same quality part online from other companies in half the time. Left a negative review on their website and it was deleted.
