Ordered a part 2 weeks ago. Quick to take money. No status updates about my order.
Sent email several times. No response. Called company. No response
Used their live chat today and finally got a response. Was told my order has yet to be processed. Customer service rep prossesed my order while I was chatting with him.
Now I wait and see what happens
Worst company to ever order car parts off. They have a lot of potential but it's terrible. I ordered back in October put 100 parts worth $3000 and have gotten no word back from them no delivery update nothing and I tried reaching out email them know he was back I've done the online chat and I was put in queue. I had to go through my bank to reverse the transaction to get all my money back which I take it back.
I went to their website looking for a very specific product for my car which costs quite a significant amount of money, placed my order and two days later got an email saying that the item that I ordered has been discontinued and they no longer stock this item. I followed up with them on this matter and they continued to explain that this is my fault that I ordered the product. They also said that their website doesn't reflect their inventory, but what they can carry. They say this, but they still allow you to waste your time and money (Took them 10 days to credit ~$861 back to my bank account) then show no sympathy for the fact that they took my money and wasted my time. This company is extremely unprofessional, and is seemingly out to hurt the customer rather than help us. I highly advise going elsewhere with your business.
I ordered a backup camera for my F250. The part I received was obviously used and not an OEM Ford part as advertised. No response to emails and when you try to call there system just disconnects you.
Order date: 3/19/20. Yes they have
#1.) I received a defective part.
#2.) The defective alternator destroyed 2 brand new batteries which cost me.
#3.) When I returned the defective part I did not get a refund unless Ford examined it and declared it defective.
#4.) The refund had a deficit of the taxes I paid on the part.
#5.) I had to call every week and get status updates.
My husband and I will never do business with this company again because of the 5 reasons listed above.
They definitely have slow shipping and not the best customer service and use COVID 19 as an excuse which is sad to say the least, if you can't fill orders don't take them and i was lied to twice before my part actually shipped. I do find it funny they can answer bad reviews with BS excuses but can't answer an email. I did finally receive the part i ordered and was not in a hurry or this would have not been a good email, their prices are good but service is horrible, it is what is good luck!
Very good customer service, got updates through the whole process, the part I ordered wasn't matching my VIN, so they asked me if I wanted to buy the right one instead, I agreed and received my outside mirror after less than a week!

I ordered from their website, almost two weeks ago. I've been billed for my item, yet received no item. I've sent numerous messages thru their website…. Never received a response. I've called their number several times, trying each of the extensions, one at a time…only to have the guy who actually answered say, "Well, I can't help you." AND THEN HE HUNG UP ON ME! These guys don't deserve anybody's business. Do yourself a favor, and use a company that actually wants to serve you, not TASCAPARTS.COM or GETOEMPARTS.COM
My order ******* for some Volvo floor mats was ordered 18 April... Have called and emailed twice. A delay can happen but failure to respond *even once* to my calls and repeated emails reeks of indifference and lousy customer care. Waited 1/2 hr on a call before giving up. Site says my order is 'processing' what does that mean? Please let me know where the parts are at and when I can expect them.

I've used Tasca Parts many many times over the past several years and have never had a problem. Reading some of the other isolated reviews made me feel that my impression was needed as well. As a warehouse distributor, to think that EVERY item on their website is sitting in their warehouse is kind of ignorant. I have always received my order confirmation and notice of processing time within 30 minutes of ordering, so when people say they waited 4 days, a simple call would have sufficed instead of just waiting. My parts have always arrived on time and tracking provided to document the moment they left the warehouse.
I'll continue to do business with them, and know that I am in good hands for OEM factory parts.
We ordered and paid for our parts almost 3 weeks ago. The first delay was because they claimed one of the items had a price increase. The entire order was suspended until we paid the difference even though they already accepted payment. Only then would they order my parts. I was informed my parts we in stock but actually wasn't. I've had a truck sitting on a lift for 2 weeks now, a very pissed off customer and customer service people who are rude and condescending. Next time I will pay more locally and get the parts in a fraction of the time and be treated WAY better.
Ordered a couple of lug nuts from here, they took the money right away but take forever to process order. Customer service is horrible. Your on hold forever and they dont do anything for you. Tells me my order will ship out in like 4 or 5 days from when i ordered it! They should say that on web site. I wouldn't have ordered from them if i knew that in beginning. I would have paid more and gotten from elsewhere and have the parts in 2 or 3 days! Just a Horrible company, and overwhelmed trying to do internet sales.
Paid $120 for overnight shipping and received an email saying it would be overnighted in 3 to 5 days after they received it. So I tried to cancel the order. 6 emails and 2 unanswered calls. I got nothing. This is tantamount to thievery in my book and my shop will never do business with this site again.
Placed 2 orders here, still waiting. Tried calling for update, no answer, tried emailing, no answer, put a post on their Facebook page, deleted, sent message on their eBay page, no answer. What do I do, send smoke signals? Wish I read the reviews first, like here. Won't be buying from them again.

Waiting for almost 3 weeks for an order to arrive. Parts are ordered and arrived from volvo dealership to tasca warehouse. Unfortunately customer service says it sits in tasca warehouse longer than usual to be shipped out. Had i known it would take 3+ weeks i would not have bought from tasca even if i saved a few dollars. My car sits idle while i was hoping to work on it on thanksgiving break. Now i have to take time off work that i could have used during the thanksgiving break. AVOID Tasca parts. No apologies given by customer service

Reading thru your order it is apparent we dropped the ball on this one. I took a look at the handling of this and determined that we just plain messed up. We do work very hard to provide a worry-free buying experience, but - being human - we occasionally miss the mark. Please accept our apologies for this. They will take your money for parts they dont even have or that are discontinued. Very dishonest company, they have no customer service phone number and take forever to process a refund that should have never been charged because they dont have the product. Scammers
Ordered parts online and waited almost 2 weeks for confirmation of order never received confirmation so I tried to call no answer and I tried for 5 days to get through to them. So I tried emails and never got a response parts order status was processing all this time. I finally sent three cancellation emails and never received a response but noticed today the order status was changed to cancelled, never did receive anything from them about the order. Very poor customer service. They say its because of the virus but I have ordered from other OEM part houses and never had this much trouble.
I ordered 7 days ago and still no shipment number nothing. I emailed several times that these parts are for a very important competition and they dont give a frap no reply and no answering on the phone. Aboid these robbers and dont wast your money or time with them!
Ordered parts from Tasca and haven't heard from then sense. Took the money fast but can't answer 1 email and I waited on the live chat for a couple hours until I gave up... can't even call them... Don't waste your money with them.
I ordered some small stuff from Tasca Ford for my F-150. Their search engine is easy to use. That's apparently their only good point. Package was delivered with only 1 out of 3 items. Reached out to them. Crickets. Reached out again and was told that they'd forward my concern to the Ford team. Crickets. Glad it was only small items. Won't ever buy again. I'll just use their lookup and buy elsewhere.

It takes our team about one to two days to process orders once they've been placed (please keep in mind that we are closed on weekends) and generally about three to five days to receive in special orders. We try to keep communications open with our customers and are open 9 am to 6 pm EST Monday through Friday.
