I purchased a custom sweatshirt to support my child's sports team from this company, in the colors of navy and gold. The product showed up and it was clearly purple and gold. I reached out to their customer service and was met with resistance and denial that the product was not as described. I actually tried to cancel the order twice before shipped and they ignored my communication and sent the faulty product regardless. I will never order from this boutique again. Horrible customer service, stand by your product. I've wasted $75 and will be donating the sweatshirt to Goodwill because it is a false description based on their website. Very unfortunate that they could not do the right thing and provide customer satisfaction. I was happy to receive a store credit, but was still not given that opportunity. This boutique experience has been extremely disappointing. Don't make the mistake that I did.

I have bought several items from Hazel Blues. They are great quality and so beautiful! I have needed to return an item only a few times (usually because I just changed my mind on something) and they have always been so easy to work with! Beautiful clothes, great quality and amazing customer service
Recently tried to purchase several items that were supposed to be 60% off the website has the code listed but when used the code won't work. Tara Lynn was very rude and condescending when I brought this to her attention. Very deceptive business practice.
I have several pieces from this boutique. Not only are they stylish and comfortable, but they have pockets! Not only that, but this company has one of the greatest groups of ladies who uplift each other!
In the order confirmation email, there is this statement at the bottom, "If you have any questions, reply to this email or contact us at *******@taralynnsboutique.com." When you email them it sends an automated email saying "Emails that are sent not using the Contact Form are filtered out and not seen. To ensure your message is seen and answered, please use the contact form for all correspondence." Then you go to their Contact Form and you have to wait 5 business days for them to respond. I am still waiting for them to respond. The other thing that is frustrating is they won't refund your money at all if you want to return your item. They will only give you store credit. I will never buy from this boutique again.
I saw this beautiful mustard yellow, round hem sweater on their website. Loved it, had to have it. My shipping label was created immediately but this sweater wasn't sent for weeks. Then, I got the package finally and opened it up all excited-it was the wrong sweater. The sweater I recieved was more brown and was a high-low hem with slits up the side, and it has a very open neck so one shoulder peaks out. So I took several photos, sent an email-nothing. No response. Finally I fb messaged and got a response stating that the sweater I got was what they meant to send, but they had run out of the other sweater and this was what they had in stock and it "was basically the same thing besides the side slits". Never in my life have I had something like this happen, customer service be so blatantly disrespectful and dismissive. After this weird encounter, I started to look online for reviews and was not surprised to find many many other people with similar experiences. This business is SKETCHY.

I really really wanted to love this place. I purchased 3 shirts. 2 of which I LOVE. HOWEVER, I had a manufacturing issue with my 3rd item. I'd reached out to the company through their contact form, someone replied and asked for more info which I provided. They got back to me, AFTER I had made several attempts via their contact form for an update and resorted to posting a comment on their fb page. They said they'd reached out to their distributor for a replacement. Now I've been ghosted. I've been blocked from their fb page and they've been ignoring my attempts through their contact form- I'm sure I'm blocked from there too. I never once demanded a refund, or a replacement. I left that up to their judgement. They've been rude from the start. Not a pleasant experience whatsoever. I've never been treated so awfully after paying a chunk of money for something. If they'd just had a customer service phone number available I'm sure this wouldn't have progressed so negatively. But alas, here we are. Buyer beware and expect to get stuck with whatever you bought. Like it or not.

Answer: Nearly impossible! The only way to contact anyone is through the contact us page, and they are short and rude in the responses.
Answer: Unfortunately, this company has very poor customer service. The only way to contact the company is via a submission form on their site and it can take 5-10 days for someone to respond. It is not possible to call and speak to anyone and in general, they don't seem interested in providing good customer service.

Thank you for your order. As we were trying to explain in our 20+ emails you sent, the color that was used was a navy color. It is a deep navy. As with any color, there are many variations of that color hue. As far as the canceling of the order emails, you had put the wrong name on your original order and asked to change it. Then sent another 3-4 emails about cancelling. We responded to changing your name to the correct name and disregarded all the other emails, since your issue was resolved. We may be a small business, but we stand behind our items. We however do not respond to customers or others who try to cyber bully us into getting something. We tried to explain to you many times with photos of color hues, that the navy is a true navy and reprinting it would produce the same results. All custom items are final sale, as they have your team name, team colors, etc.
We bend over backwards for customers, especially if it was something done in our error. When someone, customer or not, sends nasty emails, threatening us, bashing us on social media, etc- when the item was correct, makes it really hard to want to work with that customer again. We do not speak to others that way and expect the same treatment from others as well. That does not make our customer service bad.
