I've never gotten an item from jewelry to dodads, that weren't the tiniest I've ever seen or thought theyed be. I bout what I thought would be cute lunch boxes for my grand daughters an I was embarrassed to give it to them when they came to town. I have bought several items from this website and have found that the quality of product is very poor. I purchased 3 sets of luxury sheets and within 6 months they were piling terribly and wearing thin in areas. I tried to work with Tanga, but they do not stand behind their products and indicated that the return was outside their policy period. They would not rectify the situation. I also purchase a phone charging cord that stopped working after only 4 months of purchase. I did not bother to contact Tanga on this issue due to my previous experience. Very poor quality products.

I love most of the items I bought from you but I use Paypal Credit & looking back at transactions they all say just TANGA so I cant tell which transaction was which item. If there is an issue after an item gets here it's very difficult to know which vendor to contact. I know it can be easily done as all my Ebay purchases have the order details. I buy a lotta stuff so it's hard to keep it all straight.

Shopping at Tanga.com is great. They have bargains on a lot of items I actually use. I've only had one problem and they refunded me the entire amount even though it was just one missing marker. I really like their headphone/earbud deals. I have five boys so we go thru a lot of earbuds; I can get them here at lower prices and with fast shipping.

Rough in the beginning. Shipments took too long. Had one item break after a couple months of use, and another one was not as pictured. But overall definitely worth it for the prices and the service is getting much better.
