All of the items I have purchased through Tanga have been exactly as described on their site. The one time I needed to cancel an order it was done so immediately and refunded before I could blink. The company is really great and I plan on continuing to use it in the future.
I can get great buys from Tanga that I can't get locally. Many of the items ship free, (watch for free shipping.) The only down side is that Tanga doesn't include an invoice when you receive your package, otherwise I'm very happy with all purchases! Also there is easy return and exchange!
I bought some hair clips on clearance, and loved the blind bag variety so much I bought 3 more the day I received the first shipment. I only have one daughter and she's getting a bit old for all of the hair accessories but I have lots of little girls in my life and I can always toss in a new hair piece in gifts or just because I love them

I ordered the wrong size boot for my daughter. I had to send it back. It cost me more for the shipping, than the whole thing is worth. I will never buy anything that has a size from them again. No free return shipping or at least a discounted shipping? Disappointed in Wisconsin.
First order I placed was screwed up from beginning to end. Tracking for all 8 items purchased were all messed up. Claimed to have sent 3 items in one package, however only one was delivered. It was delivered in a bag only big enough to fit that one item... so how they thought they sent 3 items in a bag that barely fit the one they actually delivered is beyond me. After waiting 9 days to hear from someone, I did get a refund, but the trouble and lack of ability to properly ship and communicate were deplorable. Never offered to resend items I ordered that mysteriously disappeared... i. e. NEVER SHIPPED, but tried to pass it off like they did, I just got a, "sorry, items have been misplaced. Refunding card" It's not as if they were out of stock because they are still available for purchase a month later. Needless to say, first and last purchase with this horribly lacking company. The items I actually received, in NOT a timely manner, were sub par, cheap dollar store leftovers anyway, so it's not like I'll be missing out on great products. Not only will I not refer friends, I will warn them to steer clear.
Out of 5 orders that I have placed with Tanga, I have had issues with 2. Customer Service takes a bit to return your email. There is no telephone to contact a live person to get immediate service. I still love the deals on Apple that Tanga offers.

Tanga made their return process a 100% hassle; forcing me to return a computer I bought through them to their third-party retailer in CANADA they are in AZ. This is mentioned no where on their site. It simply says, returns accepted. Since returning the item, Tanga has gone silent forcing me to file a dispute with my credit card co to recover the refund. They have since told my credit card co the item was NEVER returned despite the return tracking proof and email acknowledgement of the return received back. This is a shady company that is making false statements to avoid a refund, I am sure because the return shipping on a 22lb computer from CA to CANADA cost more than the item. The dispute is ongoing. I have plenty of proof to combat their attempted fraud and theft, but buys beware. This is a HORRIBLE company. I will ensure that consumers know of their deceptive practices and are not harmed the way I have been. Sad thing was I was an avid VIP tanga customer. NO MORE.

I love them! They work and fit great! We have 4 Corgis and I ordered the large for the 2 smaller dogs and x-large for the other two who are a bit bigger. They are adjustable which makes them fit perfectly. They came in quickly and in great shape. Thanks!
Tanga is a small company with big savings! I've made 10 purchases over the past couple years and it just gets better and better. Shipping can be a little long with some items, maybe a couple weeks, but the savings are worth it. And the costumer service is excellent!
I ordered 4 pair of boots as Christmas gifts. I received an e mail stating that they oversold the boots and could only send 1 pair. So as I waited for delivery on that 1 pair, I purchased other Christmas presents in place of the 3 pair that Tanga couldn't sell me. I never received a credit for those 3 pair of boots, and within a week or so of receiving the e mail, I had 4 pair of boots delivered to my door. So now I have double Christmas s presents. Due to the fact that it was their fault that I needed to return the boots, they issued me a return label several weeks later. Being a first time customer, I didn't realize their extremely quick turnaround time for returns. And of course, their return policy requirements were not included with the return label. It took me more than the required amount of time to return the boots due to it being such a busy time of year, so after several phone calls and complaints, they have the boots AND my money! I have not received any e mails or phone class from this company, so my next complaint will be to the BBB. Beware of this company, they don't like to refund your money!
Tanga has such a great selection of jewelry, electronics, clothing and more, all at extremely cheap prices. Shipping can take a week or two, but it's not something I will take off a star for. Keep in mind that this is a small company that works with larger companies to provide good deals and the prices are certainly worth the wait time!
I ordered two lighted dog collars. I thought I ordered two small collars (I could very well have fat finger the order in my zeal to get such an awesome deal); I received one small and one medium but that is not a deal breaker for me - I will make it work. Tanga processed and delivered my order super fast and so inexpensively that I am thrilled and a bit in awe that they were able to provide such a nice product at such a low cost. The collars are really cool, appear to be very well made and are easy to operate. My dogs are going to be easily visible and quite styling on our night walks. Thank you! I will definitely recommend Tanga to my friends.
I have ordered from Tanga 4 times. On two of these occasions, I ordered multiple quantities of an item. When the package was delivered - instead of the multiple quantity, there was only a single item in the package. Emails were sent to discuss the issue. The response from Tanga was "your order was delivered". They didn't understand. The first time it happened, I was finally granted a refund. Problem solved and I was a satisfied customer. Now it has happened a 2nd time and I have yet to receive a response to my "problem with my order" emails... neither of them. I do not enjoy just giving my hard earned money away to ANY company and not receiving what was ordered. As much as I have enjoyed the products that I HAVE received, I unfortunately will not be ordering from Tanga again.
Also, packing slips are not included in the mailings, so there is no proof that the items were/weren't packed. It's more like a he said/she said circumstance. Bad Bad BAD!

Answer: If you use the on site e-mail they will contact you with in a reasonable amount of time and will correct or address any problems or concerns. They are only 36 people so they do not work 24 hours around the clock. But any time I've needed them they have responded and helped. They do not have a phone number.
