I ordered sheets from this company... thinking I was really getting a deal for "Luxury" microfiber sheets. They were the very worst sheets I've ever had in my life. They first of all were not luxurious microfiber... they were a horrible material that wasn't even labeled & the fitted sheet for a queen did not fit! I got taken... so guess I will use them for drop cloths when I paint. The only thing the sheets has was a small label that said "China" & there were no seams for a fitted sheet... just a 1/4" seam around both fitted & flat sheet. How internet companies get away with all of this is totally beyond me. The reason your merchandise takes longer... is because it's coming from China! I am not supporting that country any longer & will do the research to be sure it's not from China. Shame on me for not checking out the reviews before I ordered. If it sounds too good to be true... always remember - IT IS NOT! It's so easy to order from their site - you just try to get in touch with this company out of Chandler, AZ. For a problem... GOOD LUCK WITH THAT! I will take my loss & NEVER order from them again!

I still haven't received curtains I purchase in late February/early March. I can't figure out how to talk toanyone or communicate with Tanga. Just keep saying that items take a while to be delivered. If I would've known it would take two months with no further communication or updates from tanga I would not have ordered them.
I ordered a reconditioned Dell computer from Tanga, great price but I never rec'd the item. They claimed that FedEx had delivered the package but there was no signature required. They have now asked me to track the package with FedEx. I am the customer, I did not receive the item, they shipped it without a signature required. Who knows where the package is? And now they want me to track the package.
Last order for you folks Tanga, price might be great but it is not worth it if you never receive the item you are charged for.
I bought this as a graduation gift for my grandson. While I was trying to set it up for him I found that it did not charge. I email customer service to return and TangaJacob informs me that I have to deal w the 3rd party for my return. BUYER BEWARE It does not state anywhere in their return policy about dealing w someone other than TANGA. They are the ones that were paid from my account so why couldnt I get my money back from them and they deal w 3rd party? Thumbs down for their 3rd party unannounced and invisible return policy.

On their website, it reads "Expiration date: 5/30/2016 or better" (I have taken pictures and saved a copy of the site). However, I just opened 2 of them now, they both had expiration date of 4/16/2016. It is an unacceptable scam!
Very easy on PCH to over extend yourself on purchase basically the same quality of items. PCH might be slightly better jewelry, but Tanga is usually a quarter of the price.
I ordered 2 sets of sheets, one was sent torn. I cannot contact you, your mailbox is full. I ordered on April 5th and just went to put them on my bed, torn!
It took forever for this company to ship my product to me. Maybe I've just become spoiled by Amazon but it really shouldn't take five days to prepare and ship an order. The product I received was far too small and didn't fit me. When I tried to send it back they told me it was a FINAL SALE item and that there were no returns. Never again. Stay away from this place.
Beware of this site, real fraud one. They show something and sell something. And once you discover they sent the wrong items, they have a policy of returning within 5 days or you get nothing. Avoid at all costs!

I ordered my husband a ring to wear while he's a work in place of his wedding ring. I put my order in on Feb 8th 2016 and NEVER recived it. I tracked the package down and no one could tell me where my order was... NO ONE! There's no number to contact these people at only an email address, so I email them with my problem on Feb 28th. Finally, they respond and tell me they have to check with management to see if they can reship my order. Keep in mind they have also "tracked my item" and could not find it either. Well, today is March 12th, 2016 and still no ring, no money back on my card and after 4 emails to the company there response was..."I'm sorry but my manager hasn't got back with me regarding your reshipment! I AM PISSED! Do yourself a favor and don't bother with these people!

Stay away from Tanga. I ordered 8mm freshwater pearls and received 6mm. I ordered a Pixy bluetooth remote shutter for my iphone and the battery was dead. No more orders, no more emails. Customer service responded 3 days later and were useless. Indicated after some discussion the items would be credited. What a waste of my time!
I was very happy with the order process and the speedy delivery of my order.

Recently Dr. Dre separated from the original partnership of Monster headphones, which is another reason we can get these at such a great price! Answer: If you use the on site e-mail they will contact you with in a reasonable amount of time and will correct or address any problems or concerns. They are only 36 people so they do not work 24 hours around the clock. But any time I've needed them they have responded and helped. They do not have a phone number.
