Most of the time I have a good experience items are good quick answers 1 problems but in July I ordered a can opener from the clearance items it came in a box that was crushed it was clearly a return and then the instruction booklet it said bought at Walmart in Kentucky if I remember right after several attempts to get a response from you Tanga I still have not heard anything thank you Kevin
I stumbled across Tanga when searching for an iPad for my daughter with autism for Christmas. I saw an ad for one on Brad's Deals and boom there started my love affair with Tanga. I was hesitant to order something like that at first since I had no clue who these people were or if I was getting ripped off. Having PayPal as a payment option made my decision for me since they would back me up if it didn't work out. No need to worry. They shipped within 48 hours. Even in heavy Christmas mail traffic I got my package on time. It was perfect! I have since then ordered 2 more iPads from them and made about 3 other orders. I can't say enough good things about them. If I had to say anything it's that I've got to stop shopping with them because I'm running out of money.
I recently bought some items for stocking stuffers. I thought it would take 2-3 weeks (like most companies) but I received my purchase in 5 days even during the holidays.

I enjoy shopping Tanga they have things that I use or things that make great gifts at great prices. Delivery time is fast and I have not had any problems with any of my orders.
The last two orders " I did not Receive " I called and they said OH Well someone must have stolen it!

I have made several purchases from Tanga and always been satisfied. Last order was totally screwed up. Ordered shirts and all three were wrong. Not sure it was Tanga's fault as the shirts came from the company. Had to send them back and now no shirts. Bummer.
I ordered a large lot of socks from Tanga on Dec. 7th. Planning on using them as stocking stuffers buuuuttt I have yet to receive anything. All the other companies, small & large, that I ordered gifts from have delivered but this order hasn't even been processed yet. My credit card was processed, though. Still hoping they may show up but with no response from the company, the hope is dwindling quick. Would never order from Tanga again, not worth the hassle for $40 worth of socks that I could have bought from 100s of other companies and actually received.
Ordered and paid for items on December 6th and they still have not been shipped. They were quick to hit my card for their money, but all I have received in return are several daily emails wanting me to buy more items. Protect your money, avoid this site.
Don't order from this company! They do NOT ship your product and they will NOT response to any of your customer service request. They sent me an email almost two weeks ago stating my product shipped, but when you track it, only a label has been created. I've tried to cancel my order, but they will not respond.

I ordered two pairs of boots and never received them. Because it shows it was delivered to my address there is nothing they can do! They gave me a link to file a claim with the carrier! They are the worst and now I am out money for something I never received. They are terrible stay away!

We ordered a pack of 4 beach towels from Tanga. They are definitely not "beach towels". They are they only slightly bigger than a hand towel, and the lint they produce when you wash them is enough to make 10 pillows. Never buying from them again.
I am a longtime customer of Tanga. The quality of the products ranges from 2s to 4s. Usually my response upon receipt of ordered from Tanga is the classic Buyer Beware.
I recently ordered an inexpensive "New" injet printer to give to a nonprofit for occasional copies. I apparently failed to read the fine print. I opened the box (which in very clear graphics and text indicates that InkJet cartridges are included. None were in the box and upon contact with Tanga I was advised that the lack of ink was disclosed on the 2nd or 3rd page of detail under the purchase description. The ink for the printer costs more than the printer. VERY DISAPPOINTED. No longer a subscriber to Tanga.Com.
We ordered a product and it did not match what we received. Customer service did not agree and we now have to ship everything back at our expense. This is definitely not a "customer is always right" type company. IF I ever order from them again, I would call first and find out about expiration date and verify that the product matches exactly. I don't plan on ordering from them again though.
I am updating my review now from 1 star to 4 stars because my packages arrived today in as ordered condition. I only gave it a 4 star because there was serious miscommunication between them and I. I was originally told that I needed to contact fed ex about my packages, well fedex should get the 1 star for telling me they delivered the stuff to a address that didn't exist when in reality they took them back to their warehouse. Tanga must have contacted them about it and now they are here at my address. Since I can't choose the shipping company they use, I feel its their responsibility to deal with the shipper when something goes wrong, not dump it on the customer to track the package down. But I would continue to buy from tanga.

Recently Dr. Dre separated from the original partnership of Monster headphones, which is another reason we can get these at such a great price! Answer: If you use the on site e-mail they will contact you with in a reasonable amount of time and will correct or address any problems or concerns. They are only 36 people so they do not work 24 hours around the clock. But any time I've needed them they have responded and helped. They do not have a phone number.
