Revision, I am very satisfied as I was given a refund from Tanga for this jacket. Thank you. Saw a very cute Lavender teddy bear jacket. It looked so nice and looked like it would at least be somewhat warm. Well, it arrived yesterday. It was jammed into a 10" plastic wrap. It was light as a feather, my first clue. It was Lavender but it was so thin, no type of lining at all and the cuffs and bottom band is so thin and cheap, no elastic. The zipper doesn't look too sturdy either. Pure junk and a waste of $25. I don't have a computer to print a return label and don't want to pay shipping to return it, so I know I'm stuck with it. First and last time ordering. A picture isn't going to help because it won't show any of the above.
I ordered 2 Microsoft Suite 2021 license for life on 02/0724. After I paid I got email giving delivery & tracking #. It never arrived. After 3 was & 6 texts I still haven't received. I was sent digital instructions & they emailed instructions to download. Doesn't work. 1 month later still nothing. Asked for refund. Adrienne said no. It was clearance! Text her back last week and now still waiting for them to respond. NEVER AGAIN will I order something thru Tanga! Not worth the aggravation. Tried toll free #, 3 1/2 on hold. Never answered. After the 3rd week I was told it was digital but when I asked why I was given tracking # and delivery details, Darienne didn't know. I asked for CEO's #, they wouldn't give it. It's now 03/12/24 and haven't gotten my order or heard from anyone!
They sell returned or "open box" items but do not disclose this to you. You find out when you receive the item
6 emails and no response. The order was for 4 pais of womens silk socks. I don't believe they were same ones I ordered,because they didn't look like the pictures and only 2 were the correct color.

Products used:
They were asked to supply a return shipping label twice, which are their instructions, but did not respond. The socks were supposed to be velvet, but they were not. They were acrylac. They were very stretchy and didn't feel.at all. I found the exact same socks on Temu, at least the pictures were identical, and bought 2 pair at $1.92 a pair vs Tanga's $6.99 a pair. The packages from Temu were cllearly labled made in China 100% acrylic. .
I have bought about 6 or 7 different items from this site. It is all JUNK. Poor quality, junk. I'm wearing a family ring I bought, for example, and it's turning my finger green... I could go on and on about the differents products. Do not recommend. One thing I bought was completely defective... had to send back. I still await my refund..

First order went without a hitch. The second time, not so much. When I called into question the authenticity of a '400 Ct 100% Cotton Sheet Set' that felt like synthetic fiber (and had no tags that stated it was), the rep was quick to mention that the item was a final sale. See pic for sloppy stitches, another reason to doubt the veracity of the advertised claim that it is made of '100% Heavy Weight Cotton'
I ordered two face masks and one arrived missing the backing to hold the circular filter in place. It wasn't in the bag or the box it shipped in. I've contacted Tanga service several times, but get no reply. The filter is useless with a large hold in the center.
I received my order from Tanga and 2 of the 5 pack of LED night light switch plate covers didn't work. I emailed them about this and have not received a response. NEVER AGAIN
I wanted to do business with a small company. But, that was a mistake. When I had a problem tracking half of my order I contacted customer service. My inquiry was ignored for 1 week. Then when they did finally reply the representative actually told me they had "been swamped" lately. As if that is an excuse for poor service. I won't be back.
I ordered 2 sets of sheets, one was sent torn. I cannot contact you, your mailbox is full. I ordered on April 5th and just went to put them on my bed, torn!
I have bought some awesome stuff from Tanga but then I get a package wrapped in plastick, used, no warranty, missing parts and I wonder how they can flop around the board so much. There was nothing in the add suggesting that this was even a refurbished product let alone a plastic baggy purchase. I had such high hopes for Tanga, but now there just another buyer beware company!
I ordered some neck pads around 1/14/17. They said it shipped on 1/17/17 and it still isn't here. No excuse for that. Two other items I ordered after that have been here for awhile.
We ordered a pack of 4 beach towels from Tanga. They are definitely not "beach towels". They are they only slightly bigger than a hand towel, and the lint they produce when you wash them is enough to make 10 pillows. Never buying from them again.

They do have some great deals, but your orders are slow to arrive! Hell, the Pony Express had them beat hands down, and yes some things are 'cheap crap". The Globe Decanter is beautiful, but it took six weeks to arrive, I ordered it for a Xmas gift, it arrived two days before Xmas, Sheesh, that was close!
The website is fine. I have, as a newbie, ordered many great LOOKING products that are kind of a rip and don't look as pictured. To be fair, some were free, shipping only, so I suspected. Still the shipping costs added up

I purchased a mac book from then and I've been trying to get in touch with them have sent two emails no reply the MacBook was refurbished bout didn't say that it was dirty screws missing and had a hole beside the the usb hole been trying to reach them for a return label so I can get a refund Asap but they won't contact me it was a gift I've never been so
Embarrased in all my life instead of receiving an thank you I got pictures of the most ragged MacBook, will have to think long and hard before I even think of making another purchase from them
The items I ordered from Tanga took a long time to ship, even though they took the money from my account right away. Other sites do not bill you until the item has shipped. I also received the items before I received the email with the tracking number for the items, making me feel that the company is disorganized. The items I received are cheap looking and one of the rings is missing a "stone." I feel the descriptions of the products were misleading. There are other discount sites that are better than this, which is why I rate it 2 out of 5 stars.
Shipment and product is fine but the problem with payment process. When I ordered it first, order didn't go through and order same product with different company. And after 3 days i see my account, they charged me and now I have same product in two. I requested them to cancel the order before they have processed the shipment and answer was no! Not good experience!

Didn't work well for me. Could only receive one of the three major network stations along with some other lesser watched stations; and a lot of break up on what I could receive. Just threw away $20.
Quality of the things i have purchased is really poor.
I think its comparable to the "Wish" that sells counterfeits of well known products that are horrible quality.
I've never gotten an item from jewelry to dodads, that weren't the tiniest I've ever seen or thought theyed be. This was my first time shopping on Tanga and I was excited about my purchase. I was disappointed when a week later some of the money was returned and I was informed that one of the item I had purchased was no longer available. It just seemed like a long time to have payed for something and to be waiting on delivery only to be told that it was no longer available.
They sell clothes that you can't return if they don't fit! And there's no management in the customer service department that you can speak to!
I bought a bracelet and when I got it I couldn't put it on because it was a flat bracelet that had a lobster claw clasp. It was impossible to get it latched because the bracelet kept twisting. I wanted to return it but they said I couldn't because I only paid shipping. Watch that it does not say NO RETURNS. Now I'm out $5.00 and can't wear the bracelet.
Though I did receive a full refund for my purchase I feel that this company sells cheap products and avoids the customers. You can not find a contact number anywhere on their site so I was totally at the mercy to respond to my request for a full refund. When they did contact me to let me know they would issue the refund, they told me to keep the earrings since they were of no use to them and "You will not need to return this item and you may do with it what you wish. If it is an item that can be used for something else, go ahead! Maybe something to prop under a wobbly table?" Thanks a lot Victoria for that suggestion. I mean really, tell a customer to keep the junk and use it prop up a wobbly table. WHAT?

I've been disappointed twice. The products I received were not at all the ones I ordered. For example, instead of three different full-sized Clinique lipsticks, for which I paid $29, I received three identical, weird combinations of a lipstick and mascara in one. Weird. Must be samples--I've never seen them at a Clinique makeup counter. Tanga told me to take a photo of them, but it was during a busy time of travel and work, and I didn't do it within the 30-day limit. Most recently, I ordered a pouf that came in the wrong color. A customer service woman sent me a label so I could ship it back for free, and she told me she'd credit my credit card as soon as she saw that it had been mailed. Well, that was a week ago, and, of course, no credit yet. I think I've placed my last Tanga order.
