I placed and ordered for a furhaven faux sheeps orthopedic pet mattress (Jumbo espresso) on December 7th. My credit card was charged December 9th but I have yet to receive the product or even an email saying that it has shipped? I am a little surprised it has taken this long. When can I expect to receive this item or should I be looking for a rebate?

Wow thats a long time... i have never had any issues, so i do not know... but you could get a refund... they are good for it... great company... just email them

Keep tying, don't give up. Email them every 3 or 4 days. Since its been that long and they haven't shipped your product I would let them know you want a refund. Good Luck. I'm certain they will resolve the problem.

Just email customer service with a copy of the order number or email they sent you to confirm the order. Your credit card should offer all the protection you need. After a day or two they will get back to you and resovled the problem, even if it means reshipping once the problem is confirmed.
