I order a few items and received a wrong size for one of my items. Tried to contact Tanga a few times by email in December, it's now Jan18 and still have not heard from Tanga. I like all the items that I have ordered except the one sent wrong.

I messed up and bought 2 items that were in the end not what I wanted. My fault. I contacted Tanga and presented my problem. Next thing here comes a partial refund with full refund waiting until I return the items. Also they sent me the return label to ease my way. I try to never buy what I'll have to return but it happens and Tanga handles it professionally. I appreciate that very much.

Ordered a firestick from them on the 3rd of this month. Paid extra for express shipping and was supp to have gotten it between the 6th-9th since the first day I got a tracking number that it was in transit to DHL and it is now the 11th and it still says the same thing. So it hasn't even left their wearhouse. They have no customer service phone number that I have been able to find. And I did reach out by email and text that they offer. I got a text back that said they would refund the express shipping I paid for and gave me a coupon for my next order yet no update as to when it would be sent or any status at all. I have replied and emailed again with still not reply or update. Absolutely horrible customer service and service all together. I will never order from this place again!
I love these leggings. The material is soft and nicer than what I expected. I ordered one grey and one black, all in S/M size. It came with grey in S/M and black in L/XL. The black one with zipper in the front. They are from different brand. Both fit well. The service is good too. Package was received earlier than the originally estimated delivery date.
