I order something at 8.30 pm, now it's 11.45 pm, they delivered wrong parcel and don't know where is our order..

Worst app and customer service. Driver took my order and stopped picking up my phone. Received no help from support.

Unprofessional, they made Waite for about 4 hours and then they cancelled my order. Don't deal with them. Very unprofessional

Would never use Talabat Go again. Order took 3 hours, and then came half missing and half destroyed. Customer service was unapologetic and unhelpful.

Not good at all, they are not contacting if have complaints and will not talk about the issue. Pls respond and act accordingly.

I am yet to order once and have my order delivered on time. A 30min order takes 60-70 minutes. And the customer service team are completely useless..

Very bad and disgusting service... didn't deliver order after 40 min... very very bad service... after 40 min they said we can't deliver your order..

Bad user interface... drivers that lie... always late... orders wrong... not convenient easier to get it yourself... forget this.
