عندما لاتحترم الشركة العروض المقدمة والخصومات وتقوم بإلغاء الطلب بحجة عدم توفر الطلب بعد سحب المبلغ بالتأكيد طلبات تفتقر للمهنية والحرفية لإحترام العملاء وعدم الإلتزام بتقديم الخدمة حسب المعروض هو ببساطة سوء إدارة ومهنية متدينة من خدمة العملاء وفريق يفتقر اساسيات الحوار والتعامل مع العملاء بشكل محترم!
تجربتي سيئة ولا انصح بالتعامل معها لعدم المصداقية وإفتقار ادارتها للمهنية للإسف!

A week since I complained to talabat for missing items... got 2 mails and nothing else. Very poor customer care. No refund whatsoever!?

Today we ordered Papa Johns Pizza from Mall of Emirates at 8:27pm, which is hardly 5 minutes from my apartment. The Pizza arrived at 10:05 and it was cold.

It was difficult to trace the order or get a refund. Very dissapointed with the service. I received a message at 10:05 offering a 6.0 AED voucher as compensation. Too little too late.

I would like to share my experience with TALABAT.
On July 2022 I ordered food through talabat It take 4 hours and in that time the food has not arrived, the worse thing i contacted talabat customer service and they sayinh nicely politely with alot of sugar coating that the food will be delivered soon, but here is interesting an agent name sufyan he said the food is should be around me because he has called the restaurant but when i call the restaurant they said they didnt recieve the order, in conclusion ALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DIDNT CHECK AT ALL. Such a poor customer service and pathetic, second thing there is lady who called and ask what I want, oh come on where is your face as customer service, after what you have done still asking what I want ridiculous and they gave me 7 QAR compensation AND they cancel my order LOL. Well I don't need the DUMB VOUCHER. PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

It's my 5th time with Talabat - I ordered my food before bed, ended up waiting more than 1.5hours (expected time was40-45mn) to then discover my order was never really made (even tho here it said order accepted and preparing and delivering soon), and when I complained they told me they have technical issues and can do nothing about it…. No compensation for my time or my food at all! The worst service ever in Dubai I am deleting the app and never ordering again-so DISSAPOINTED! This is literally a fraud company making up stuff!

I hate talabat

All my experiences with talabat are bad honestly. Whether its a food delivery, or groceries.

Some times i dont get my order after waiting for hours, some times i get wrong orders, and i dont get compensated through customer service.

Not everyone is in need of money

Straight to the cons:
1- App UI is not organized when making an order (menu item selection is ordered in a misleading manner)
2- Tracking is outright fake. At one point it stated avg. 30 min for delivery, once I placed the order and checked out it gave me 1 and a half hour as a delivery time.
3- Most restaurants including popular fast food chains don't support live tracking, unlike other similar apps which support it.
4- Having to randomly input your saved address from scratch over and over again.

This is the first delivery app that makes calling wherever you're ordering from seem hassle free rather than ordering through Talabat

Costumer Complain

I ordered food and talabat accepted my order, they took my money and every second they are changing the time of delivery from 20 min to 1h30 min, i called them to check the problem they said we don't have drivers… itsssss not my problem if u don't have drivers, simply don't accept orders and let people wait….
It was a veryyyyy bad experience and i will not use this unprofessional application anymore

If TALABAT APP are making offers and flash sale, they don't have to play with the prices and make them double or even triple the original price! It's really bad and unprofessional. I hope they consider this and consider not keep doing the same! I attached pictures just to show one example ;)

مع الأسف الشديد عدة مرات يأتي الطلب ناقص من "طلبات مارت" والتطبيق لم يُحدث أن العنصر أو الغرض بأنه غير موجود أو تم ازالته من الرف. المصيبة أن "طلبات" بدلاً من ترجع النقود كاملة "كاش" يتصرفون وكأنهم سلطة قضائية ويعاندون ويكابرون ويقولون إنهم لن يردوا المال إلا على هيئة "كابون خصم", ضاربين قوانين وحماية المستهلك بعرض الحيط. احذروا من غطرسة هذه الشركة التي أصبحت عملاقة التوصيل. ولكن الله أكبر منكم ومن تلاعبكم بأموال الناس

Worst service ever

We ordered though Talabat and had to order 2wise same order. After many calls we were told that the driver is new and your food will not be delivered. My children waited for over 3hours and at the end we had to use other sites. Shame

I had ordered super limo pizza from pizza hut along with 2.25ml Pepsi i paid separately paid for the Pepsi but I got delivered only 300ml Pepsi and I asked for a replacement or refund and the agent said now they cant do and they don't have stock to replace.

Complain about the charge

Talabat is well known. But the past few days its getting worst.! We order in the WEST ZONE SUPERMARKET total of 24 aed when our order arrived the rider wants us to pay 45? How come 45 it's clear in the receipt that we will just only pay 24! Then I talk to someone in the live chat he said there is a price different in the west zone online app, we call one of the stuff in west zone and they said "madaam you should pay only 24 our price is same in your receipt" so please TALABAT do your job well, IF YOU CAN'T THEN CLOSE YOUR COMPANY! YOU ARE STEALING MONEY TO PEOPLE WHICH IS NOT GOOD!
