I make orders from talabat I receive msg from my bank they took the money talabat from the application but when I contract the customer service they really bad and they didn't answer me …what they want they do really very bad experience with this application
They do this application to help the people not to make them angry soo bad really

Unprofessional Team

Very bad serivices

Talabat thinks they can play with their customers they customers are fool. I've ordered many times from talabat and 90%of my order have the issues. I've compalint a lot of time and they have only one solution to give a voucher with limited time period. They think that customers should eat according to them.

Talabat team you should be shameful on your activities. Stop palying with the customers we are not your slaves.
There are rating for the talabat in that I don't want to give single star but again there is no option to do it either you give atleast 1 star or you cannot submit your reviews.

Talabat has always been terrible in every way imaginable. They will remain terrible too! You know why? Because people are still using their service. Despite the low ratings, despite the complaints, they are still making revenue and so they are not compelled to change anything. They will never care about their customers. They will not care about providing excellent, professional service. Talabat does not care about standing out as an exceptional company.

They hire staff with little to no experience. The live chat customer service representatives use prompted messaging, so it's like chatting with a bot and not a human. The drivers don't speak Arabic, or English and most of the time just use noises to communicate. If you ask a driver, where are you? His response will be, "ah ah"... what time is "ah ah"? They also hire random drivers that arrive in regular clothes, not Talabat uniform. Some arrive sweaty and wipe their nose while they are passing you your food order!

Talabat is pathetic and someone needs to get on their boogy and open up a competition so that they lose their customers and eventually go out of business. A business they do NOT belong in. The service industry is built on customers. And without your customer, you are nothing!

Always a delay or problem. Drivers get blamed for everything or are always lost and the help center takes atleast 30 minutes in the live chat and you'll end up coming up with your own solution for the issue anyway.
If any other food delivery service existed here in Qatar, talabat could be finally be finished and we can have lunch when we order it without worrying about the poor driver getting deported over a sandwich or listening to him complain about the km when the app glitches and gives the incorrect delivery location, leaving us waiting for 2 hours for food to arrive and missing the lunch break time completely.

I Order Today. I remember The Exact Time 2:30 And I Wait My Order Its Almost Got 3 hours And Never Got My Order. I Don't know What happen To the Delivery. Before I Order. Its Almost 30 mins. I Got My Order But the second Time I Order. 3 Hours $#*!ing Hours I Wait Coz I'm So $#*!ing Hungry. But still not Coming My Order. Also That Coordinator Maybe 4 Person that I Talk But they Did not Fix The Problem. Shame Also that Heads. That i Talk. Never Order This $#*!ing Company. Bad Service Period.

Basically a scam

Horrible, somewhat a scam,, probably money laundering too, no refunds no help no decent service overall delivery is bad, service is bad, app is broken, customer service workers are rude and disrespectful refunds are non existent, order and items are missing? Good luck you're scammed, food is bad or not as described or something is wrong? Good luck you're scammed too, payment gone wrong and talabat took your money? Good luck no money is back

I'm a restaurant owner that works with this very bad company I hate my restaurant and everything about it because of this company and they account manager they don't care or respect any one they take from us about 40% from each order and they trade us like we are a stupid and idiots IM Hoping to close my restaurant so I don't have to work with this company every again

WORST APP
September 25, 2022

I order food from Tabalat very frequently amounting to around 300 QR.
I ordered 25 Original Snack box of KFC, I received 5 of them with spicy chicken and two with only one chicken. I contacted Talabat they told me I will get a refund. They call me after 10 mins, they want me to tell them the exact amount of wrong items as I didnt specify at first.
I opened 25 snack box and checked them one by one. After telling the guy how many wrong items and putting back again, he told me he needs pictures. I wasted 30 mins between talking to them and talking to the guy, opening the boxes checking them one by one although this is not supposed to happen, and I don't have time for their requests. I really don't recommend it. Then I submitted a ticket with what happened. I find today that they closed my request and updated the status to resolved altjough they did nothing. There are many other apps who appreciate loyalty and care about their customers unlike Talabat!

Highly NOT recommended - keep your money safe

I have dealt with a rider who took off with my change, and had a non working number registered, I waited all night for the matter to be resolved, Talabat was not able to trace no call the rider untill late after noon next day, he did not bring change, he gave back the full 500aed, i reached to the point of emailing consumer services and the police for the unlawful act, i waited all day for talabat managers to call me but no one did, when the rider returned the money, he asked for more payment than the actual bill. Completely unprofessional for a company such at talabat. To be honest feels like a scam company now.

Worst app ever

I paid 20 jds with credit and never received my order, i tried contacting them and asking for help and they did absolutely nothing and claimed the order was delivered to my exact location even though i have camera footage proving they never stepped a foot near the location. They refused to refund me or send the order again or even try to understand how this happened. Not to mention the countless times they got my order wrong lol don't bother writing a note to the restaurant they don't care enough to read it.
