I make grocery order and some item missing I order again and pay fees delivery again and I add one item to reach amount of delivery I got order again missing same items and they take fees of delivery
There was a delivery guy named USMAN who is really misbehaved with me, and very rude. He is not supposed to work in customer service if he doesn't know how to respect with customers. This was the first time I experienced this kind of person in your company. On phone he's telling me that I am mad and I'm joking with him, because I just mistaken mention to my adress a wrong number of floor. I know he's tired or whatever so but still he need to be respectful. Sadly I didn't take a photo of him so I can show all over the website his face. (so please be careful to this person, I had attached the number here.)
Compared to zomato, delivery charges are too high and delivery time and customer service is bad...
On my past orders all the delivery comes with around 1 hours delay!
Before thw order it shows for example 20min takes for my food to be delivered but after placing order it takes 1hour and so!
My latest experience with Talabat.com/Bahrain was very disappointing and unpleasant. I ordered from Texas Chicken and paid with my credit card which was a big mistake, when the order arrived the driver contacted me using talabat chat (in their app) he wrote one sentence, sir order is outside so I replied OK and I went to get my order but I didn't see the driver outside, I waited for 10 minutes and looked at my phone to my surprise the order was canceled, I contacted talabat customer service through the Live chat which was the only option to contact them and the agent apologized then he assured me that a refund will be issued within 30 minutes but I didn't receive any, the next day I contacted talabat again 4 more times but they changed thier story now they said because I didn't answer my phone the order was canceled and it is thier policy not to give me a refund, I tried to explain that no one called me on my phone, I just received one chat message but they keep lying and telling me that the driver called and the restaurant called but no one did, now they refuse to give me a refund.
This company have ruined my last 4 experiences. They used to be ok. But customer service is absolutely terrible. Only an apology and nothing else. Lucky for us, there are thousands of other services that are superior. I will never be using them again.
Placed an order on Talabat app and after 1 hour the customer service team says we cannot deliver the food. Then why accept the order if can't deliver.
Talabat is the worst application ever to order food. I ordered a pizza from Akiba Dori.
So I ordered at 8pm and after 2 hours of wait, I contacted customer service which took me another 10 minutes. The solution was to cancel the pizza and give a refund + a 10derham gift. I am still starving! Without food and what am I going to do with this 10 derham? This is unacceptable. Never gonna order again from either Talabat or Akiba Dori. Which was in JBR btw and I live in Dubai Marina. You can do the math.

Disappointed with delivery guys attitude.
I emailed about what happened and talabat replied 5 to 7 working days they will refund the money but after 1 month no refund at all. Every week I keep on following up but no one is replying. Very easy to debit but it takes too much time to credit the amount. Even phone number they doesn't have for faster transaction. I already called my bank and gave me the authentication code which I reported also to talabat but nothing happen.
Placed an order and only after 65 minutes later they called to inform me that my order is cancelled. They blamed the resturant and what they offer is just refund to the App wallet. This is really frustrating, they simply dont care about consumers, but only about making money. I deleted the App and will never use it again
Honesty... 45 minutes and 3 mental breakdowns later we finally ordered food! It's like a bloody war. They don't even tell you that the restaurant is busy till you enter credit info and the address. It's like they want to waste your time. Bloody awful. Don't use talabat till someone fixes it.
Pray nothing goes wrong with your order. No means of contacting them available. No live chat/No number, nothing. They've probably removed it due to the volume of issues and their customer care being overwhelmed.
The ordered Meal didn't turn up for more than 2hrs. I called the assigned rider Mr. MD to check the delivery status, he not only spoke rudely but said he will not deliver the food and suggested that I cancel the order and re-order it so it will be assigned to another rider. I requested him to deliver the food as I have kids waiting and also a Diabetic patient at home, but all in vain!
Sent several emails to Talabat but no response; there is no contact number to reach them! Even the rider said mentioned that they too can't reach Talabat directly but only through an app!
If there was an option to rate them at minus 20,i would gladly do that. Hours of delay and programmed computer to reply $#*! on customer support chat.
Worst company. Waited 3 hours and 2 refunds in 1 night. Drivers are so unreliable. Will never be ordering again.
I placed the first time order via talabat after Zomato stop delivery and belive me its the worst food delivery. The rider are liars first telling its will take 1hr after waiting for almost 2hrs and later saying they don't have any order in app but have parcel with them bull $#*!.
And the app is also not working too to cancel my order. Talabat and its riders are just stealing the customers MONEY and Food.

When I was submiting my order through the app. It froze in the part where I was accepting the purchase through my bank card. I tried twice and it failed. I received email receipts saying my payment did go through, but there was no sign of any orders on the app. There was no sign of a live chat support, only through email. Sent them an email, and I've gotten no sign of any replies.
It's been almost 10 days, and I don't think my hard owned money is getting returned. Horrible platform, horrible customer service. Use a different platform please.
It took me almost 30 to 40 minutes to make the application take my order. Finally managed to order and now after reading the reviews of other I am keeping my fingers crossed for the delivery to done accurately. I am sad that Zomato deliveries are also going to be via Talabat..
