I went to the Taco Bell in Forest Park, OH, today, Saturday, 2/15/25, at 5:25 PM. The lady at the drive-thru asked me if I wanted any sauce, and I responded, "OK." She then said that "OK" was not an answer and that she needed a yes or no. So, I said yes.
Then, she asked me if I wanted any sauce. I asked her to tell me which sauces they had, and she listed them very quickly. I asked her to please repeat them, and this time, she said them very slowly, but I could hear the hate in her voice.
I told her I was sorry if she was having a bad day, and she replied that she was not having a bad day. Then, she said she was not going to serve me and asked me to leave. I requested to speak to her supervisor, and she claimed that she was the supervisor.
I am just amazed that an employee representing a company could treat a customer this way.
No matter what. I don't care if you spent $500 on sauces and whatever, the quality of your menu is trash. The quality of your sauces is trash. The quality of your customer support is trash. You are trash. $#*! off.
Why does one have to have the Taco Bell App to get rewards? Some of us don't particularly care to put a credit card on our phones just so I can use an App. Your policy with your App and lack of rewards for cash paying customers will alleviate me using your fast food stand.
I ordered a taco and it all fell apart right away and the service is horrible the woman was rude and I was very mad I went to look if I had all my stuff they didn't have a drink? Like all this dry stuff with no drink? That's why I rated it 1 star
Sign says open 9:00 a.m. wife asked me to meet her in the grandson there for breakfast at 9:20 was not open One customer already turned away finally wife called they were going to open in 3 minutes now it's approaching 9:30 customer walked in behind us sat down on his phone saw nothing but kiosk's there I asked who I assume is the lady manager if we could get service and she ignored me another customer came in behind us so does this the only way we are welcome to America I'm not doing it he left we again approach staff and asked him if they would take our order they said they've been busy kind of like didn't care just treated us like dirt we left other customer that came in with us left place was empty they said they were busy they weren't doing anything nobody deserve lost our business won't go back
The concern about my issue is astonishing. I've sent 4 seperate emails re; this issue which would have been forgotten had I not been ignored by the complaint dept it is now about the principle and the undenying lack of concern for the bad experience I had at taco bell. The auto response says "we're on it.". Ha... What an incorrect statement that truly is. My complaint is lost in the abyss and obviously of no importance to taco bell that's fine though. 4 emails with nothing back is enough. I will now move up the chain of command and go directly to the corporate office maybe someone there will value my being a loyal customer and having this type of blatant inconsiderate slap in the face of nothingness that I've gotten from this department. I picked up a box from Taco Bell's with 6 soft burritos n 6 hard tacos the price was 24 dollars insane! The burritos had a teaspoon of meat on them more lettuce than anything you can actually fold them up and there are smaller than a frozen pizza roll you buy in the bags! No meat what so ever! N the same goes for the hard tacos no meat all lettuce it was awful if anything it should of cost like 8 bucks for something like that to charge $24 for literally a handful of lettuce is shameful I will never ever spend another penny at Taco Bell ever they are truly a rip off! PATHETIC
I'll be honest taco bells food is good but the after math of eating it is not good. See Taco Bell is pretty much just using us for our money now. You see i have purchased Taco Bell today and moments after I had a very bad stomach pain and I am stuck on the toilet and having diarrhea due to there poor food that makes people end up like this after there food. Taco Bell I would like to know what's in your beef because it's not usual to be ending up like this after eating take out because I never end up like this after I purchase take out. Very disappointing so terrible.
Last night me and my mom ate the $5 cravings boxes. This morning I woke up and immediately got diareah and also felt queasy and know it was the Taco Bell food right before bed.
This morning my mom ate the rest of hers and she also got immediately sick from it aswell.
I paid $13 for number 6 /2 Chalupa's one taco and a drink. The Chalupa had no chicken meat in it whatsoever. Just very little standard. The taco had no meat either. For $13
And the drink had no flavor. I threw it out the window.
I haven't gone to Taco Bell in quite a while, thinking it was going to be good.

The Taco Bell on Rt:59 in Streamwood has an excellent staff there. The food to go came out quickly. YOu get an ecellent meal for theprice you pay.
I also left my credit card on the counter by mistake. I left & called the location. They stated they had it waiting for my arrival. Honest employees.

This is the second time that I have gone to try a 'new' item at a fast food restaurant and been sorely disappointed. It might be I didn't read well enough, but I expected that when I ordered a Cantina menu combo, I would get a Cantina taco and a Cantina burrito. Nope. I got a regular taco that was broken and stuck to the paper like it had been sitting under the warming lamp too long. It was 11 am and no one was in the store when I got there. The Cantina burrito didn't fare much better. It was flat, hardly full of anything, small and almost cold. This came with a drink and a side of chips and cheese. The chips tasted like they had been mixed in with their cinnamon ones. All that for almost $14. Plus it took forever to get my order. The gal at the register had to ask the manager 3 times to clear her screen so she could take my order. And then it took way too long to actually get it. Especially since it seemed they were already sitting under the lamp waiting to be bagged. Did I mention that it was 11 am and no one was in the store? Maybe they were getting a lot of call in orders and maybe I read the Cantina menu combo info wrong but I doubt I'll be going back to Taco Bell again anytime soon. Not worth it.
My boyfriend went to Taco Bell just to get two steak crunch wraps. He was charged over 19.00 dollars with tax. Not only that the girl at the window was rude walked away using profanity then went and sat in her car on her phone. I guess that's great customer service now. On line steak crunch wraps are 4.49 each. He was charged double the price She said the prices has gone up. This happened at Taco Bell in Claxton Ga. *******. Will not be eating there any more
I took 1 bite and opened up my $4.99, sloppy, Taco Bell Chalupa to an absolute disgrace. The attached photos show exactly what I got. Taco Bell must be kidding.
Also, Taco Bell's Customer Service Department does NOT respond to customers via email, letter or phone call. I am not too sure what they do all day.
Possibly the worst service e we at a Taco Bell. I have been eating at this restaurant for 35 years and have never seen the incompetence I witnessed today. 40 minutes in the lobby and our order was not ready.
We purchased 2 nacho orders and they were the worst nachos ever! Very little tomato and no other veggies!

I ordered delivery and I got cold food and they gave me 0 sauce packets I asked for 15 got 0 also the drunk was wrong size and flavor. Missing items too sadly they don't ever respond so cc dispute is next
I like the multiple options every few months they come up with. The taste is always fantastic. They are conveniently located in any area, but I've got my favourite, of course. They still have a fantastic variety of new produce.
We don't use the touch screens because of germs and they are stupid to navigate and make even a simple order, so we order at the counter. That girl at the counter could care less about providing some sense of welcome for us. We really felt like we were such a bother to make a food order at the counter. When we did get our food the tacos were broken and half full. This is NOT the way a food chain should be run.
Prices have risen dramatically, but we do have the country's highest minimum wage. Used in order to dig the change out of the couch to get a TB dinner. The efficiency stays the same and customer support is generally on the spot. They listen if you make a complaint to cooperate. A few years back, I had to do this. They listened and came back to me as well.
