Picked up a box of tacos for lunch... BIG mistake! My hubby and i both got severe food poisoning. After 3 days (missing two days of work) i finally felt well enough to call the store. This is the Taco Bell on Ireland Road in South Bend. GRACE - the "manager" was extremely rude and made comments of "it's been more than 24 hours so there is nothing she can do", "we have to use the same meat from the days before so there is nothing that can be done", "i am not losing this crap job over your call lady"... I RECORDED THE CALL. I did call corporate but they have not even reached out to me for any reason. I mainly just wanted to let them know what happened but when GRACe started being so rude i was angry. The food made us sick, the tacos were just thrown into the bag soggy and greasy.
Spent 45 minutes trying to get the website to allow me to choose the restaurant location. By zip code, city and state, my current location, etc. and could not. Really wanted to buy the Nacho Party Pack and have lost my appetite. Tried to place this order on an Apple Iphone, a Moto android and 2 laptops.
Went through the drive through. No one came on to take my order. Pulled to the window to see the woman on her phone with head set off. I sat there. The woman finally got off her phone partially to put her head set on and proceed to take the order of the car now at the speaker. The manager came to the window and as I was explaining what happened the woman stopped taking the order off the next person and proceeded to try and argue with me. The manager walked away and she slammed the window.
Taco Bell Ordered nacho cheese box pretty good taste the only thing I found that was not good water down cheese not the same as it used to be. I also ordered a quesadilla horrible burns. There is a picture. I don't know why they would even sell this crap if they know they burnt it it should be in the garbage I gave it to my dogs. That's how bad it was Should be a shame of your souls running a company in this manner. If you cancel the product made correctly close down the place. You think people don't notice the changes You have made. What a down cheese is not cheese it's processed disgusting cheese. Sour cream was good guacamole was good the nachos were good just that water down cheese destroy the whole plate. Location is Hanley Road and Water's Tampa Florida
I went to the taco bell here in my town. The kid running the drive thru was very rude and his manager did nothing to correct him. I visit this location often but will take my business to a competitor who will appreciate the business.
I ordered a QuesaLupa on the very day it dropped. I took one bite, the taste was grim. Crusty and poor, like a dirty person's flesh… Revolting. Despite my immediate recognition, I devoured the entire thing. BIG. MISTAKE. Oh God, I felt the fire of a thousand men in my ascending large intestines. After that, my body could not produce a single shred of debris, I couldn't eliminate the enemy within me. The police and paramedics arrived to observe me in an utterly disembodied state. My humiliation senses severed my dignity and integrity. This experience caused me to become severely mentally and emotionally impaired, my IQ decreased by 37% which has left me with little will to live. GOD cannot help me now, as much as I wish HE could. I am subject to the lustful caresses of the evil Lord, with a name starting with S and ending with -TAN. My life is completely, absolutely, Ruined.
In about four cases over the past week, I visited the Taco Bell off the 1,000 block of West Broad Street. Even though I wasn't complaining, the manager told me she had no time to argue with me. She's just really rude. She wasn't going to give me her name. This is unfair as a business owner myself, and I would like to know how many other managers can not buy inventory at the Taco Bell company. Not only has she told me four separate times in about two weeks now that she may not be able to get nacho cheese fries because she's out, but she has another store that sells them to her. It's an obvious one. About why? And it's been going on at least three times over the past week now.
Yes my kids and I visit taco bell regularly. My kids love the loaded fries with cheese. Everytime here lately has been a big disappointment! I buy the largest size because that is small. So I buy two large fries, and everytime there are hardly any fries in them. That's nearly 5.00 for each fry.

I completely understand there's grease and stuff after making tacos yadaydahda but. When I get outta work and I want a nice! Yummy taco! I expect it too not be wet, soaked in grease and literally completely falls apart. Not cool.
The beef burrito is now loaded with 2 different types of creamy cheese and mainly seasoned rice, with a tiny bit of beef. This should be called a seasoned rice burrito instead. This really is really bad. I liked the old beef burritos that had the beef and cheddar cheese. As a person who needs protein vs carbs, the new beef burritos just does not cut the mustard. What a let down.
So, first time we ordered from Taco Bell Tonbridge, we placed our order through just eat at around 6pm it eventually arrived freezing cold at 10pm. We had to make another arrangement for dinner. Today we decided to give them another chance. Our order arrives and there are items missing. We get a refund of 80p big deal. Shove your 80p taco bell. You will NEVER EVER see us again. You just can't get it right. Unacceptable.
Have been going to my taco bell in new castle pa regularly since breakfast returned. The grilled breakfast burritos ate outstanding. Hashbrowns bigger and better than mcd. TB is the way to go to start your day. Highly recommend them. It is hot fresh and fast. The staff is fantastic. Bobbie and Bruce are the best there. All though are great. The way service should be... freindly and polite. Thank you guys!
On Sunday Sept.10,2023 my wife and I stopped off at the Taco Bell on SR64 in Bradenton FL. After waiting for about 5 min. To have someone take our order, one of the employees told me that I would have to use the kiosk in order to get served.
The place was empty except for one car at the drive-thru.
One employee was on break, and the other ones were not that busy to take the order. So we turned around and walked out.
No wonder why all these fast food places are losing customers.
What happened to the good old days when you walked into a restaurant and were greeted with a smile and "May I Take Your Order". Now they tell you to use the kiosk. No Thank You>
I went to the Grant location for my neighbor. She used the Taco Bell website, wrote down her order which was: a combo meal consisting of 2 beef chalupas, crunchy Taco and a large drink for $6.69. When I placed the order, I was told the bill was $11.and change. When I asked what happened to the price of $6.69 no one could answer me. The manager was working the drive thru. He heard my question and pointed to the #6 on the menu board. Update the website and put some warmth to your food. All WAS COLD just like the manager! I WILL NOT be back, EVER!
I used the self-order terminals provided in the store and was loudly advised by the employees that I was helping the machines to take their jobs. Embarrassing and humiliating customers is probably not the best business practice.
I love Taco bell and they have great customer service. Their selection is good, something for everyone in the family, and there are also healthy choices. Their prices are reasonable and service is prompt.
Most of the employees at Taco Bell Biscayne and 36th in miami. They are just stealing their paychecks. They don't know how to talk to customers they don't know how to deal with customers. Rude and uneducated employees at this location. I'm partially handicapped I cannot see. And they're forcing me to use the kiosk because no one want to take the time to take my order. While they're all in the back laughing and having conversations with each other. These people are disgusting. The restaurant was filthy through it dirt and food all over the place. I will never eat any of these Taco Bells ever again... they need to hire responsible people who actually want to work.
On may 10th at 11:21 am my daughter and I went thru the drive-thru in Nelsonville Ohio. We get our order and go, home. Open it and the lettuce is rotten. I called the store and all she offered to do was give more rotten food. I said no and she hung up on me. I have called corporate number everyday since and they will not do anything. They say its up, to the district manager. Ummm what? Called health dept
Taco Bell in Idabel need employees that care and actually listens to what's being ordered. Not once but multiple times they have gotten my order wrong. And it's really not hard to NOT put sour cream in the burrito. Especially when they are not busy and they only have one Customer in line! The problem is the employees just don't care!
Waited over 10 minutes at counter and finally asked lady to take our order and she told us to go to the kiosk and order. Went to kiosk and one screen was blank and other kept locking up. Walked out and went to taco John's down the road where service and food was great.
