NEVER Complain about stuff I've been going to the Taco Bell in Oshawa at Simcoe and Taunton for about 15 yea4s. The last 2 years IS TERRIBLE but I keep hoping next time will be better. TODAY I WAITED OVER 20 MINS FOR 1 BURRITO while they all stood around talking I'm not white so I'm not saying this to be racist BUT the only white girl in the place standing by herself asking them over and over to make my burrito. I watched the onky male there SNEEZE TWICE RIGHT ON THE OPEN FOOD HE WAS MAKING FOR SKIP I have talked to the night manager several times over the last 2 yrs I stopped using drive thru cause EVERYTIME I do they don't add the tomatoes and cream for my Supreme. The manager always says oops sorry we will fix it. One night I went thru I SWEAR ON THE HOLY QURAN I ordered 6 dorito tacklco Supreme I got home AND NOT 1 OF THEM HAD BEEF all Just lettuce and cheese. That's the ONLY time I drove my food back and showed them every taco and the same girl night manager said "OH SORRYBWEBRAN OUT OF BEEF" Like WTHbwould u make the tacos without it hoping customers don't notice then I seen a Google review with THE EXACTBSAME COMPLAINT NO BEEF AT ALL. WHY IS THIS TACO BELL ALLOWED TO CONTINUE UNDER THIS MANAGMENT I HAVE EVEN HAD TO TELL THEM HOW FILTY THE STORE IS ALMOST EVERYTIME I GO IN IT WOULD NEVER PASS A SURPRISE HEALTH INSPECTION. I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH UNPROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES ESPECIALLY A NANAGER ANYWHERE ESPECIALLY SERVING FOOD. I HAVE ALSO HAD TO TELL THE GIRL NIGHT MANAGER TO CHANGE HER GLOVES EVERYTIME IM IN THERE AND SHE TOUCHES MONEY AND REGISTER AND SHE WEARS THE SAME GLOVES TO MAKE PEOPLE FOOD. I feel the most sorry for people who use drive thru and delivery if you are not there to watch them your food is so contaminated and filthy with money germs and sneezes SOMEONE GET RID OF EVERY INDIAN EMPLOYEE IN THERE THEY ARE NOT FOLLOWING ANY FOOD HANDLING PRECAUTIONS. I am Syrian and in disbelief at every place I go in Oshawa with majority Indian employees or an Indian manager. Either Replace EVERY employee when only the white people are changing gloves from cash to food. I watched the manager tell a young Indian employee they don't have to change gloves everytime the take an order. REALLY? This place needs to be Shut down or REPLACE ALL MANAGMENT AND EMPLOYEES ESPECIALLY NIGHT SHIFT!

On September 30th at around 7:30 p.m. and after a long and hard day at work I thought I would treat myself to some Taco Bell. Upon arriving to pick up my order that I ordered through the app they promote so heavily, I was told they were out of the drink I really wanted to try and I was also told they were out of the Cinnabon dessert item I also really wanted to try. And if that wasn't bad enough, when I received my order it was completely wrong. Instead of getting the grilled cheese burrito and a beefy burrito and a taco supreme and a regular taco, I instead received two skimpy regular tacos. One containing literally six slivers of cheese and the other with no cheese. The other two items were two burritos that contain mostly rice with a hint of meat and a tiny bit of lettuce. And of course I had to settle for the cinnamon twists which I do not care forl, and I also had to get a drink I did not really want as it was already paid for through the app. There's something I will never use again. And to make matters even worse, the hot sauces I ordered on the app we're not in the bag. This is by far the worst experience I've had at any Taco Bell location going back 30 years covering locations all over the country. When I called the next day I spoke to someone named Gabe and ask nicely if there was something he could do for me at the store level or was it a corporate issue. This person could have absolutely cared less about my horrible experience and did not offer even as much as a apology. He also said it was a corporate issue and that was that. I thanked him for being no help whatsoever and called corporate. However, I've been on hold with corporate for over 20 minutes now so who knows if I'll ever reach an actual person that may or may not do anything for me. I did try to use the contact page on their website but as many others have stated online they make it where it is impossible to get it to submit. As it stands now, I feel like my $12 was stolen from me. What I do know for sure, is at this time I will not ever ever eat at a Taco Bell location anywhere on earth. There is a privately owned local chain of drive-thru taco locations here where I live and I am now for now on going there when I want fast drive-thru Mexican style fare.

Nastiest food ever. They served cold food. The service was horrible and have crack heads working there dumb as can be. There place surroundings is even looks disgusting. I do not know why anyone would eat there. I was going to buy my son some food there but I was also towed which costed me $175. I will never go there again. I saw cockroaches and a rat out back and in the bathroom outside of Bloomington, Indiana downtown Taco Bell. My dad just dies last week and mu mom was in ICU. Plus, In Bloomington, Indiana we just had severe storms were not many people had electricity 200,0000 people reported by Duke-Energy did not have electricity so we could not cook at home. There was a girl there working too. They look like a bunch of crack heads. When I went to the bathroom I saw cockroaches. As I was walking to my car from TB there was a rat. For a very COSTLY takeout order it was the worst that I have ever eaten in TACO HELL history!
