Bacon club chulupa

I went to taco bell and seen they bought back the bacon club chulupa and I could not believe it was almost six dollars for one bacon club chulupa that had the filling of a regular taco...definitely not worth the money. I could've got a five or 6 dollar box and got alot more...the bacon club chulupa should be bigger than what it is

Got any sauce?

I confused at how I can order over $40 worth of food, I asked for hot sauce and recieved none. I don't like eating tacos without hot sauce. So now I have $40 worth of food that I don't want... thanks a lot for ruining my evening Taco Bell

So I'm in Vidalia ga and the line is like thousands of people wating their food and in the parking lot there are like 12 people waiting and the parking lot if completely full there no. Where to park at so I want them to do better than this

I have been trying to get my Rewards app to work after years of using it. But for some unknown reason to me it started loading what looked like compter programing code. After waiting several days it was still loading gibberish. I delete the application and reloaded the app. Now it tells me that the "Device already shared with maxium number of guests". After 10 days of waiting and 5 phone calls I'm still waiting for their technical support team to contact me to resolve the program. Sincerely, Disappointed.

Nothing like seeing an employee with no gloves on and employees on there CELL PHONES! Are u here to work or what? U wanna play than GO HOME! This really makes me MAD! Put that phone away and get your butt busy! And for the love of god say THANK U to your customers!

I LOVE HAVING IT MY WAY!

I LOVE Having it my way. I don't know about anyone else location. But The Taco Bell at my Location,. Really "SUCKS" or Should I say The people who are working there serving our food. Well They cant seem to get my order right. When I order a hard shell taco, Then That is what I want. But when I looked at my taco,. Its more Lettuce Then Meat! I'm like... Hello! I ordered a Hard shell taco, Not a Salad! And Sometimes the Lettuce don't even look fresh.
Now When I Order On Line, and when I make it to the Drive-Thru and just press send. And my order is ready. And everything looked Hot, Fresh, & Ready To Eat! It looks like It was made at a totally different Taco Bell. I feel like a Super Star! And I'm like... Now Why Cant these people make my food like this when I order inside, or the Drive-Thru?
So For Now On... I am Placing my Order On Line Where I Know my Food Will be Hot & Fresh!

I went to east Alton Illinois taco Bell all my fd was gross wet n hard n falling apart I ordered the deluxe craving box my grilled burrito was thin barely anything n it mostly Shelli called bthere said there's nothing we can do seriously $8.62 for my fd n I can't even eat my dinner this place needs shut down the workers r horrible at making food

Order through drive thru and my order was wrong, called and spoke to the supposed manager "BECKY" and she said if I come all the way back, she will replace the order. Who in their right mind wants to drive to a place, drive home and then drive there immediately again?

Went to taco bell in windsor quellette ave location had coupon for free bogo beef crunch supreme it does not state anywhere that it is buy 1 get one free it states present this coupon in-store to redeem this offer it should be in better writing that bogo means buy one get on free many people do not know this.

Horrible Customer Service

Young woman at the North Logan Utah drive thru this evening was rude when a senior discount was requested.
I like Taco Bell, go there frequently, normally have very few issues, sometimes my order is messed up but I'm pretty easy going about it. I don't always ask for discount, only problem that occurs is when a new employee doesn't know how to adjust the total and has to ask for help. No problem, that's part of being new. This evening I asked for a senior discount and the drive thru cashier was pretty rude. Said - we don't have that, I responded with yeah you do. She said we've never had that, we don't even give military discounts. My response, I've been getting it for years. She said we have a senior drink, but no senior discount. Then said she would talk to her supervisor. No discount given, no comment as she handed back the receipt and obviously did not ask. She tipped over my drink and told someone else tipping her finger to me over her shoulder "give her the food". No straws, no napkins, no fork. Worst employee I've ever come across at any Taco Bell I've ever been to. This young woman needs to learn how to be in the service industry or get out. If her day was bad she should have stayed home. I won't be back for a long time. Maybe she will have moved on by then.

This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. They got the order wrong and when I got home about a mile away the tacos were literally flat and they were soggy and cold, that was 4 minutes later and the crunch-wrap was half unfolded and falling out and also cold. All in all just plain disgusting!
I have been a very long time customer of Taco Bell but I will NEVER go to this Taco Bell again!

I love the food from here. Ill eat anything from the menu. I love the burritos and nacho supreme. Especially the dollar menu right now (as of 11/03/2014). The service can be great but depends where you live. Some will have good service, others will have really terrible service. Overall, great food and great prices. And it's opened late too! (Check your area though).

Pooped on self

So i had went to taco bell and ordered 10 tacos and later that night i felt really sick. So i though i had to puke but no nuclear explosive diarrhea it was so bad that i sharted myself in my sleep and my husband was covered in poop and booty hole juice it was gross. He kicked me out of the house and my daughter got pregnant in the parking lot. And now everywhere i go i shart myself so i bought grown up diapers.

I have been coming to the store in Phoenix on the 101 and Bell for over 20 years. The employees are great and always happy and friendly. The lady manger Elvon is the best. The food quality and service are great. My wife and I are 75 years old. Thanks

Terrible service

Went to Taco Bell in Edmonton on 156 street
And the customer service woman we were dealing with was very short with us and rude. When I asked for a separate order she told me they were to busy when no one was behind us in the drive thru so we were very frustrated. Then when I was saying my order I had to repeat multiple times what my order was. And when we get to the window I go to pay and she takes the machine away so quickly my card almost flew onto the ground. I patiently waited for my food with no talking other then when she passed me the wrong drink I yelled back at her that it was the wrong drink she gave her coworkers an annoyed jesture with her hands up. And went to get me the right drink. At this point I was just over the service. We got our food and pulled out to find out we didn't get our fries we paid for and they made a crunch wrap with chicken when we asked for a chicken quesadilla. TERRIBLE SERVICE

Only the Drive through was open at the taco Bell 1737 Sweetwater Road National City CA.- I placed my order and noted to the cashier that the price was considerably more than normal, I was informed prices had risen. On exiting the drive-through, I checked the receipt and saw I had 2 Beef Supreme Burritos, not 2 Sausage & egg. I then had to stand in the drive for about 6 minutes while getting an adjustment, because the dining room opened at 9:00am. By the time I received my corrected order the Hash Brown was cold. Not what I expect. I did not receive the original receipt but was given the adjusted receipt order Number *******

Taco Bell closed...
December 5, 2021

Went to Taco Bell today, I was desperate and figured they couldn't screw up a breakfast burrito. I pull up to the drive through and am surprised that a voice comes on and asks what I want. I had driven through the parking lot and there was only one car so I figured they were closed.

I said I wanted breakfast and asked where the menu was. She said it was inside only. I asked if the lobby was open and she said "not until ten", another half hour. So I said what's on the breakfast menu? She said "well, there's an app" and I said "well, $#*! you" and drove away.

I shouldn't have done that because it is the fault of the overpaid corporate peckerheads that put these poor employees in that position in the first place. How do you idiots plan to stay in business?
