I went up there last night and after I put in my order, I get up to the Drive thru window to pay and my bill was $31.16. I gave the young man working the drive thru window a 50.00 bill a long with a dollar and the 16 cents and they gave me my food but they didn't give me my 20.00 change back let a lone a recipe and I went back up there to let them know that they didn't give me my change and the manager I believe they were was very rude because they told me they couldn't do anything about it and I told them I didn't get recipe. If that wasn't bad enough they put sour cream on my nephew's 2 Chicken chalupas after I had told them no sour cream. I will never go back to that location again.

Took a long time
August 21, 2022

We got to Taco Bell at 8:25 and didn't walk out untill 9:10. At about 9 my friend walked up and said do you have an order for____ and they said yes sorry we had to make some potatoes. Well we got our tocos with potatoes in it and the potatoes were cold and so were the tacos.

Taco Bell is terrible

The employees wearing their pants around the bottom edge of there butt and little kids there I asked if someone can tell the employee to pull them up they said they ain't allowed they'll get fired so I asked her to pull them up she said she didn't have to pull them up well Taco Bell lost a lot of customers that day

No way I never went to a cussing ghetto smoking restaurant like Taco Bell south Monroe Tallahassee Florida they be on the phone talking cussing each other's have to wait on there time to Order no one was in drive through or in the building but yet I waited 15 minutes was walking out when one the employees decided to ask me do I need help girl really very disrespectful need to close it down need new workers who want s to work never I recommend anyone there I'll eat noodles before I spend my hard earn money with Taco Bell

I usually eat at this drive thru twice a week. In about one in three of the visits, they screw something up. Forget to put in the chicken quesadilla I paid for, The soft taco supremes I paid for aren't supremes, the diet pepsi with no ice has ice in it. It happen so often, I sit in the drive thru and try to check the order before pulling off. This always seems to piss-off the person at the window. This latest time, I checked the bag to make sure they had the Chicken Power Menu Bowls in the bag, I saw both. Great! When I got home to feed my father and I, I found they forgot to put the fricken chicken in them. Not a little chicken, no chicken... If you can forget chicken in ther Chicken Menu Power Bowls, I'm pretty sure you can forget to wash your hands after a crap. Lets see how much better your complaint dept is vs your delivery dept.

I love tacos from Taco Bell, but unfortunately six months ago something drastically happened to this Taco Bell in North Ridgeville Ohio, it is absolutely the worst Taco Bell you will go to if there's one person in line you will wait 20 to 30 minutes and when you get your food it's cold and soggy it's been like that for at least six months, you'll be lucky to get what you ordered, the people are rude in the food Is terrible, you will be waiting a very long time even if there's just one or two people there it's been like that for at least six months, I will never go back I will actually drive out of my way to go somewhere else because this Taco Bell is the absolute worst, like I said if they happen to have what you want it's a miracle they usually don't, their service is terrible absolutely terrible, This review wants me to show proof of purchase when I did not purchase anything because they didn't have it of course

Horrible food

Cold food, scant amount nacho dressing, taco beef meat tasted horrible which I ordered chicken. Only thing good was the drinks. My last time I will order from Taco Bell Was terrible.

Delivery Sucks

They don't make sure the food for delivery isn't picked up by the wrong person and they refuse to remake the food despite the fact that it was their negligence that cause the whole situation, If I could give a restaurant a ZERO star I would. This restaurant sucks and I 100 percent DO NOT RECOMMEND!

At the Grand Ledge, Michigan Taco Bell my weekday noon pickup order service was very poor and the central site for customer comments has not provided the reply that may be requested there. The new app system offers some menu items and prices not otherwise available, but only by phone app, computer, or in-lobby kiosk. Orders at the counter for such offers are not accepted. Also, any face to face orders require waiting for a worker to notice, get free of other tasks, and come to the counter. I received not the advertised box but a bag, not the ordered crisps, not the ordered sauce packets, not napkins, not a straw, not a receipt, so not the code number for the comment site, and so no entry for the periodic money drawing. The ordered taco was provided but not visibly full and the ordered burrito was provided but had around one tablespoon of meat. I did get a cup for the ordered soft drink and asked for and received the missing items. The payment was posted immediately on my bank card. Twice, I found their central internet site for comments and provided these details and clicked for them to reply, but it continues that nothing has been received. So, be careful to check for completeness and quality orders made by the current system, and try to get personal attention if particular items delivered seem to be substandard.

Quality went down

Haven't eaten here in awhile but this last time I went for lunch it didn't taste as good as I remembered it. Wish they tried a bit more cuz I used to really like eating here when on the run.

Taco Bell bad

Yesterday I went to a local Taco Bell near me. I had never been in there but decided to try it out. A young guy mumbled something to me that after saying it 3 times I understood what he was saying, and that was to use the kiosk. Ordered my food (never been in there so don't know the rules) I stood to the aside and that young man mumbled something else at me, that after several times I understood it would only take a few minutes. There was some noise around us so the hearing was (on my end) was difficult. I saw 2 gals in the food area preparing my food, They seemed to know what they were doing. Got my order, went home and started to eat my food. Half way, I could taste something in my food that had gone bad. I couldn't identify it but stopped eating. I should have known better than go to a Taco Bell or any take out place as lately bad food is what I keep getting. Decades ago, getting take out was something to enjoy but that seems to have ceased in the food industry today. It's a lost art and one that eventually closes doors permanently.

Taco Bell has decided that whenever they want they can lock their doors for dinein and not give any reasons or signs. I was a regular customer and I complained about this store and its manager and Corporate has DONE NOTHING. I've complained many times and Corporate doesn't care because noone has ever called back.

Bad food
February 15, 2021

I quit going there a long time ago it is not any good and is a rip off there isn't enough meat on their items to even taste it about all you taste is lettuce and tomatoes
Is better to go to small mom and pop Mexican restaurant for real food and for around the same price as as getting jabbed at the bell
Think Taco Bell is just McDonald's (which I avoid) and other big fast food joints it is about the money not the quality of the food and I f they spent a lot less on advertising they could have better food

Your Butler Store absolutely terrible I just spoke with Alyssa the manager very ignorant and rude made excuses on why I CONSTANTLY keep missing food when I come thru the drive thru half my freaking order was missing and she is gonna say we rarely miss food my wife is in the book about 3 times and we continue to get the SAMEOLE results POOR SERVICE. POOR SERVICE POOR SERVICE Id had it up to here with your poor service I'm tried of getting added to the book or returning back to your restaurant when I like 20 minutes away get your stuff together Taco Bell your reviews reflect my dissatisfaction disappointment frustration anger and ultimately my hostility that I keep returning and it never gets freaking better

Toco Is supreme not!
October 23, 2021

My wife went through drive thru to get toco Supreme. She gets tocos with no tomatoes or sore cream! So they are just no flavor tocos! Very disappointed it's the third time.
