In Wichita Falls on Kell and ordered three burrito supremes with steak meat. Not only was my food cold but the burritos were poorly made but it was thrown together. I'm extremely pissed that location needs to be closed. Poor customer service and cold food just awful. If you ask me I will no longer spend my money with any Taco bell establishment. Y'all get a big fat $#*! you from me. Only reason I'm taking one star is because I have to.
I went through the drive through with my girlfriend (Sydney). We simply wanted two tacos, one for each of us. When I was trying to order, the lady taking my order kept laughing and talking to her other coworkers. I'm surprised she managed to even get our order right. When we got up to the window, the lady was basically ignoring us and talking to two other girls there. After three minutes, I kid you not, of waiting, we finally were able to pay. We had to wait even longer for the food. I saw these same girls laughing and throwing stuff at each other like this was school recess! In my opinion, this was very unsanitary and unprofessional. Then, after about ten minutes of waiting, these girls finally gave us our food, which by then, was cold. We didn't even bother going back in there, these ladies need to be fired, and stop wasting other peoples' time!
I got the beef chalupa dinner at the drive-thru the chalupa shells were not even half full and they forgot the sour cream. The hard taco shell with stale on each item I had two pieces of tomato and a small pinch of cheese mostly the white lettuce that hard bitter lettuce was abundant. The iced tea was watered down it tasted like sugar water I will never go back there.
Regarding Taco Bell at 76th and Rawson in Franklin, WI. West side doors locked to parking lot even though business was open for in-person seating. They said they lost the key, but there was no sign directing the customer to the north door. No customers were sitting inside. Was told they were not allowed to post any signs on the door. Friendly service. Food was as expected from a Taco Bell.
I like Taco Bell, but since it's combined with KFC the quality is terrible. The taco shells taste like it came out of a store bought mix. This last time was the last straw. It was hot for 3 days out. I went to get a Taco supreme meal and the sauce tasted rancid. I can't look at another Taco Bell sign anymore. Terrible.
This site is "good enough", because it has a lot of things but not all the items it could have but yeah it is a trusted website you can look at the menu and that is mostly what people would like to see before they go and overall it is a good website
Prices have risen dramatically, but we do have the country's highest minimum wage. Used in order to dig the change out of the couch to get a TB dinner. The efficiency stays the same and customer support is generally on the spot. They listen if you make a complaint to cooperate. A few years back, I had to do this. They listened and came back to me as well.
The past couple weeks I've been going to Taco Bell in Fall River on the bottom of Plymouth Ave. They have been wonderful to me, everytime I go there I've gotten great customer service! Today I went by there and my order was not only right but the girl in the drive-thru Kendra had an awesome attitude! She was just really nice to me, and these days that is very refreshing! I will be a returning customer. Thanks Kendra!
Only bad thing i will say is that the double steak grilled cheese burrito is missing the steak. If there's only 1 piece of steak and double is 2 than they got it right. But for $6.79 a burrito, it's not worth it.
This is the second time that I have gone to try a 'new' item at a fast food restaurant and been sorely disappointed. It might be I didn't read well enough, but I expected that when I ordered a Cantina menu combo, I would get a Cantina taco and a Cantina burrito. Nope. I got a regular taco that was broken and stuck to the paper like it had been sitting under the warming lamp too long. It was 11 am and no one was in the store when I got there. The Cantina burrito didn't fare much better. It was flat, hardly full of anything, small and almost cold. This came with a drink and a side of chips and cheese. The chips tasted like they had been mixed in with their cinnamon ones. All that for almost $14. Plus it took forever to get my order. The gal at the register had to ask the manager 3 times to clear her screen so she could take my order. And then it took way too long to actually get it. Especially since it seemed they were already sitting under the lamp waiting to be bagged. Did I mention that it was 11 am and no one was in the store? Maybe they were getting a lot of call in orders and maybe I read the Cantina menu combo info wrong but I doubt I'll be going back to Taco Bell again anytime soon. Not worth it.
Very poor service in very poor food our food has so much grease on it we can't even eat it order is always wrong employees refused to make our order right very poor employment there I can never get orders right this been going on for months they need more in new employees that place has gone downhill bad Can't even eat our food how greasy it is just falls apart
So you really now just get lettuce and sauce for your tacos or wraps that are supposed to have meat in them! It's so disgusting and just a rip off. The meat is so thin that you can't even see it! Will never go to a Taco Bell again
My husband and I went to the Taco Bell in Orange Park, Florida on Blanding Boulevard last night. We encountered a wonderful lady (Janie) that really was not just nice, but so very helpful and made us feel welcome. She was also a very hard worker. It is so refreshing to find such a dedicated employee, especially is these times.
OMG. Let skip the customer service okay because you can stand and wait for all you want, and they will not bother to ask if you needed anything. My chalupa supreme has no meat at all, and the cheese they gave you, it was only a few that you can actually can count.

Very bad service, cashier very rude with the customers, in the drive thru, cause she she said she was short on stuff. I understood the frustration, short on people but don't take it on the customers. And the guy who hand me the food didn't even look at me n no greeting. And it looks like he was hi gh, today's date 9/13/21 lunch time so sad. *******@yahoo.com
The fat $#*! working the drive thru at the Petal, Ms location is rude as hell and I will not spend my money at your business any more. The rest of the staff is rude, childish and disrespectful as well. Get it together, this isn't the first time in the evening I've had this problem.
Why do you make the value menu items change when all you do is raise the prices. My order usually consists of 4 beef burritos of the cravings value menu. The price used to be around 5 dollars. Now it's 8?!?! For the same thing? Last year it was 2 dollars. You going to raise it again?!?!? Very dissatisfied and disappointed. I won't be eating here ever again. Consider this a loss of business.
The drive thru in Apex, NC is almost always down. That means you must drive around and go inside to pick-up or order your food. This is not a reflection of the employees but is very annoying to say the least! I'm not sure what the issue is for the drive-thru but it needs to be solved. In the last 5 or so times I have been to the drive-thru, 3 times the drive-thru system was down.
