If you are in Denver east, don't bother to use t-mobile. Blind spot every where, signal is getting not better but worse by the day, multiple internet disruption everyday. Yes, they tell you they have the best 5g coverage, what's the point if it keep stop running. It's like you are connected to a router but still without internet access.
Honestly screw these guys. How the hell can you say you have the best service? My wife didn't get any birthday texts throughout her entire day and that includes from me! She almost thought I was ignoring her texts. Makes me so sad. The day after her phone blew up with old texts and missed calls that couldn't come through because of poor service(we live in a metropolitan area). I'm pissed. Screw you T-Mobile fix your damn service before you make some bs claim.
They are sociopaths! They lie to your face and the service sucks! My phone never has service unless I'm in the city and the people who work for t mobile are crooks! I was told all I would pay for a new phone was $350 down but they ended up getting $780 cash with 3 different transactions! The "lady" named Michelle was disgustingly full of crap and I wish they would go out of business so I could be released from this hell!
Was promised a refund of my prepaid account as I transitioned to postpaid. Once I had transferred, they decided they didn't want to honor that refund anymore. I've been sent between billing departments countless times and spent more hours with their support than I thought was possible, to no avail.
They'd rather lose me and my family as monthly customers than see that I received the refund I was promised. Needless to say we will be terminating our service with T-mobile.

I'm a service connected army veteran That said, I was given the wrong advice by a t-mobile employee and now I'm without ability to make calls so that I can order my medications forcing me to drive to the VA to put my order in. And yes t. M. Knows all this. So I have to get emergency supplies in order to wait for the 7-10 days it takes the va to deliver them. This is very dangerous for me and I'm being interrogated by the VA as to why in need emer supplies. The pass due money I owe was a misunderstanding. In short I paid $178 cash which would be my 2nd bill instead of the $199 that I owed because the T-employee insisted Several times I owed the $178. T-mobile won't work with me and worse not taking any blame. They tried 3x's to take money out of my account costing me $30 a pop and added $60 worth of late charges which exceeds my disability check. My hand to God if I'm lying.
I got a phone last month on the 3rd. They charged me 50, thought to not to ask anything because I assumed service was included. I called 611 and said I need the due date to be on the 4th of each month. They billed me for after 20 days. And turned off my phone before the 4th. I called to reactivate it, paid this month on the 3rd and now they are billing me again before next month. T mobile sucks. I should have stuck with metro pcs.
T-Mobile gave me a hidden cost on a cell phone that I traded in their jump program. T-Mobile said I was late turning the Old Iphone in, so they cleverly charged me monthly, even though they sent me the upgraded phone. Tmobile had me paying on my old phone which they never sent back to me.The charge was cleverly hidden in my bill. I was with T-Mobile since 1999. I will pay both phones off but will never go back to this company again.
T-Mobile is the worth customer service ever. I did talk with the first agent for only 7 minutes who did not know how to solve the problem then put me on hold till now since 1hour 56 minutes, nobody took the phone, till now while I am writing this review, then the y hang up without anyone answers my questions or solve the problem. The worth is that they do monthly mistakes by charging money you shouldn't pay, then every time you call they give you different answers. I did suspend my phone number in June, every moth I get a bill still, sometime $16, then $68, another couple time $36, then $26 and today they charged me $109 suddenly and till now they can't solve the problem after four months, they keep giving stupid excuses. I will sue them if this goes on. Additional to this they put the worse music that taps on the nerves while on hold for all this long time.

I've mentioned to quite a few T-Mobile reps over the last month that when I first joined T-Mobile the customer service was absolutely awful with promised calls back that never happened. Then they got better as time went on.
One thing for sure that I've noticed with this company over the last year is they promise to call you back and never do!
I'm still waiting for 2 calls to come back to me from a tech support rep and a supervisor. Both of these calls go back to September 6th and it its now September 30th.
I've never had a call back since, even though both promised to call me. 'Yes promised so whenever somebody at T-Mobile promises to call you back, I'll put a lot of money on the fact that they won't call you and your forgotten about once the phone call ends.'
I called up T-Mobile 3 days ago and a ticket was made up and I was told within 72 hours someone will get back to me and update me on the situation. Not only have I called about this issue 3 times within that time period, I even had a supervisor called Mary who promised she would call me back with results and once again I've never heard anything back from her since.
I've even texted them on the phone number where they get back to you and once again no one has ever gotten back to me. I'm done, enough is enough it's time to move on.
I would advise anybody out there to stay as far away from T-Mobile as possible.
I had next to no phone service for two months because there were two cell towers in the Greeley, CO. Area as confirmed by the T-Mobile store at Centerplace in Greeley, and they said T-Mobile would give me a partial refund, but they wouldn't. I switched to Verizon because I could not get any cell service with T-Mobile in my area. T-Mobile is dishonest and crooked, and I would never use them again for my cell phone service. Verizon's service is excellent, and they have much better coverage than T-Mobile, especially in rural areas. T-Mobile lied to me several times, and they are a dishonest and very poor cell phone service.
Tmobile is not honest anymore, hides fees, and makes offers that are not offers anymore. I had a 55plusplan for 70 dollars a month. Now, I pay 155 a month. 1.do not trust their rep. Word anymore. I was told I was going to save 600 on a new s22 plus and I am paying full price of unit of almost $1000. 5g service in home is not better than LTE neither on phone or home internet. Internet drops are constant and service repr. Do not help you anymore to solve the issues. Tmobile requires to many things in contract phone line additions that cancel out any possible discount on an offer and you pay more and full price for units. That is sad. Tmobile added voice service to my 3 lines and I do not know how to use that voice service and I was not told it is extra pay for it. Do not trust tmobile because representatives are going to make you responsible for the little writing in their contracts (hidden information and you are not aware of). I went to t-mobile store and i asked for the price for trading my samsung note 20 ultra to get the note 22 ultra and they told me that i cast me 399 different that i will pay and it will be 16$ monthly and when i went next day to another store and we talked about it it was another offer that i pay 1199 total but when i told him to cancel it he said it gonna cost you 70$ i said ok its fine i pay it and he did not cancel it he made the purchase so when i told him why he said i thought you told me to make the purchase i was soo mad and he didn't want to give me my old phone back, i told him just give me my money back and i will pay the 70$ for cancelation he said we can cancel it and you have to pay 70$ but you are not going to get the old phone back and if i cancel it and i pay 70$ he t mobile will pay me only 127$ for my samsung note 20 ultra

My Name is Greg and I been a customer of over 2 decades, or as your representatives used to say a vip customer.
However all my loyalty and the tons of money I spent over the decades meant nothing to you guys and just dropped me.
All this happened as I had to be out of the country for a family medical emergency that turned out very bad. I lost my father and other members.
I was in communication with your representatives as often as possible but no one ever raised the possibility of me losing all my services. In fact was told that even though my services have been disconnected that I will be given a courtesy to turn on as I was heading back to the country. It never happened.
Now I am told I lost my numbers and will never get back. Of course there is also a small balance but was told that even if paid I still get no service.
What I would like is for you to train your representatives better.
A dedicated phone number because it seems when I had service I was treated better but now that I had to call 800 # no care at all, I was essential told sorry but you need a new account.
Although not happy with how treated If you can help this loyal customer of decades with a mutual agreeable term, please let me know

Just order online or call 611. The phone operators are polite and professional. They are experiencing numerous problems with retailers and these $1,400 phones and I'm guessing the suits have lost control of the new phone orders and must have as much trouble as I have had with the retail stores.
This is the WORST service I have EVER had. I used to be a Sprint customer and now that Sprint and t mobile have merged, it's the WORST service EVER. I have many dropped call after dropped call after dropped call after dropped call troubles, in well populated areas. If I could give negative stars I would rate it negative 5 stars. That's how bad the service is.
I have been a Tmobile customer for 8 years. I pay $300 per month on account. This is the third time I come to Brazil, T mobile tells me that the phone will work automatically, but it never works. I'm in another country, no phone, no communication with my family, no GPS to get around. I called in the morning and they told me that they would call me later today to solve my problem, but I didn't get a call. I'm stuck in a hotel room because the phone only works on Wi-Fi, no communication, no being able to talk to my family, no calls from my clients. And TMobile just doesn't solve my problem. The attendant told me not to leave the wi fi so that they communicate with me. I've been stuck in the hotel for more than 10 hours and nobody solves my problem. And this is the third time it has happened in a year. They tell me that i have to wait 24 hours for them to fix it, but i am in another country, incommunicado. This is unacceptable! I'm going to ask in court for everything I'm entitled to. All my harm!
