I hired Synapse India to create a website for me. I used one of these freelance / outsourcing websites to find them. The project was not cheap - several thousand dollars. There were many issues with this company. There were massive delays completing milestones. They also did not do anything according to the specification document. The entire site was buggy and not functioning at all. Every time I asked them to see the completion of the milestones, they pointed to computer code that I couldn't understand (I am not a programmer) and forced me to continue paying assuring me that the site would be ready. After months of this, I finally decided to quit and they didn't return any of my money. I also did not have a functioning website. I spoke to everyone at the company including the CEO to no avail. I wanted to build out a website for cheap and the price this Indian outsourcer looked so good that I fell for it. There is a reason why the services offered is so cheap versus U.S. developers. This was the worst experience of my life and will never work with this company again, and I hope by writing this review, others will not fall into the same trap.

This company reached out to me via Twitter. I discussed what I wanted and was quoted $500. After I gave that amount I was then asked to pay another 70 and then after I paid that another 50. Basically I had to pay for a fillable theme for them to upload onto my website.

Because I was being proactive and my product was not coming out for another two months, I asked for a coming soon page in the colors white black and gold with graphics. I was told that I would get it but when the webpage was created it was blank black and white. At mediately sent email once again complaining about the amount of money and misquoting and the product. I was ignored because conveniently the day that they sent the webpage it with Indian festival for five days. So I created my own website for a coming soon page and he looked 10 times better. Took me four hours.
After my complaint, it seemed that they wanted to hurry up and do the work. Only problem is as I had told him before I did not have the product so I do not have images I told him it will be another few weeks before I could give it to him but I had already paid in full. I didn't need anything from him except more time and I would give him the information and pictures.
He emailed me so much it was harassment I asked him twice not to email me again until I was ready to do business. Once again he emailed me trying to rush. I've been said I did not want to do business with him because of the misquoting, the product I received, and the customer service. They refused my refund. I took to social media to's tale about my bat review with the company. They offered me $100 refund. I thought that was absurd because the did no work. The next day, I got an email from a personal account *******@gmail.com threatening me to keep quiet about my experience or he would mess up my business. I continue to tell people about my experience with him. The day after that, he sent me an email with two links to two webpages that had stolen pictures from my personal Facebook and "reviews" from my product about people hurting themselves and breaking their ankles. This was all a lie because I have not even sold any product. My product is not even ready. Immediately after sending me the email with two links, he sent me another email from the professional account as if nothing happened asking when we would continue the work

Hacked into my website after receiving a poor review for their horrible performance. Deleted all of our code on the busiest shopping day of the year resulting in tens of thousands of dollars in losses. FBI has been contacted and is deciding to actively pursue the case. The most horrifying outsourcing experience ever. I could've never imagined that a supposedly reputable company would deliver such horrible results, and, in the end, illegally sabotage my business and telephone threats to our project manager.

Right from the beginning, the Synapse Team showed their top notch skills and talent. Throughout the project timeline, they were always easy to communicate with and always made things happen. Even after additional work was requested, they happily endured the additional load while still meeting the deadlines. Also, updates were given on an almost daily occurrence with many details and screenshots of the work completed. Weekly reports were great to fallow as to the next weeks progress schedule. If future needs arise, I will continue to work with the Synapse Team. There is no doubt they will exceed every expectation you have for a project.

Took 6 month to complete the project instead of promised 2. Communications email only once per day. Filing a lawsuit against SynapseIndia for the source code which was part of the project agreement. Final payment was done 2 months ago (total over $6000) and there is still no code. One advice: Use Escrow and do not Release funds until you see a final product. There is a reason they charge money upfront.

It has been a pleasure to work with SynapseIndia over the past year and half. They have been extremely professional, honest and hardworking throughout the entire process of my site design and continued updates or modifications. I am based in the USA and tried several programmers here in the US but was only left with unsatisfactory work and a large bill. Synapse started from scratch, build our site and now maintains it. Frankly, I would not trust our site to anyone else as the people that use our site for data services are very large corporations (some in the Fortune 10 group) and we never encountered an issue once we hired SynapseIndia with their team of qualified professionals.
