They sent me the wrong swimsuit and when I asked for a refund they sent me a coupon that didn't work then I called them and they said they couldn't do anything about it. This happens twice.
I ordered a swimsuit top and when it arrived the strap hook was broken and there was a visible salvage strip showing on the front of the suit. I had pay an extra $32.97 for 3 day express delivery. When I called customer service they were not helpful at all with returning the top and I any refund I received would be much less than the original cost because of the return shipping charges. So I decided to exchange the suit. I sent the swimsuit top back on April12th - within the 60 day return period. In order to exchange an item you need to fill out a new order form and when they get your return the will charge your card again and refund you for the returned order. I received another top and my card was charge the full price included shipping charges. It took a month for the exchange. Today I received the original damaged suit back in the mail because it was returned outside of the 60 days. When I called customer service they passed me off to a manager and I explained what had happen and according to their website the suit had shipped on April 12th and I was within the return period. He told me I was shipped the suit on January 30th. I told him what the website said the ship date was and that date agreed with the date of the charge on my credit card. The he started to mock me screaming "I don't care what the website says!" He was looking at a ship date from a different order. And he just kept screaming at me. I will never use Swimsuits for All again.
So disappointed. My first order has been a disaster. I ordered via PayPal and got an order number from PayPal and an explanation that the payment would go through when S4A accepted the order. When I followed up with S4A after it was pending for 5 days I was told that they did not have an order. So I canceled it on PayPal and ordered and paid by credit card online. I ordered a size 10 top and size 12 bottom, which is reflected in my order. I received a size 10 top and a size 12 top, and no bottom. When I called customer service there were no longer any size 12's or 14's. I was offered a size 10 or 18. Which is not helpful when I am a size 12 or 14. The agent accused me of being rude when I said that, which is not rude, it's stating the obvious. Don't offer my something that is obviously useless to me. I now have the burden returning the item to and waiting for the apparently incompetent warehouse to receive it before I am refunded. And I don't want a gift card as I will NEVER shop here again.
I was so excited at the prospect of finally finding a swimsuit to fit me, and bought into it because Ashley Graham is a spokesperson, and the experience, from first order, to canceled first order, to second order, to receiving that incorrect order, and then being treated like an inconvenience by the 'customer service' representative when I dared to express frustration, has been awful. I will not be shopping with them again.
I ordered a bikini to go on vacation paid for super fast shipping.( bc didnt have my size until then). Which means paid extra. I asked the guy 3 times if woukd be here by 5th. YES YES GAURENTEED!. NOT HERE!. Called and HASNT EVEN PROCESSED! Talked to Manager and he said cant refund my money for shipping until processes... I WILL NOT BUY FROM AGAIN! BUYERS BEWARE!

I just had an incrediblly negative experience with this retailer. I'd bought a suit from them 2 or 3 years ago without issue and was buying a couple more for an upcoming vacation. The items took forever to ship with a mysterious 4 day delay in Indiana. FedEx then claimed the item was delivered but I received no package. I've done a lot of online shopping and have never had a package go missing or stolen for years. When I called FedEx they said they could do nothing and I had to call the retailer. Swimsuitsforall csr talked me through some absurd process where I have to fill out an affadavit that they will mail it I can print and then mail back to them so they can do an investigation and then take 2 weeks to determine if I get a refund. By the time I'd get the refund and be able to repurchase my suits, even assuming they're even in stock and the shipping isn't as slow as last time, there's no way I'd get them in time for my vacation. This is a terrible way to run a business and a terrible way to treat customers. I'm definitely never going to be a repeat customer here again.
I regret that I did not read online reviews about this company before I perused their website and ordered a swimsuit from them. I had been looking around the site and had added a few items to the shopping cart to make a final decision from the items that caught my interest. Before submitting the order, I removed all other items I didn't want and left just 1 item in the cart. I proceeded to checkout and ordered that one item. But then I got an email from them stating that I had purchased two items -- one of the removed items had been put back into my cart. I emailed them within an hour but they replied (the next business day) that they couldn't help me. So I called their customer service line and was told that they can't change any orders after 1 hour of it being placed. It didn't matter that I had contacted them in writing within that deadline -- they too said they couldn't help me. So, I called my bank and disputed the charges and I will never do business with SwimsuitsForAll and I will warn everyone I know to likewise avoid doing business with them.

I don't normally write negative reviews... but feel compelled to share my experience here. I ordered 5 pieces (2 bottoms, 2 tops, and a coverup). All but 1 bottom were good. I called to see about an exchange on the one piece. Could not get through to anyone so I completed the online inquiry and explained my situation. I quickly received an extremely confusing response. Return/exchange policy is unclear on the packing slip as well. I tried following the instructions that were sent to me which basically involved: complete a whole new order, use a coupon code for free shipping, and then when they receive the original package, they will send the exchange and refund what they were going to charge my account for the replacement (weird). I thought ok, something doesn't seem right so I called. Spoke to a customer service representative who was clearly more confused than I was. She told me to send it back, then S4A would issue a credit to my store account. When the credit hit, I was supposed to place another order and then they would send me a replacement bottom. It makes NO sense, an exchange should be one transaction not two and it shouldn't take another month to get my damn suit. Totally ridic! I told the service rep it would be easier and less painful for me to butcher myself to fit into the suit. UGH. I kid... but this is an example of how poor the customer service is. And then she added that it is a confusing process and they are trying to work to change it and basically told me to have a nice day and hung up.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS Swimsuits for All doesn't receive any stars, and if I could, I'd give them a negative version of the star. Their customer service is horrendous especially when it comes to managing returns and issuing credits for merchandise.
I ordered (2) bathing suits costing appx $75; neither of which fit me properly. I used the return label provided on the packing slip and dropped the package off at the USPS as instructed. I did not think to take a photograph of the label because it was pre-printed on the original invoice included with my package, and one would think traceable from their end.
I mailed my return on 7/23, and they have yet to issue a credit, claiming the package has not been received, and they need the tracking number to confirm receipt. So, apparently they don't keep records of their own shipping labels, which I personally think is a load of BS.
I sent a photograph of the original invoice w/o the return label today and am calling American Express to see if they can help out here. I'll also be posting this review everywhere I can, including the Better Business Bureau here in NYC, and in Indianapolis, where their headquarters are located.

On April 7,2021 I ordered from www.swimsuitsforall.com. The order total was $184.01. The order was shipped on April 21,2021. The order was delivered April 29,2021. I returned the full order, which included all three items, the week of May 07,2021.
I returned my order according to the swimsuitsforall policy. I opted to use the form on the back on my paper invoice. I opted for a refund to my original method of payment. I used the ‘easy return label' included in my original order. According to the policy, once swimsuitsforall processed my return, I should receive a confirmation email. The policy indicates it should take about 2 weeks to receive and process my return. As of June 21,2021 I have not received any confirmation email.
I waited to give the processing center additional time due to COVID-19 restrictions. I attempted to call the customer service line multiple times over the course of waiting for my refund. I entered my phone number as well as my order number and the machine said it could not locate my order. The most recent attempt to contact customer service was on June 21,2021. I also submitted an email request on June 21,2021 with my issue. To date I am unable to track my return and have not received my refund.

Don't order for here, you will not be answer or will not find out anything about your order, you get a tracking number and a date, but on the day or 2 or 3 or 4 no swimsuit. STAY AWAY.

I simply wanted to share a great online shopping experience I had on a website I never knew about before - swimsuitsforall.com! It's really tough finding good quality, competitively priced bathing suits in my size once the summer begins... so I did a search for women's plus size swimsuits and found this site. I couldn't believe the variety of suits, including chlorine resistant swimsuits that are perfect for my pool. I ordered a one piece, a swimdress, several tankini tops, a high waist bottom and a few cute coverups. Their size charts made it easy for me to figure out what size to buy and the site was simple to navigate. I checked out quickly, although I wish they accepted PayPal, and received my order in just 6 days. A few of the suits were too big, but I exchanged them using their pre-paid return stuff and got my exchange a few days later. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and will absolutely shop this website again. They seem to offer really good discounts - I'm now on their email list and get frequent emails about their sales.
In mid-June I ordered a tankini. It arrived in mid-July. The top was smaller than I liked so I returned it a few days later. On July 24th, I received an email stating that they had received my tankini top & it would take 5-7 days to process the exchange. It has been more than 2 weeks without receiving the replacement so I called. The first time I pressed O for operator, the recording said, "I'm sorry. There is no answer. Your call is being disconnected." WHY IS THAT EVEN PART OF THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE? I immediately called back & was connected to John. He told me that my exchange had not been processed yet so he could refund credit card. I explained that it was a tankini & I didn't plan to swim topless... even having to explain this to a man annoyed me. He offered to reorder the top for me once I verified my card number & expiration date. My new tankini top should arrive in 7-10 business days which puts me closer to the end of August for something that I ordered in JUNE. Even in the southwest, swimming season is nearing an end. What if I hadn't called (twice) today? How much longer would it have been until I received my swimsuit? September? I won't order from them again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered $200 worth of items from this company, only to be highly disappointed by the fit and quality. I sent most of my items back and was told I would receive a "credit" for the amount returned. About 4 months later I noticed a charge on my CC for a "rewards membership" that I never signed up for. I spent two hours on the phone with the company and received a refund for 2 out of the 4 months they were charging me for this service which again I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR! I asked about the "credit they issued and I assured that I had it. When I went to login to my account, it appeared I did not have one on file so I called them again, only to be told that I did not have an account (really? Hadn't I been a "rewards member?"). I asked about my "credit" (which was over $150) and I was then told that I was sent a "gift card via email." When I said I never received it and could they please reissue it so that I could spend the money they had already taken from me I was told that they could not because it was "past 90 days." The supervisor said that same. Thankfully I had used AMEX so then had to dispute the charge to get my money back. This was such a waste of my time and money! Don't even bother!
I ordered several bathing suits in January. I was sent a size 14 bottom with my order which was suppose to be a MEDIUM bottom. I just wrote it off as a loss, but to my surprise I looked at my bank statements and they have been charging my card for 3 months for "free shipping" on future orders. What the heck? It was a one time order so I would never willingly sign up for recurring charges on my card. When I contacted CS, I was told that I couldn't cancel through the company, I would have to contact another company. And when I asked it I could do it online, I was told, no. I tried going to the questions page and it said I could click on my account and a drop down menu would appear that says, cancel membership. It wasn't on the drop down menu. This is so fraudulent I can't even describe my anger. The BBB or someone needs to get involved to get this practice halted AT ONCE. The fact that they are charging my card without permission is unacceptable. And let's just say it was a mistake, the fact that I can't call the company or go to the company website to cancel this charge is appalling! It shows their deceitful games. I will NEVER order from this company again just on the mere fact that they are thieves!

First off I have never spoke with a ruder team of people in my life. I placed my order 9 days ago... 5 business days... they still haven't even processed my order. And won't tell me even a n estimate on when they will be sending the product out. I asked if at this point I could just cancel and get my money back for my thousand dollar suit (sarcastic), they told me I only have ONE HOUR to change my order. So at this point we are working on 10 business days not even processed the order and won't give me my money back! I understand things are running behind these days and I told both the ladies I talked to that I understood that but that unlike other websites that state due to covid 19 things take longer, they have nothing on their homepage or anywhere that I could go d that says they will be processing behind schedule. If that was the case I wouldn't have purchased I needed it for a specific time. Overall no help or explaination for the customers and the ladies both supervisor and customer service very very rude. Didn't make sense to me that if they are behind in processing orders why they couldn't give me my money back and cancel the order it's going to get here at least a week late if not later.

Answer: Same thing happened to me! If you used their return shipping labels, they will charge you at least $10 for shipping before they credit your card. I thought the return shipping was free since they charged me $20 to ship the first time! Total scam! Never do business with these yahoos!
Answer: 4 weeks for me! Grrrrr I have not received responses to my email inquiries. I counted on this suit to take on a vacation. If you read the reviews you see that they are terrible. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered.
Answer: You have to take it up with your credit card company to get refund for the rip off. I ordered my suit 4 weeks ago and have not received it. I will be taking it up with the credit card that I used to purchase the suit. You cannot be charged for something you did not receive.
Answer: Send a PRINTED LETTER WITH BLUE INK SIGNATURE, send SIGNATURE REQUIRED VIA UPS OR POST OFFICE to the corporate address on web site. THIS STARTS A LEGAL FILE! Emails do not! Just give facts, order date, items ordered, customer service conversations (or lack of) and then circumstance. Leave out emotional stuff. Ok to state frustration. Make at least 3 copies of your letter for legal file. Make sure all your contact info is included, except email. Request all responses by mail. Good luck
