I ordered a swimsuit through the Target Marketplace. A packing slip of sorts (a peel off) came in the package with instructions to go to the swimsuitsforallhappyreturns website. There was an Invoice #, customer # and two other random numbers. I attempted to start a return by using an order # since none was listed I tried all the numbers twice each ending in a notice that it was invalid. There was an option to get the order number by e mail which I tried twice with no response. Finally, I searched the site and got a phone number. I was then told that it must be returned through Target. I called the Target number listed on my AX card and was asked for the order number, then my e mail where they found the order. The very nice representative from Target e mailed me the order number. I can return it to any Target and receive full credit while the swim suits for all return would have charged a $10.99 return fee. My point is if you buy anything from them go through Target.
So this will be the last time I order from Swimsuits for all. I never had a problem before but they have rubbed me wrong and I feel like they are being sneaky and trying to cheat people. I ordered 3 items on 3/19. With tax and shipping it cost me $64. I got the shipping confirmation with tracking on 3/22. Said 5-7 business days. I tried to check tracking and for over a week it said awaiting carrier pick up. So 2 days ago I emailed customer service to check and they said someone would get back with me soon. Never heard anything and then today I get an email saying my return has been processed. I never asked for a return on items I have yet to receive. Checked my account and they refunded me only $48, which was the merchandise minus tax and shipping. So I called. The lady said it was returned at the warehouse because it never was picked up by the carrier. Which sounds weird to me if they are a business that ships merchandise. And if that were true why not refund my entire purchase since there was never any cost incurred for shipping? She said if I still want them she could resend for the same price which means I'd pay the same amount. I asked why wasn't the entire purchase amount refunded. She said should could refund the rest on some gift card. I said I didn't understand becasue I didn't pay with a gift card. I wanted the exact amount of money back or I wanted them to ship what I originally ordered for the amount I already paid. Then she asked if I wanted the items expedited for an extra $11.98. NO! I WANTED THEM SHIPPED FOR THE $13.98 I ALREADY PAID OVER 2 WEEKS AGO! Then she said she could do that and said there was XYZ item on sale from page 6 of the catalog for only $20 so what color would I like to add to my order. I said no thanks I just want what I already ordered. Then she gave the spiel about the credit card and getting a $20 discount if I apply today and I would get free shipping for the next 4 months. Ma'am… I am already having this much trouble with shipping that I certainly don't want to order for you four more times, and I don't need a $20 discount on a $48 order just so I can pay 21% in interest on my purchase. Just send me what I ordered and I am done. We shall see if I actually get my items before I leave for my vacation on 4/26. You would think 5 weeks is enough time to receive an order. Especially since it cost me almost $14 to ship what will fit in a bubble envelope.
Here is my experience with this company today. I will never use this company again.
I placed my order early yesterday morning and found a bathing suit that could be delivered by Friday. I paid over 35.00 + for overnighted shipping as I leave this Sat for vacation. I paid 104.00 for the bathing suit. When I looked at the web site it says it has not shipped yet. If it cannot be delivered as promised I want to cancel my order as it has already came out of my banking account. My order # is +++++++++++.

So why exactly did I pay for the expedited "super fast" shipping if it didn't happen. It sounds like an eternal issue and I did not get what I paid for. So frustrated.

I purchased 3 swimsuits on March 12 and after over a month on April 20th I received 1 swimsuit. I contacted the them with my order info and they gave me some story about some items taking longer because they are "customized" by the factory and told me my items would be shipped. Then May 13th I received a second package from them which included 3 random swimsuits, none of which are the ones I ordered and one wasn't even the same size as the ones I ordered. So I sent another message and their response was that they would give me a 50% refund and I could keep the swimsuits that I did not order, they also said that the reason they sent those swimsuits was that mine were no longer available so the sent something similar. The swimsuits still say they are in stock on the website and the swimsuits they sent look nothing like the ones I ordered. Then they sent me a picture of the swimsuits they said the sent with arrows pointing to them saying that one was what I ordered which is not the case (it's a one piece and I ordered bikinis only) and is also not one of the swimsuits I received. Then they said the one was "a gift", I don't even know what that one is other than not my size and some one piece unitard looking thing, not even sure if it is a swimsuit. Then the 3rd one was supposed to be the wrong style, but similar to something else I ordered. That is the only thing they actually got right it is in fact the wrong style, wrong swimsuit, and wrong color. When I said I wanted a full refund because their policy states if they are at fault they will refund you in full, they started offering a percentage of my money back. I have told them I am not paying anything for items I did not receive nor items I didn't order. I also sent them a screen shot of their return policy on the website saying if it is their mistake they will cover shipping and a full refund will be given. They are not honoring their policy and it was their mistake. I waited 2 months and still haven't received the swimsuits I ordered and paid for! Do not ever order from them they will just send you random items and expect you to be happy!
Do NOT order anything from them. They think it’s okay to send you random items you didn’t order. Then they tell you the items are “gifts” and they won’t refund your money even though their policy says if they are at fault you will get a refund.
Didn’t receive the items I ordered
I had returned some bathing suits and received an e-card for credit on them. When I used he e-card for a portion of the amount and then returned those items, they did not reimburse the e-card and then said they would not find the information on the e-card and therefore I am now out 103.19. This company says the e-card does not expire, but if you try to use it past 90 days of the credit, the card is no longer on file with them ad they can't help so you are out the money. Unbelievable. Received an e-card and placed an order *******5007 with it for 80.17 and then returned the items and never got anything to say it had been refunded back t the e-gift card. Now even the remainder of the e-gift card won't come up.

It says on the site that e-cards do not expire... I will make sure to write a review of the company to let others know of the experience. I just looked up the reviews from others and found that most people were dissatisfied so I guess I should have looked first before ever purchasing in the first place.

Horrible service and returns

DO NOT buy from swimsuitsforall.com! Good lord. So, a friend and I placed an order from here on July 8th, 2019. We paid $30 extra for express shipping. On July 17th, I came home to a notice on my door from Canada Post saying I owed $70 in custom charges. Now, while I am well aware this is not the companies fault, this has never happened to me and I was disappointed. With the USD to CAD conversion at what it is, we had already spent over $200 and were not willing to spend another $70 for our bathing suits. So, I phoned the company to make sure I could send it back, asked if there was any charges associated with that and was told no, simply refuse the package and we will refund your money when we receive the package back within 1-2 weeks. Okay, great. So, I phoned my local post office and asked them to ship it back. They advised they would. I checked with them again in a week to make sure it was sent and they advised it was shipped back that day and sent across the border within a few days. Now, I have been in contact with this company for the past month, only to received terrible customer sevice. I have been extremely polite, as I have worked in customer service in the past and I understand that it is not the agents fault. I have been hung up on 4 times. I have been been called a liar, and told that "there's no way you sent it back when you said you did because we would have received it by now". I've been told it take 2 weeks, 3 weeks, 4 weeks and even 3 months for return shipping. The tracking number I was provided with (from the company) never worked. I was told that they have absolutely no way to track the package. I was told twice that my order number doesn't exist, even after spelling it out phonetically, and then hung up on. I've been put on hold for 10+ minutes at a time, without anyone coming back to check on me, only to be left thinking they're avoiding me. Then, finally, on August 20th, I was told that they were able to track the package, the last update is that it was in Chicago on August 8th. Chicago is a 3 hour drive from Indianapolis (which is where their company is located). I don't understand why it would take 2+ weeks for it to get from Chicago to Indianapolis. I asked them to provide me the tracking number, but it didn't work and she couldn't give me an answer as to why they could apparently track it but I couldn't. So I once again politely ended the conversation. That is also the day I wrote them a message on Facebook, explaining the lack of customer service I have received (on the phone until now, figured I'd try a different channel) and I just simply wanted my refund. They got back to me today after I sent an additional message, only to tell me that they are only giving me a partial refund because I have to pay for the shipping to and from their store. Seriously?! I didn't even accept the package. I checked with them before hand to make sure there wouldn't be any charges. Honestly, I wouldn't even be complaining if I had have received good or even fair customer service along this way, but I didn't. I received horrible customer service and definitely will not be ordered from here again. I'm honestly just exhausted from dealing with this, and don't feel that anyone should have to deal with this. I should have listened to the reviews. On another note, I had absolutely amazing service and found the perfect bathing suit from the girls at Pennington's. Highly recommend! They were kind, courteous, and extremely helpful and honest! Thanks girls.
