I ordered from this site 2/14 for a upcoming vacation in mid March. While I got a notification that the item was shipped the next day over the next 2 weeks I realized there was no movement/update with the tracking information I was given. I called to inquire about it and see if it could be deemed lost or at least an inquiry could be made to determine where the error was in shipping my item. I was told they wait 30 DAYS to consider it lost! Excuse me?! In the meantime my order, and the ridiculous cost of shipping (almost $20) was charged immediately. The shipping says 7-10 business days and we are out of that window, I don't have a bathing suit or any indication where it is in the shipping process and the only advice I was given was to continue to wait. I inquired if I could order another suit in order to get it in time while the suit is still in stock and the company would not honor the price I initially paid and wanted me to pay $35 additional for the SAME SUIT they lost! I placed a second order shortly after the first and I of course want to cancel but she stated since its shipped I cannot. The second package may be marked shipped and never come for all I know. I spoke to three different representatives all of which told me different stories about why a supervisor was unable for me to speak to them. Safe to say that even if these suits are heavenly I will NEVER purchase from SFA again
I wish I never ordered from this site. I ordered 4 bathing suits through 2 separate orders, and paid over 300$. I was willing to swallow the price for quality and fit as I am plus size and have a hard time finding cute swim styles for my body. 3 weeks after I placed both orders I hadn't heard anything pertaining to my order and tried to cancel. Although neither order shipped, customer service told me they couldn't be cancelled. I requested that my shipping at least be refunded, since I would just be returning them all anyway, to which they did not agree. About 2 weeks later my suits showed up. One of them fit 2 sizes too small, and the rest were essentially Forever21 quality. I decided to keep one, and it started to visibly fall apart after the first wear (sunbathing only). I returned the remaining 3 suits 2 weeks ago and haven't heard a peep. They also deduct 9.99$ from your return, which is so upsetting seeing that I didn't want the order after it took forever for it to ship. I essentially paid 50$ just to get these shipped, and 90$ for a crappy swimsuit. NEVER AGAIN. Save yourself the headache.

As a plus size person, I love this company! The suits are true to size, and arrive quickly. And the prices are reasonable, too. I have been buying from them for years!
I ordered 4 garments. They sent me a piece I didn't order, and failed to give me 1 of the garments I had ordered. The piece they sent me was more expensive than the one they didn't send. However, in order for me to make it right, I would have to drive to a UPS store and buy a package to send it in. With the country's gas prices at $4.80 per gallon, why has this all of a sudden turned into my inconvenience? If I ordered too small a size or I didn't like what I received, then I would be happy to inconvenience myself for that. But Swimsuits for All took absolutely NO ACCOUNTABILITY! I asked why couldn't they just send me what I ordered and allow me to keep what they sent. I guarantee you they can afford to send a $29.00 garment. The fact that they took no accountability for a mistake THEY made, but I have to be inconvenienced by it is awful customer service. I will ensure to tell everyone I know what an awful company they are. Their swimsuits are actually pretty good quality too. Sad. Very sad.

I ordered a swimsuit on April 4th. It has been 4 weeks. I have not received it. I also have not received an email with a tracking number. Do not order from this company. I WISH I HAD READ THE REVIEWS PRIOR TO MY PURCHASE. THIS IS A RIP OFF COMPANY! THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO EMAIL INQUIRIES. RIP OFF!

I ordered 1 bathing suit yesterday with express shipping. I look at my order confirmation email today to see they added an additional bathing suit and coverup that I never ordered to my order. I call to get them taken off they tell me we have to try and cancel the whole order but will not give me a cancellation confirmation and can not even guarantee that my order will get cancelled. I read the reviews was very hesitating to order but decided I would try with 1 bathing suit. I never dreamed they would just add to my order and charge my card more than I agreed to in the order I was placing online. Should have been an easy fix with customer service but everyone on here is correct the customer service is not really even connected with the company it is outsourced. What company does not give you a confirmation for an order cancellation? The first customer service guy had to actually call somewhere else to get a supervisor for me and she gave me a different story than the first guy. He said had to cancel the order completely and I would see refund in 3-4 days she said not sure if she could stop the order. Don't know what suits are actually like in terms of quality but order system and customer service are basically criminal!

I order 2 swimsuits from them. Both of them did not fit so I returned both of them using the prepaid label and asked for a refund. They still do not want to issue me a refund.

Watch out for the shipping costs! They operate as if they are in the 1980s, increasing the shipping cost with total amount of your order. If you buy 4-5 suits, be prepared to pay $30+ in shipping. When you return an item, they won't refund money... they will issue you a gift card. They say they will give you a cash refund if you pay return shipping of $10... but then you get -$10 and a gift card, and have to call customer service to resolve it... and they won't, or can't. If you think, "Fine, that's the cost of doing business"... well, then you find out it's $10 per returned item! ACK! No where in FAQ do they tell you this. What? Customer service won't help... their only purpose is keeping your money at SFA, telling you why they can't do something, apologizing but not resolving. Once you give them your money, you will never see it again... ever.
If they would fix customer service and shipping hassles, I would rate their products 4 stars. Sometimes sizing is waaaay off, but they have great styles. Living in FL, I wear a lot of swimsuits/rash guards/cover ups... this would be my go-to place if customer service was better and shipping was reasonable. I look here first because it's a great selection, but then I google to see if I can get my items elsewhere... 50% of the time I can.
Still waiting on a refund going on 2 months. I asked them to credit my card they said they sent a gift card on June 25. Don't need a gift card I won't be using. Still waiting...

They shipped the wrong item, and refused to correct the mistake that they made. They charged me to correct their mistake and then refused to refund the money as they promised they would when they charged me wrongfully. They are evil, they are shady and they unethical and not to be trusted. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THEM EVER!

So wish I had read these reviews before ordering. When I placed my order June 24th both items were said to be in stock. Then when checking the orders were said to be back ordered. A general letter was sent to all customers saying that they were sorry that this had happened and they were working to do better. Finally my orders shipped and arrived on July 31. Unfortunately only one item was correct. The other item instead of being a swimsuit was the ugliest dress I've ever seen was sent in its place. Customer service answered in a timely manner and the representative said all the right things. "So sorry"
Etc. A return label was sent to me to return it at no cost to me. Not my mistake but still have to go out of my way to correct the problem. No compensation was offered what so ever. Was told returned items aren't resold but given away. If so why make me return it. When on their website that dress is nowhere.
Of course the original tankini set I had ordered back in June that at that time had said in stock is not in stock now and will not ship until November. I don't know about you but I will not be in need of a suit in November. I always make sure to write a review to praise a business when good service is rendered and rarely write bad reviews but this is just bad business.

When my order arrived, the products seemed nice but did not come close to fitting. I returned them using the attached return label. I order online from retailers often and the standard process is the retailer will give you a refund minus the shipping charges when you return using their label. Not so with SwimsuitsForAll. Instead, they give you a gift card. You have to search the fine print on their return label to find this out. Since my money was tied up in a gift card, I placed a second order. These items were far from fitting as well. I think the sizes are way off. I just called and asked how to return these items and get my original money back. They said that since I paid with a gift card, they will give me another gift card. They said had I asked for my money back after they gave me the first gift card, they could have given me the money back. But now that I used the gift card, they cannot do that. How on earth was I supposed to know that they do things differently than the dozens of other online retailers I have shopped with. I a furious. Their swimsuits do not fit and they are keeping my money.
I initiated a return on 08/21 using the shipping label the company provided me. It was one of those "mail innovations" where it started with USPS and switches to UPS. Upon messaging the company for the fedex tracking number it showed my item would not arrive for 21 days! This would put me past the 60 mark. I reached out to the company asking if they were taking into account shipping delays due to Covid. Karena told me that I received my item on 07/15 and had "PLENTY of time to return." I explained to her that yes, I am returning a whole three weeks before my deadline. To me that's still PLENTY of time. Furthermore, I'm using the shipping label provided by the company. We are going through a pandemic. The company's website clearly states there may be shipping delays and items may arrive after expected delivery date. If they expect us to be understanding, why wouldn't they? I think the company should consider Covid delays for US TOO and should go off of the day the return was initiated. Karena informed me once they recieved my item, which isn't expected to arrive until 09/14 (over 3 weeks), they will mail it back to me. I will never order from them again.

I ordered 2 items and received incorrect merchandise. Called them followed the return process received email they received return and would be issued credit in 5-7 days. After multiple calls and them telling me would be issued next day and it wasn't, I filed dispute with paypal credit. They issued credit and then charged me back saying Swimsuits for All claimed it was a legitimate charge. After much investigation I uncovered their SCAM. Their return labels require USPS to hand over to 3rd party company called newgistics and they can not update USPS tracking so claim it was never returned. USPS says contact newgistics but that is a joke. I am reporting them to Federal Trade Commission and Better Business Bureau. They hope people get fed up and just drop the case but I would love for a class action lawsuit to be filed. I am appealing claim and have forwarded paypal credit all documents including email from them that they did receive the returned merchandise. Would never do business with again!

Not only has the sizing and quality of items gone way down, the customer service is abysmal. I placed an order and received an incorrect item in my order. I also did not receive the return shipping label I was supposed to receive to return the item. I called customer service to figure out what to do and the CSR told me they would mail me a new shipping label as I did not have a printer to print an emailed label. Fast forward a month where I was traveling and having covid…no label has been received. I call customer service again. They tell me that they do not ship new mailing labels anymore (and did not when they rep told me they would), and I now have 4 days to get the incorrect item to them or will receive no refund for the item anyway. I have to go find a printer to print the label or pay for the shipping of the return item myself (which now that it has to get there in 4 days will be more than the value of the item credit I am looking for). They will not issue a credit for the item u did not receive until this item is returned. This place is a friggin joke and I will never order from them again. Stick to Amazon.

I will never order from this company again! Called customer service because I paid $13 for shipping on a product that said it would be 5-7 business days shipping. They keep telling me that it's not left the facility and that it will be another 10 days before I receive it due to covid! No where does it say in their website that there is shipping delays! Even went and started a dummy order because the agent I spoke to says it says it in there... it says under the shipping on a! Order placed today estimated delivery would be jun 10th! Tell me how my order placed over a week ago is set to be delivered the same day! Then she said that is says it after the order number when the order is placed! Nope I have a screen shot! Spoke to a supervisor and they told me the same thing! Just kept saying we're sorry. There's nothing I can do! I asked for a refund. Nope. Asked for a refund on just my shipping. Nope it's non-refundable. Asked if they could expedite my package since I need it for vacation THIS weekend and the only reason I placed the order... a $90 order at that... is because it said it would be here on time! Nope can't do that either! The first agent was rude as hell too! I asked her to cancel my order because I no longer wanted their product. And she said I would have to pay shipping to ship it back to them! I'm NOT paying a total of $26 shipping for a product I told you to cancel! Save your money and don't order from this awful company!

Be warned if you have to return a swimsuit to Swimsuits For All you will be out the shipping cost for delivery and the return (on average $15-20.) I love The Ashley Graham Bathing Suit Collection and decided to give Swimsuits For All a try. As many know, it is really hard to buy a bathing suit online without seeing it in person or trying it on. The suit itself was a bit pricey and then to pay $8.99 for shipping. I decided to give it a try because there aren't many places you can buy this brand. I can't say that I loved the top nearly as much as I had hoped, but decided to keep it. I then ordered a second swimsuit top and it did not fit well at all. When I inquired about the return I found out that I would have to pay shipping to return the suit and they would not credit the shipping to have it delivered. Essentially I was going to be out $15-20 with nothing to show for it. Keep in mind the tankini itself was only $30. Their website is misleading and makes it sound like you can print a prepaid return shipping label. This is not true unless you are willing to take a credit to your account. It would take a lot for me to ever consider purchasing from Swimsuits For All again. Trying to buy a bathing suit online is hard enough as it is and then to have high shipping cost and hassled returns. I will stick with reputable websites that offer free shipping and easy returns. Swimsuits For All has lost a customer pretty much right off the start!
I ordered a bathing suit skirt bottom online, for which I paid $48 plus $12.99 shipping. This was probably my 5th or 6th order from Swimsuits for All, so I've been a fairly regular, good customer. Along with my order came several new catalogs, so imagine my surprise to find my exact same swimsuit skirt on page 16 priced on sale for $23! The catalog back says these prices are in effect until 9/27/22. Since my order was only place about 12 days earlier, I'm fairly sure this print catalog was out at the same time also. So I called the customer service number to get a price adjustment. Wrong! Spoke to 4 different CSRs, the last 2--Victor and Rebecca--allegedly Resolutions Supervisers-- and all said, essentially, too bad, we don't make price adjustments, not our policy! Rebecca, the final person with whom I spoke, actually said I could call anyone up the corporate chain, all the way to the top of Full Beauty Brands (corporate parent) and NO ONE will ever make that price adjustment and credit me back my $25 I overpaid! I could, however, return the item, and reorder it again at the lower price, paying for all the shipping, which would cost multiple times the price if the item! What a crappy company--NO CUSTOMER SERVICE standards at all! Order at your own risk! Oh, and by the way, Swimsuits for All-- please don't bother to put your standard robot message saying how sorry you are and will use this to help improve-- I've now read every review listed for the past 1 1/2 years, and your replies are identical, and nothing has changed! Even your replies are phony!
Answer: Same thing happened to me! If you used their return shipping labels, they will charge you at least $10 for shipping before they credit your card. I thought the return shipping was free since they charged me $20 to ship the first time! Total scam! Never do business with these yahoos!
Answer: 4 weeks for me! Grrrrr I have not received responses to my email inquiries. I counted on this suit to take on a vacation. If you read the reviews you see that they are terrible. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered.
Answer: You have to take it up with your credit card company to get refund for the rip off. I ordered my suit 4 weeks ago and have not received it. I will be taking it up with the credit card that I used to purchase the suit. You cannot be charged for something you did not receive.
Answer: Send a PRINTED LETTER WITH BLUE INK SIGNATURE, send SIGNATURE REQUIRED VIA UPS OR POST OFFICE to the corporate address on web site. THIS STARTS A LEGAL FILE! Emails do not! Just give facts, order date, items ordered, customer service conversations (or lack of) and then circumstance. Leave out emotional stuff. Ok to state frustration. Make at least 3 copies of your letter for legal file. Make sure all your contact info is included, except email. Request all responses by mail. Good luck
